“मीठे बच्चे - तुम बेहद के बाप से बेहद का वर्सा लेने आये हो, यहाँ हद की कोई बात नहीं, तुम बड़े उमंग से बाप को याद करो तो पुरानी दुनिया भूल जायेगी |”   

प्रश्न:- कौन-सी एक बात तुम्हें बार-बार अपने से घोट कर पक्की करनी चाहिए?

उत्तर:- हम आत्मा हैं, हम परमात्मा बाप से वर्सा ले रहे हैं। आत्मायें हैं बच्चे, परमात्मा है बाप। अभी बच्चे और बाप का मेला हुआ है। यह बात बार-बार घोट-घोट कर पक्की करो। जितना आत्म-अभिमानी बनते जायेंगे, देह-अभिमान मिट जायेगा।

बच्चे जानते हैं कि हम बाबा के साथ बैठे हुए हैं - यह है बड़े ते बड़ा बाबा, सबका बाबा है। बाबा आया हुआ है। बाप से क्या मिलता है, यह तो सवाल ही नहीं उठता। बाप से मिलता ही है वर्सा। यह है सबका बेहद का बाप, जिससे बेहद का सुख, बेहद की प्रॉपर्टी मिलती है। वह है हद की मिलकियत। कोई के पास हजार, कोई के पास 5 हजार होगी। कोई के पास 10-20-50 करोड़, अरब होंगे। अब वह तो सब हैं लौकिक बाबायें और हद के बच्चे। यहाँ तुम बच्चे समझते हो हम बेहद के बाप पास आये हैं बेहद की प्रॉपर्टी लेने। दिल में आश तो रहती है ना। सिवाए स्कूल के और सत्संग आदि में कोई आश नहीं रहती। कहेंगे शान्ति मिले, वह तो मिल नहीं सकती। यहाँ तुम बच्चे समझते हो हम आये हैं विश्व नई दुनिया का मालिक बनने। नहीं तो यहाँ क्यों आयें। बच्चे कितनी वृद्धि को पाते रहते हैं! कहते हैं बाबा हम तो विश्व का मालिक बनने आये हैं, हद की कोई बात ही नहीं। बाबा आपसे हम बेहद स्वर्ग का वर्सा लेने आये हैं। कल्प- कल्प हम बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं फिर माया बिल्ली छीन लेती है इसलिए इसको हार-जीत का खेल कहा जाता है। बाप बैठ बच्चों को समझाते हैं। बच्चे भी नम्बरवार समझते हैं, यह कोई साधू-सन्त नहीं है। जैसे तुमको कपड़े पड़े हैं वैसे इनको पड़े हैं। यह तो बाबा है ना। कोई पूछेंगे किसके पास जाते हो? कहेंगे हम बापदादा के पास जाते हैं। यह तो फैमिली हो गई। क्यों जाते, क्या लेने जाते? यह तो और कोई समझ न सके। कह न सके कि हम बापदादा के पास जाते हैं, वर्सा उनसे मिलता है। दादे की प्रॉपर्टी के सब हकदार हैं। शिवबाबा के अविनाशी बच्चे (आत्मायें) तो हो ही फिर प्रजापिता ब्रहमा के बनने से उनके पोत्रे-पोत्रियां हो। अभी तुम जानते हो हम आत्मा हैं। यह तो बहुत पक्का घोटना चाहिए। हम आत्मायें परमात्मा बाप से वर्सा लेते हैं। हम आत्मायें बाप से आकर मिले हैं। आगे तो शरीर का भान था। फलाने-फलाने नाम वाले ही प्रॉपर्टी लेते हैं। अभी तो हैं आत्मायें, परमात्मा से वर्सा लेते हैं। आत्मायें हैं बच्चे, परमात्मा है बाप। बच्चे और बाप का बहुत समय के बाद मेला लगता है। एक ही बारी। भक्तिमार्ग में फिर अनेक आर्टाफिशियल मेले लगते रहते हैं। यह है सबसे वन्डरफुल मेला। आत्मायें, परमात्मा अलग रहे बहुकाल...... कौन? तुम आत्मायें। यह भी तुम समझते हो हम आत्मायें अपने स्वीट साइलेन्स होम में रहने वाली हैं। अभी यहाँ पार्ट बजाते-बजाते थक गये हैं। तो सन्यासी गुरू आदि के पास जाकर शान्ति माँगते हैं। समझते हैं वह घरबार छोड़ जंगल में जाते हैं, उनसे शान्ति मिलेगी। परन्तु ऐसे है नहीं। अभी तो सभी शहर में आ गये हैं। जंगल में गुफायें खाली पड़ी हैं। गुरू बनकर बैठे हैं। नहीं तो उन्हों को निवृत्ति मार्ग का ज्ञान दे पवित्रता सिखलानी है। आजकल तो देखो शादियाँ कराते रहते हैं।

