An Angel in Conversation with Avyakt Brahma

First Awareness
The moment I open my eyes, I realize: I am a soul. I descended from the Sweet Home of Light in order to give radiant light to the world.

Who am I?
I am an angel. As soon as I sit for amrit vela, I gaze lovingly at Avyakt Brahma. I deeply appreciate all the service that Shiv Baba carries out through him. I see Brahma Baba doing unlimited service from the subtle regions.

To whom do I Belong?
Soul converses with Baba:
Good morning sweet Baba. You are my Baba. I belong to You and You belong to me. My love and acceptance of You make me worthy to receive your blessings. I take blessings from you and erase my weaknesses.As an angel, I sit here with you in the subtle regions. I experience your beacon of powers through your drishti. I am complete just by being here with you. Your tireless service inspires me to become an angel like you. You work so hard for me. I must reciprocate Your selfless love. Just as you are a constant yogi and a constant server, I too should become a constant yogi and constant server.

Baba converses with the Soul:
Sweet child, wake up! Sit down with Me. Brahma Baba understands your weaknesses and fills you with strength and courage. BapDada places you on the seat of unlimited service. I fill you with power so that you can maintain hope and enthusiasm for world service. Just as a sculptor creates a face by shaping the eyes and nose etc., I busily fill you with all spiritual qualifications.

Receiving Inspirations and Clearing Confusions
I take a moment to quiet my chattering mind by focusing on Baba, the Ocean of Silence. In this silence, I receive from Baba pure, inspiring thoughts for service.

Receiving a Blessing from Baba
I manifest my angelic form before sweet Baba in the subtle regions. With much love and powerful drishti, pure vision, He gives me this blessing:
You are the one who observes your thoughts with care. You have the power to let go of wasteful and negative thoughts in a second and the ability to align your self with thoughts that reflect your divinity and spiritual destination. Because of this practice, you are now infused with the magic to transform the self and restore a world of Beauty.

Unlimited Subtle Service (last 15 minutes)
I bestow on the world the blessing described above. I take this blessing from Baba and gift it to the whole world through my pure thoughts. With my angelic costume, I circle the earth globe and give this blessing to all souls.

Before Going to Bed
I steady myself in the stage beyond sound. I mentally check: was I disobedient in anyway during the day? If so, I admit it to Baba. Did I succumb, mentally or physically, to any attractions, attachments, or selfish preferences? I chart my actions, and remove the impact of faulty actions with 30 minutes of yoga. I go to sleep with a clean and clear heart.

एक फरिश्ते की अव्यक्त ब्रह्मा से रूहरिहान

पहली स्मृति

आँख खुलते ही संकल्प करें कि मैं आत्मा हूँ। मैं इस धरा को प्रकाशमय करने के लिये स्वीट लाइट के होम से अवतरित हुई हूँ।

मैं कौन हूँ?

मैं एक फरिश्ता हूँ। अमृत वेले बैठते ही मैं बहुत प्यार भरी दृष्टि से अव्यक्त ब्रह्मा बाबा को निहार रही हूँ। बाबा! मैं आपकी सेवा का कितना ना धन्यवाद करूं, जो शिव बाबा आपके द्वारा कराते हैं। मैं सूक्ष्म वतन से ब्रह्मा बाबा को बेहद की रूहानी सेवा करते हुए देख रही हूँ।

मैं किसकी हूँ?

आत्मा की बाबा से रूहरिहान:

मीठे ब्रह्मा बाबा - गुड मॉर्निंग। मैं फरिश्ता बन सूक्ष्म वतन में आपके साथ बैठी हूँ। बाबा! आपकी अलौकिक दृष्टि से मैं सर्व शक्तियों का अनुभव कर रही हूँ। आपका ये साथ मुझे सम्पूर्णता की ओर लिये जा रहा है। आपकी अथक सेवा मुझे आप समान फरिश्ता बनने की प्रेरणा दे रही है। आपके इस निस्वार्थ प्रेम का रिटर्न मैं कैसे दे पाऊँगी बाबा। मुझे तो आप जैसा निरंतर योगी और निरंतर सेवाधारी बनना है।

बाबा की आत्मा से रूहरिहान:

मीठे बच्चे - जागो। मेरे साथ बैठो। ब्रह्मा बाबा तुम्हारी कमी-कमज़ोरियों को समझते हैं और तुम्हे शक्ति और हिम्मत से भरपूर करते हैं। बापदादा तुम्हे बेहद की सेवा के लिये तैयार कर रहे हैं। मैं तुम्हारे में उमंग-उत्साह भरकर विश्‍व सेवा करने की शक्ति देता हूँ। एक् शिल्पकार की तरह मैं तुम बच्चों को अध्यात्मिक गुणों और विशेषताओं से सजाता हूँ।

बाबा से प्रेरणाऐ:

अपने मन को सर्व बातों से हटा कर बाबा में लगाऐं। बाबा है साइलेन्स का सागर। इस साइलेन्स में मैं बाबा से प्रेरणायुक्त और पवित्र सेवा के संकल्प ले रही हूँ।

बाबा से वरदान:

सूक्ष्म वतन में मीठे बाबा के सामने मेरा फरिश्ता स्वरूप साफ दिखाई दे रहा है। बहुत प्यार व शक्तिशाली दृष्टि से बाबा मुझे वरदान दे रहे हैं –

तुम अपने संकल्पों की रचना बहुत ध्यान से करते हो। जब तुम संकल्पों को व्यर्थ और निगेटिव से बचा लेते हो, तो समर्थ संकल्पों को साकार करने की शक्ति आ जाती है। तुम्हारे इस परिवर्तन से एक सुन्दर् विश्‍व का पुन: निर्माण हो जाता है।

बेहद की सूक्ष्म सेवा: (आखिरी के पंद्रह मिनिट - प्रातः ४:४५ से ५:०० बजे तक)

बाबा द्वारा इस वरदान को अपने शुभ संकल्पों द्वारा, वरदाता बन, मैं पूरे विश्‍व को दान दे रही हूँ। अपनी फरिश्ता ड्रेस पहन कर मैं विश्‍व भ्रमण करते हुए सर्व आत्माओं को ये वरदान दे रहीं हूँ।

रात्रि सोने के पहले

आवाज़ की दुनिया के पार जा कर अपनी स्टेज को स्थिर बनाऐं। चेक करें की आज दिन भर में किसी बात की अवज्ञा तो नहीं की? अगर हाँ तो बाबा को बताऐं। किसी के मोह या आकर्षण में बुद्धि तो नहीं फंसी? अपने कर्मो का चार्ट बनाऐं। तीस मिनिट के योग द्वारा किसी भी गलत कर्म के प्रभाव से स्वयं को मुक्त करें। अपने दिल को साफ और हल्का कर के सोऐं।
