Synopsis:  Happy Satguruvar ! Sakar Murli February 19, 2015

1.   The Ocean of Knowledge is only the one Father. Purity only exists in heaven. He is also the Ocean of Purity. He is the Ocean of Peace. Only He is the Bestower of Salvation to All.

2.   The Father has only come to bring benefit. You have to benefit yourself and also others. The Father gives shrimat: Consider yourself to be a soul, discard body consciousness and remember Me. This is such easy medicine.

3.   Listen only to the Father; don’t listen to any human beings. The Father teaches you the elevated deity religion (dharma) and elevated action (karma). You should make a great deal of effort to become soul conscious. No stones or bad words should emerge from your mouths. Conduct yourselves with a lot of love. Impure vision causes a great deal of harm. Soul consciousness is: awareness of the imperishable. Remain introverted and make the intellect churn. If you allow any bad words to emerge from your mouth or your vision to be pulled to impurity, you should slap yourself.

4.   The Father says: Remember Me! Give up wandering around from door to door. Only this knowledge is for peace. By remembering the Father, you will become satopradhan; that’s all! Continue to give this mantra. You should not accept money from anyone until they have become strong in knowledge. Tell them: Promise that you will remain pure, and then we can eat what you prepare with your hands; we can accept anything.

5.   You have to become sticks for the blind. You know the path. The knowledge of the Creator and creation and liberation and liberation-in-life continues to spin in the intellects of those of you who are maharathis.

6.   There is also a great deal of damage through joking and laughter. Therefore, only pure words should always emerge constantly from your mouth, never impure words (kuvachan). There shouldn’t even be jokes or laughter (hansi-mazaak). It shouldn’t be that you say: “I was just joking.” Even that is harmful (nuksaan kaarak). Don’t make jokes that have any odour of vice in them.

Blessing: May you be a living (chaitanya) lighthouse who shows the path to souls with the light of all powers.

If you constantly maintain the awareness of being a soul who has incarnated from the supreme abode to do world service, then, whatever thoughts you have, whatever words you speak, world benefit would be merged in them. This awareness will work like a lighthouse. Just as light of one colour emerges from that lighthouse, similarly, the light of all powers emerging from you living lighthouses performs the task of showing souls the way home at every step.

Points to churn from the blessing:

We, the souls, with the royalty and realty of purity, constantly dance in happiness...with truthful attitude, vision, words and activities, we are constantly cheerful in our hearts and features, eternally happy-hearted and happy-faced... With the power of purity, we can transform the vision, attitude and actions of any soul...with the purity in our thoughts, we can discern and transform the impure thoughts of any soul...we are the lights of the world, full of peace and happiness...

With the mantra of Manmanabhav and Madhyajibhav, we constantly spin the discus of self realization in detail in our intellect...while walking and moving around we remember our land of peace and the land of happiness, absolve our sinful actions, and accumulate in our account of an imperishable status... by having the land of liberation (Alpha) in one eye, the land of liberation-in-life (Beta) in the other eye, we become the light houses showing the path of happiness to all....we are the non-violent Shakti army that takes the  boat across by breaking relationships with the old world and establishing a pure age, a new age, and a new kingdom of deities... we are the children of the Pandava Government who make the coat of arms for the spiritual government by writing Victory in Truth underneath the picture of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar...

Essence of Murli (H&E): February 19, 2015:

Essence: Sweet children, the Father teaches you the elevated deity religion (dharma) and elevated action (karma). This is why no devilish actions should be performed by you. A very clean intellect is needed.

Question: What is the first sin you commit when you become body conscious?

Answer: If there is body consciousness, then, instead of having remembrance of the Father, there is remembrance of bodily beings. There will continue to be impure vision (kudrishti). Negative thoughts (khraab khyaalaat) will arise. This is a very big sin. You should understand that Maya is attacking you and that you should caution yourself immediately.

Essence for Dharna:

1. Never laugh or joke (hansi-mazaak) about things that have any odour of vice in them. Be very cautious. No bad words (katuvachan) should emerge from your mouth.

2. In order to become soul conscious, practise it a great deal. Conduct yourself with love with everyone. Don’t have impure vision (kudrishti). If your vision is pulled towards impurity, punish yourself.

Blessing: May you be a living (chaitanya) lighthouse who shows the path to souls with the light of all powers.

Slogan: Together with love and co-operation (sneh aur sahyog), also be an embodiment of power (shakti) and you will claim a number ahead in the kingdom.