तुम बच्चे तो अपने योगबल से अपनी कर्मेन्द्रियों को वश में करते हो। कर्मेन्द्रियाँ योगबल से शीतल हो जायेंगी। कर्मेन्द्रियों में चंचलता होती है ना। अब कर्मेन्द्रियों पर जीत पानी है, जो कोई चंचलता न चले। सिवाए योगबल से कर्मेन्द्रियों का वश होना इम्पासिबुल है। बाप कहते हैं कर्मेन्द्रियों की चंचलता योगबल से ही टूटेगी। योगबल की ताकत तो है ना। इसमें बड़ी मेहनत लगती है। आगे चलकर कर्मेन्द्रियों की चंचलता नहीं रहेगी। सतयुग में तो कोई गन्दी बीमारी नहीं होती। यहाँ तुम कर्मेन्द्रियों को वश कर जाते हो तो कोई भी गंदी बात वहाँ होती नहीं। नाम ही है स्वर्ग। उनको भूल जाने कारण लाखों वर्ष कह देते हैं। अभी तक भी मन्दिर बनाते रहते हैं। अगर लाखों वर्ष हुए हो तो फिर बात ही याद न हो। यह मन्दिर आदि क्यों बनाते? तो वहाँ कर्मेन्द्रियाँ शीतल रहती है। कोई चंचलता नहीं रहती। शिवबाबा को तो कर्मेन्द्रियाँ हैं नहीं। बाकी आत्मा में ज्ञान तो सारा है ना। वही शान्ति का सागर, सुख का सागर है। वो लोग कहते कर्मेन्द्रियां वश नहीं हो सकती। बाप की याद में रहो। कोई भी बेकायदे काम कर्मेन्द्रियों से नहीं करना कहते हैं योगबल से तुम कर्मेन्द्रियों को वश करो। बाप है। ऐसे लवली बाप को याद करते-करते प्रेम में आंसू आने चाहिए। आत्मा परमात्मा में लीन तो होती नहीं। बाप एक ही बार मिलते हैं, जब शरीर का लोन लेते हैं तो ऐसे बाप के साथ कितना प्यार से चलना चाहिए। बाबा को उछल आई ना। ओहो! बाबा विश्व का मालिक बनाते हैं फिर यह धन माल क्या करेंगे, छोड़ो सब। जैसे पागल होते हैं ना। सब कहने लगे इनको बैठे-बैठे क्या हुआ। धंधा आदि सब छोड़कर आ गये। खुशी का पारा चढ़ गया। साक्षात्कार होने लगे। राजाई मिलनी है परन्तु कैसे मिलेगी, क्या होगा? यह कुछ भी पता नहीं। बस मिलना है, उस खुशी में सब छोड़ दिया। फिर धीरे- धीरे नॉलेज मिलती रहती है। तुम बच्चे यहाँ स्कूल में आये हो, एम ऑबजेक्ट तो है ना। यह है राजयोग। बेहद के बाप से राजाई लेने आये हो। बच्चे जानते हैं हम उनसे पढ़ते हैं, जिसको याद करते थे कि बाबा आकर हमारे दु:ख हरो सुख दो। बच्चियाँ कहती हैं हमको कृष्ण जैसा बच्चा मिले। अरे वह तो बैकुण्ठ में मिलेगा ना। कृष्ण बैकुण्ठ का है, उनको तुम झुलाते हो तो उन जैसा बच्चा तो बैकुण्ठ में ही मिलेगा ना। अभी तुम बैकुण्ठ की बादशाही लेने आये हो। वहाँ जरूर प्रिन्स- प्रिन्सेज ही मिलेंगे। पवित्र बच्चा मिले, यह आश भी पूरी होती है। यूँ तो प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज यहाँ भी बहुत हैं परन्तु नर्कवासी हैं। तुम चाहते हो स्वर्गवासी को। पढ़ाई तो बहुत सहज है। बाप कहते हैं तुमने बहुत भक्ति की है, धक्के खाये हैं। तुम कितना खुशी से तीर्थों आदि पर जाते हो। अमरनाथ पर जाते हैं, समझते हैं शंकर ने पार्वती को अमरकथा सुनाई। अमरनाथ की सच्ची कथा तुम अभी सुनते हो। यह तो बाप बैठ तुमको सुनाते हैं। तुम आये हो-बाप के पास। जानते हो यह भाग्यशाली रथ है, इसने यह लोन पर लिया है। हम शिवबाबा के पास जाते हैं, उनकी ही श्रीमत पर चलेंगे। कुछ भी पूछना हो तो बाबा से पूछ सकते हो। कहते हैं-बाबा हम बोल नहीं सकते। यह तो तुम पुरूषार्थ करो, इसमें बाबा क्या कर सकते हैं।

