Praise of the Father: The Supreme Father the Supreme Father...the bestower of Salvation for all...the Remover of Sorrow...Shiva, the One who resides in the Supreme Abode...the Benefactor...the Supreme Guide...the Master...the Comforter of Hearts...
Knowledge: Have patience o mind is said to the soul. The rosary has been made. Nine jewels are remembered. 8 jewels become the part of the rosary of Rudra. You know of 84 births, and by knowing the cycle you become the rulers of the globe.
This is an eternal predestined drama. Everyone does not get the part of a hero or a heroine. The most elevated of all are the deities. This is the time to make effort. The deity religion gives a lot of happiness-nothing else can give as much happiness.
Yoga: "I wanted to meet the One who lives beyond in the brahm element. Now, having foundHim what more could I want?"
Yoga is the pilgrimage of remembrance. If you don’t remain in remembrance, then consider that you are taking rest. Do not take a rest on the pilgrimage of remembrance. Let your remembrance be such that the person in front of you even forgets his body. You have the burden of sins of many births on your head. The only one method to destroy them is to remember the Father, or else your status will be destroyed. Sins do not get absolved when you are asleep. But again, you do not commit any additional sins. To give your heart to the Comforter of Hearts means to make Him sit in your heart; that is called easy yoga.
Dharna: The children with faith in their intellect are patient. Always keep the example (sample) of Brahma Baba in front of you. You should not wilt under any circumstance. Never doubt shrimat and thereby use your own dictates. Take advice in every situation and follow that considering there to be benefit for you in that. Let there be deep love in your heart for the Father and the Godly family. Become a spinner of the discus of self realization. The more you study, the higher status you will receive.
The Father says: As much as possible. claim the highest status of all. Make effort like the mother and father. Become a trustee. Follow shrimat. Seek advice at every step. Make good effort.
Service: Become a helper of the Father in making the impure world pure with the power of yoga. Give everyone invitations. Make others equal to yourselves.
Points of Self Respect: Worthy children...the masters of heaven...the rulers of the globe...detached observers...trustee...image that attracts...easy yogis...

बाबा की महिमा : परमपिता परमात्मा ... सबका सद्गति दाता... दुःख हर्ता... शिव,परमधाम में रहने वाला... कल्याणकारी... सुप्रीम पण्डा... उस्ताद...दिलाराम...
ज्ञान : धीरज धर मनुआ आत्मा को कहा जाता है। माला बनी हुई है । 9 रत्नों का भी गायन है। 8 रत्न हैं जो रुद्र की माला बनते हैं। तुम 84 जन्मों को जानते हो,चक्र को जानने से चक्रवर्ती राजा बनते हो।

यह अनादि ड्रामा बना हुआ है। सभी को तो हीरो-हीरोइन का पार्ट नहीं मिल सकता। श्रेष्ठ ते श्रेष्ठ देवी-देवता हैं। पुरुषार्थ का समय अभी है और तुम्हारे लिए ही पुरुषार्थ की बात है। देवी-देवता धर्म बहुत सुख देने वाला है,इतना सुख और कोई दे न सके।

योग : परवाह थी पार ब्रह्म में रहने वाले की,वह पा लिया तो बाकी क्या चाहिए। योग अथवा याद को ही यात्रा कहा जाता है । याद नहीं करते तो समझो हम रेस्ट ले रहे हैं। याद की यात्रा में रेस्ट नहीं लेनी है। ऐसी याद हो जो सामने वाला अपना शरीर भी भूल जाये। तुम्हारे सिर पर जन्म-जन्मान्तर के पापों का बोझा बहुत है। उनको विनाश करने का उपाय एक ही है - बाप को याद करना। नहीं तो पद भ्रष्ट हो पड़ेंगे। नींद में कोई विकर्म विनाश नहीं होंगें। बाकी हाँ, दूसरे कोई विकर्म होते नहीं हैं। दिलाराम को दिल देना अर्थात दिल में बसाना - इसी को ही सहजयोग कहा जाता है।
धारणा : निश्चय बुद्धि बच्चों की अवस्था धैर्यवत रहती है| ब्रह्मा बाप का सैम्पुल सदा सामने रखो। तुम्हें तो किसी भी हालत में मुरझाना नहीं है। श्रीमत में कभी भी शंका उठाकर अपनी मनमत नहीं चलानी है। हर बात में राय लेते उसमें अपना कल्याण समझकर चलना है । बाप से और ईश्वरीय परिवार से जिगरी प्यार रखना है |

स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी भी बनना है। जितना पढेंगे उतना ऊंच पद पायेंगे।
बाप कहते हैं जितना हो सके - ऊंच ते ऊंच पद पाओ, मात-पिता समान पुरुषार्थ करो। ट्रस्टी बनो | श्रीमत पर चलो। कदम-कदम पर राय पूछना है। पुरुषार्थ अच्छा करना चाहिए।
सेवा : योगबल से पतित दुनिया को पावन बनाने में बाप का मददगार बनना है। औरों को आप समान बनाना है | सबको निमन्त्रण जरूर देना है। अखबार से सबको निमन्त्रण मिल रहा है ।
स्वमान : सपूत बच्चे... स्वर्ग का मालिक... चक्रवर्ती राजा ...साक्षी... ट्रस्टी... आकर्षण मूर्त... सहजयोगी...