सार:-   “मीठे बच्चे - बाप तुम्हें दैवी धर्म और श्रेष्ठ कर्म सिखलाते हैं इसलिए तुमसे कोई भी आसुरी कर्म नहीं होने चाहिए, बुद्धि बहुत शुद्ध चाहिए”

प्रश्न:-   देह- अभिमान में आने से पहला पाप कौन- सा होता है?

उत्तर:- अगर देह- अभिमान है तो बाप की याद के बजाए देहधारी की याद आयेगी, कुदृष्टि जाती रहेगी, खराब ख्यालात आयेंगे । यह बहुत बड़ा पाप है । समझना चाहिए, माया वार कर रही है । फौरन सावधान हो जाना चाहिए ।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

1. कभी भी ऐसी हंसी-मजाक नहीं करनी है जिसमें विकारों की वायु हो । अपने को बहुत सावधान रखना है, मुख से कटुवचन नहीं निकालने हैं ।

2. आत्म- अभिमानी बनने की बहुत-बहुत प्रैक्टिस करनी है । सबसे प्यार से चलना है । कुदृष्टि नहीं रखनी है । कुदृष्टि जाए तो अपने आपको आपेही सजा देनी है ।

वरदान:- सर्व शक्तियों की लाइट द्वारा आत्माओं को रास्ता दिखाने वाले चैतन्य लाइट हाउस भव !

यदि सदा इस स्मृति में रहो कि मैं आत्मा विश्व कल्याण की सेवा के लिए परमधाम से अवतरित हुई हूँ तो जो भी संकल्प करेंगे, बोल बोलेंगे उसमें विश्व कल्याण समाया हुआ होगा । और यही स्मृति लाइट हाउस का कार्य करेगी । जैसे उस लाइट हाउस से एक रंग की लाइट निकलती है ऐसे आप चैतन्य लाइट हाउस द्वारा सर्व शक्तियों की लाइट आत्माओं को हर कदम में रास्ता दिखाने का कार्य करती रहेगी ।

If you make time to dive deep into the sea, beneath your emotions, you will experience a world of stillness and great strength. Then, you'll stay unaffected - resilient to the winds of change.

Patience

Patience is a virtue and a power too. Patience tells us that the
journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step and that we get
over there one step at a time. Patience teaches us not to rush. Knowing
that there is a reason and a season for everything it enables us to
smile at the challenges, realizing that there is an answer to every
problem. And, even though we cannot see it, yet there is awareness that
within every crisis is an opportunity.

Cleaning Up The Cupboards Of Your Mind (cont.)

The first thing that meditation teaches us is to cleanse (clean up) the mind of the useless thoughts that it creates in the present moment. While your mind identifies with these kinds of thoughts and sees them as absolutely normal, it will not be able to concentrate. And if it cannot concentrate, it will not be able to cleanse in depth. Meditation helps you to live through that inner process without pain.

From a space of love, experienced in meditation, you feel secure in order to open up the cupboards of your subconscious mind. Do not open them before commencing (beginning) the practice of meditation, because the accumulated pain can be overwhelming and the loneliness experienced, when you see what you find inside, can terrify you. Because you are alone, with yourself, with your past and with your present and you are alone here, with your inner cupboards and your files. In the silence of contemplative meditation you feel a divine energy accompanying you which helps you overcome this fear of loneliness. You feel embraced by the energy and the presence of unconditional love, which it showers on you - it accepts you as you are, which makes the cleaning up process easier.

Soul Sustenance

The Location And The Form Of The Soul (Part 1)

When I look in a mirror I don't see my reflection but that of my body. The soul is actually looking through the windows of the eyes from some point inside the head. When viewed from the front, this region appears to be between and slightly above the line of the eyebrows. As the brain is the control centre for all of the various processes of the body - metabolism, the nervous, endocrine, immunological, and lymphatic systems - it makes sense that the soul be located somewhere in the brain. Just as the driver in a car sits behind the wheel with the steering wheel in his hands, the soul sits in a specific point in the centre of the brain. This is important to know for meditation purposes because it is the place to which attention is first directed in the effort to concentrate the thoughts: I am the soul, a tiny point of conscious light energy centered in the spot between the eyebrows.

Message for the day

To listen to others fully is to be able to be free from repeating mistakes.

Expression: When there is criticism that comes one's way, it should be carefully analysed to see if there is any truth in it. If there is correction can be made accordingly. On the other hand, if others' criticism is ignored or there is a tendency to defend oneself, there cannot be any correction and mistakes are repeated.

Experience: When I listen to others with honesty, I am able to discover even the most negligible aspect in my behaviour which I can change. So I find myself constantly improving and progressing and moving on towards success. So having brought about a change, even the criticism that comes my way stops.