बाप तुम बच्चों को श्रेष्ठ बनने का सहज रास्ता बताते हैं-एक तो कर्मेन्द्रियों को वश करो, दूसरा दैवीगुण धारण करो। कोई गुस्सा आदि करे तो सुनो नहीं। एक कान से सुन दूसरे से निकाल दो। जो इविल बात पसन्द न आये, उसे सुनो ही नहीं। देखो पति क्रोध करता है, मारता है तो क्या करना चाहिए? जब देखो पति गुस्सा करता है तो उन पर फूल बरसाओ। हँसते रहो। युक्तियां तो बहुत हैं। कामेशु, क्रोधेशु होते हैं ना। अबलायें पुकारती हैं। एक द्रोपदी नहीं, सब हैं। अब बाप आये हैं नंगन होने से बचाने। बाप कहते हैं इस मृत्युलोक में यह तुम्हारा अन्तिम जन्म है। हम तुम बच्चों को शान्तिधाम ले जाने आया हूँ। वहाँ पतित आत्मा तो जा न सके, इसलिए मैं आकर सबको पावन बनाता हूँ। जिसको जो पार्ट मिला हुआ है वह पूरा कर अब सबको वापिस जाना है। सारे झाड़ का राज बुद्धि में है। बाकी झाड़ के पत्ते थोड़ेही कोई गिनती कर सकते हैं। तो बाप भी मूल बात समझाते हैं-बीज और झाड़। बाकी मनुष्य तो ढेर हैं। एक-एक के अन्दर को थोड़ेही बैठ जानेंगे। मनुष्य समझते हैं भगवान तो अन्तर्यामी है, हरेक के अन्दर की बात को जानते हैं। यह सब है अन्धश्रद्धा।