Essence: Sweet children, have patience. Your days of sorrow are now over and your days of happiness are about to come. The children with faith in their intellect are patient.

Question: What is the easy way to prevent yourself from wilting under any circumstance?

Answer: Always keep the example (sample) of Brahma Baba in front of you. He is the father of so many children. Some are worthy, some are unworthy, some do service and some do disservice, yet Baba never wilts nor is he ever afraid. So why do you children wilt? You should not wilt under any circumstance.

Song: Have patience o mind. Your days of happiness are about to come.

Essence for dharna:
1. Become a helper of the Father in making the impure world pure with the power of yoga. Do not take a rest on the pilgrimage of remembrance. Let your remembrance be such that the person in front of you even forgets his body.

Blessing: May you be an image that has all attractions and an easy yogi by making the Comforter of Hearts sit in your heart.

To give your heart to the Comforter of Hearts means to make Him sit in your heart; this is called easy yoga. Your head will work where your heart is. When you have given your heart and head, that is, your awareness and your power of thought, to the Father, when you belong to the Father with your thoughts, words and deeds, there will then be no margin for the attraction of any other type of thought. Then your dreams will also be based on this. When everything is“Yours” there cannot be any other attraction. You will easily become an image that has all attractions.

Slogan: Let there be deep love in your heart for the Father and the Godly family and you will continue to receive success.

प्रश्न:-
किसी भी हालत में मुरझाइस आये इसकी सहज विधि क्या है?

उत्तर:-
ब्रह्मा बाप का सैम्पुल सदा सामने रखो। इतने ढेर बच्चों का बाप, कोई सपूत बच्चे हैं तो कोई कपूत, कोई सर्विस करते, कोई डिससर्विस, फिर भी बाबा कभी मुरझाते नहीं, घबराते नहीं फिर तुम बच्चे क्यों मुरझा जाते हो? तुम्हें तो किसी भी हालत में मुरझाना नहीं है।

दिलाराम
को दिल देना अर्थात् दिल में बसाना - इसी को ही सहजयोग कहा जाता है। जहाँ दिल होगी वहाँ ही दिमाग भी चलेगा। जब दिल और दिमाग अर्थात् स्मृति, संकल्प शक्ति सब बाप को दे दी, मन-वाणी और कर्म से बाप के हो गये तो और कोई भी संकल्प वा किसी भी प्रकार की आकर्षण आने की मार्जिन ही नहीं। स्वप्न भी इसी आधार पर आते हैं। जब सब कुछ तेरा कहा तो दूसरी आकर्षण ही नहीं सकती। सहज ही सर्व आकर्षण मूर्त बन जायेंगे।

स्लोगन:-

Discovering Inner Compassion - cont.

When we try to describe compassion, it is worth looking at the words sympathy, empathy and interpathy.

Showing sympathy towards another person's suffering is acknowledging their suffering, for example, 'I am sorry that you have hurt yourself'. We recognize that they are injured or ill without really engaging at a feeling level.

Empathy is when we literally share a feeling with someone, we walk in their shoes, for example, 'I feel really upset that you are so depressed about losing your job'. This can bring great comfort to the person we are empathizing with, but the comfort to them can be at our expense and leave us feeling emotionally drained or sad. If we identify too closely with them, it can also make it difficult for us to help them.

An expansion of empathy is a word called interpathy where we relate to another's suffering although we may not understand why they are suffering. This may be because they are from a different culture or because their feelings may seem inappropriate given the situation, but we are curious, we try to understand.

Compassion is all these words -- sympathy, empathy, interpathy - yet it is more and it is less. We acknowledge someone's sorrow, we sense how they feel, we try to understand how it affects them, yet with compassion we do not become emotionally involved. We are engaged yet detached. We are standing back and looking on with kindness. By showing compassion in this way, it allows us to be compassionate without suffering from compassion fatigue or emotional burnout.

Creating Your Inner Peace Room (Visualization)

To overcome anger, visualize a house and in that house there is a peace room. See the room as an empty space. Then, step by step decorate and finish the room with the colours and objects, which symbolize peace to you. See the sun streaming into the room, filling the room with light. Then see yourself sitting in the room and filling the room with your vibrations of peace. 

This is now your inner peace room. Whenever you see yourself experiencing emotions like anger, irritation, frustration etc. - you can go visit this room using the power of your mind and intellect (visualization) - it takes only a second - and peace awaits you. To keep it fresh in your mind write a description of your peace room. 
Message for the day

To contribute selflessly is to move forward with the blessings of all. 

Projection: Many times weI find ourselves in situations where there is a problem, where we seem to be part of the problem too. We try defending ourselves but people do not always understand. At such times there is no solution to be found, and we find ourselves talking again and again about the problem. 

Solution: We need to become part of the solution instead of just being part of the problem and talking about it. To be part of the solution means to make some contribution in order to better the situation. When we do whatever little we can, we continue to receive blessings from those around us.