बाप कहते हैं तुम हमको बुलाते हो कि आकर हमको पतित से पावन बनाओ, राजयोग सिखाओ। अभी तुम राजयोग सीख रहे हो। बाप कहते हैं मुझे याद करो। बाप यह मत देते हैं ना। बाप की श्रीमत और गत सबसे न्यारी है। मत यानी राय, जिससे हमारी सद््गित होती है। वही एक बाप हमारी सद््गति करने वाला है, दूसरा न कोई। इस समय ही बुलाते हैं। सतयुग में तो बुलाते नहीं हैं। अभी ही कहते हैं सर्व का सद्गति दाता एक राम। जब माला फेरते हैं तो फेरते-फेरते जब फूल आता है तो उनको राम कह ऑखों पर लगाते हैं। जपना है एक फूल को। बाकी है उनकी पवित्र रचना। माला को तुम अच्छी रीति जान गये हो। जो बाप के साथ सार्विस करते हैं उनकी यह माला है। शिवबाबा को रचता नहीं कहेंगे। रचता कहेंगे तो प्रश्न उठेगा कि कब रचना की? प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा अभी संगम पर ही ब्राह्मणों को रचते हैं ना। शिवबाबा की रचना तो अनादि है ही। सिर्फ पतित से पावन बनाने लिए बाप आते हैं। अभी तो है पुरानी सृष्टि। नई में रहते हैं देवतायें। अब शूद्रों को देवता कौन बनाये। अभी तुम फिर से बनते हो। जानते हो बाबा हमको शूद्र से ब्राह्मण, ब्राह्मण से देवता बनाते हैं। अभी तुम ब्राह्मण बने हो, देवता बनने के लिए। मनुष्य सृष्टि रचने वाला हो गया ब्रह्मा, जो मनुष्य सृष्टि का हेड है। बाकी आत्माओं का अविनाशी बाप शिव तो है ही। यह सब नई बातें तुम सुनते हो। जो बुद्धिवान हैं वह अच्छी रीति धारण करते हैं। आहिस्ते- आहिस्ते तुम्हारी भी वृद्धि होती जायेगी। अभी तुम बच्चों को स्मृति आई है, हम असुल देवता थे फिर 84 जन्म कैसे लेते हैं। सब राज तुम जानते हो। जास्ती बातों में जाने की दरकार ही नहीं है।

बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेने के लिए मुख्य बात बाप कहते हैं - एक तो मुझे याद करो, दूसरा पवित्र बनो। स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनो और आप समान बनाओ। कितना सहज है। सिर्फ याद ठहरती नहीं है। नॉलेज तो बड़ी सहज है। अभी पुरानी दुनिया खत्म होनी है। फिर सतयुग में नई दुनिया में देवी-देवतायें राज्य करेंगे। इस दुनिया में पुराने ते पुराने यह देवताओं के चित्र हैं वा इन्हों के महल आदि हैं। तुम कहेंगे पुराने ते पुराने हम विश्व के महाराजा-महारानी थे। शरीर तो खत्म हो जाते हैं। बाकी चित्र बनाते रहते हैं। अभी यह थोड़ेही किसको पता है, यह लक्ष्मी-नारायण जो राज्य करते थे वह कहाँ गये? राजाई कैसे ली? बिड़ला इतने मन्दिर बनाते हैं, परन्तु जानते नहीं। पैसे मिलते जाते हैं और बनाते रहते हैं। समझते हैं यह देवताओं की कृपा है। एक शिव की पूजा है अव्यभिचारी भक्ति। ज्ञान देने वाला तो ज्ञान सागर एक ही है, बाकी है भक्ति मार्ग। ज्ञान से आधाकल्प सद्गति होती है फिर भक्ति की दरकार नहीं रहती। ज्ञान, भक्ति, वैराग्य। अब भक्ति से, पुरानी दुनिया से वैराग्य। पुरानी अब खत्म होनी है, इसमें आसक्ति क्या रखें। अब तो नाटक पूरा होता है, हम जाते हैं घर। वह खुशी रहती है। कई समझते हैं मोक्ष पाना तो अच्छा है फिर आयेंगे नहीं। आत्मा बुदबुदा है जो सागर में मिल जाता है। यह सब गपोड़े हैं। एक्टर तो एक्ट करेगा जरूर। जो घर बैठ जाए वह कोई एक्टर थोड़ेही हुआ। मोक्ष होता नहीं। यह ड्रामा अनादि बना हुआ है। यहाँ तुमको कितनी नॉलेज मिलती है। मनुष्यों की बुद्धि में तो कुछ भी नहीं है। तुम्हारा पार्ट ही है-बाप से ज्ञान लेने का, वर्सा पाने का। तुम ड्रामा में बंधायमान हो। पुरूषार्थ जरूर करेंगे। ऐसे नहीं, ड्रामा में होगा तो मिलेगा। फिर तो बैठ जाओ। लेकिन कर्म बिगर कोई रह नहीं सकता है। कर्म सन्यास हो ही नहीं सकता। अच्छा!

मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-

1) योगबल की ताकत से अपनी कर्मेन्द्रियों को शीतल बनाना है। वश में रखना है। इविल बातें न तो सुननी है, न सुनानी है। जो बात पसन्द नहीं आती, उसे एक कान से सुन दूसरे से निकाल देना है।

2) बाप से पूरा वर्सा लेने के लिए स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनना है, पवित्र बन आप समान बनाने की सेवा करनी है।

 

वरदान:-  गृहस्थ व्यवहार और ईश्वरीय व्यवहार दोनों की समानता द्वारा सदा हल्के और सफल भव!   

सभी बच्चों को शरीर निर्वाह और आत्म निर्वाह की डबल सेवा मिली हुई है। लेकिन दोनों ही सेवाओं में समय का, शक्तियों का समान अटेन्शन चाहिए। यदि श्रीमत का कांटा ठीक है तो दोनों साइड समान होंगे। लेकिन गृहस्थ शब्द बोलते ही गृहस्थी बन जाते हो तो बहाने बाजी शुरू हो जाती है इसलिए गृहस्थी नहीं ट्रस्टी हैं, इस स्मृति से गृहस्थ व्यवहार और ईश्वरीय व्यवहार दोनों में समानता रखो तो सदा हल्के और सफल रहेंगे।

Love All

Love can never be exclusive. The sun does not choose to shine on some flowers in the garden and not others. Love is inclusive and has many faces - caring, listening, sharing from the heart, just accepting someone for what they are right now, are all acts of love, as long as you seek nothing in return. It all starts with acceptance of yourself - you're just fine as you are right now, warts and all. It's not that you will stay that way for ever - but you might, if you don't accept. The secret key to the greatest door called love is acceptance. First your self, then others (especially the ones you currently resist) and eventually ...all.

God, the Companion

Your love for God will make you experience His companionship in
everything you do. Where there is love there is never a moment of
loneliness. Thus you will be able to move forward with courage in all
the challenges that life brings. Think of one situation where you have
found yourself failing. Now think that God is with you to help you in
this situation. When you believe this, you will find that you'll get
the courage to accept and face the situation. Then you can also work
and bring about a change in the situation.

The Power To Discriminate

Meditation gives me a discriminating eye - an ability to discriminate between truth and falsehood. It does this by helping me maintain a consciousness that helps me rise above competing claims to truth - the different ideologies and opinions, reasons and analyses, justifications and stories related to a situation - which can be so confusing.

The image of discrimination is the jeweler, who, with the help of his eyeglass, sorts out real diamonds from false. Meditation opens my third eye, the eye of pure consciousness. When I look at the world through this eye, truth is not just an intellectual idea, but an experience of the heart. When I think and act in ways that maintain and deepen this experience of truth, I know I am moving in the right direction. Conversely, I discover that thoughts and behaviours that cloud or hide the experience of truth are coming from falsehood, no matter how much I or others may try to justify them. So, meditation gives me a reliable basis for discriminating the value in different courses of action: will this help me recover my truth, or take me further into falsehood? Will it maintain the flow of love, peace and happiness in my heart, or will it cause a blockage? Previously, I may have been easily swayed by other people's demands and opinions, or by illusory ways of thinking arising from my own negativity. Like a good lawyer, the intellect is very clever at arguing its case, regardless of where the truth may lie. But, when truth is experienced in and from the heart, there is no arguing with it. Deeply experienced truth clears my mind of irrelevancies created due to possessiveness, greed, desires and ego. As I learn to create pure, positive thoughts, and connect with the divine, it is as though a flow of clear, fragrant water gradually displaces the mud and rubbish in my intellect, enabling me to see reality or truth again.

Maintaining Your Self-Esteem In Relationships

When a person is in love with another human, the marvelous thing about being in love is that it is a totally positive projection. There is a person who projects on to you all that is positive: you are marvelous, you are unique, you are indispensable, you are a treasure. That positive projection generates a euphoric state, of bliss, of wellbeing, whereby you are flying. You feel loved, cared for, needed and valued. That positive projection lasts for a time until, with the dependencies and expectations, the negative projection begins. "You should have called me, you should have told me, you should have come at this time, you should be more like this, you should be less like that, you should have done this or that."

With these expectations, demands and dependencies, that positive projection and flying state disappear. The other has started interfering in your personal space and the harmony that was there previously is lost. One needs to learn to have a positive vision of oneself. You are marvelous, you are unique; don't depend on them telling you so. This does not mean you need to feed your ego, but that you need to make the most positive emerge from within you. Resort to all your creative, positive, spiritual capacity, so that you do not depend on others having to project positive things onto you in order to feel good. On feeling good in an independent and autonomous way, you will be able to share with others peace, love and positivism. You won't be in the state of a victim but will be true rulers and controllers of your own life with solid self-esteem.

Message for the day

The one who is a giver, has attention constantly on giving fully.

Expression: When the system that I am working in doesn't let me give maximum benefit to the people around me or deprives them of their natural right, I tend to react negatively. I tend to become upset which doesn't help either of us in anyway.

Experience: When I remember and maintain the awareness that I am a giver, instead of complaining about the restrictions that society or people around me impose I continue to give those around me something that will make them happy. This could be in the form of kind and supportive words or at least an understanding smile. When I give in this way, it will make others too free from negative thoughts.

Essence: Sweet children, you have come to the unlimited Father to claim your unlimited inheritance. Nothing here is limited. When you remember the Father with a lot of enthusiasm (umang), the old world will be forgotten.

Question:   Which aspect should you repeatedly grind inside yourself and make firm?

Answer: I am a soul. I am receiving my inheritance from the Father, the Supreme Soul. Souls are children and the Supreme Soul is the Father. The meeting of the children with the Father takes place now. Make this aspect firm by repeatedly grinding it inside yourself. The more soul conscious (dehi-abhimaani) you become, the more your body consciousness (deh-abhimaan)  will end.

You children know that you are sitting with Baba. He is the greatest Baba, the Father of all. Baba has now come. The question of what you receive from the Father shouldn't arise. You receive your inheritance from the Father. He is everyone's unlimited Father from whom you receive unlimited happiness and unlimited property. Other property is limited. Someone has 1000 (rupees) whereas another has 5000. Some might have a million, two million, five million, multimillions. All of those worldly fathers and children are limited. Here, you children understand that you have come to the unlimited Father to claim your unlimited property. You have this hope in your hearts. Apart from in schools, no one has any hopes in satsangs etc. They simply say that they want peace. However, they are unable to attain it there. You children understand that you have come here to become the masters of the new world. Why else have you come here? The number of you children is growing. You say: Baba, we have come here to become the masters of the world. There is nothing limited here. Baba, we have come here to claim our inheritance of unlimited heaven. We claim this inheritance from the Father every cycle. Then, Maya, the cat, snatches it away from us. Therefore, this is called a play of victory and defeat. The Father sits here and explains to you children. You children understand, numberwise. This one is not a sage or holy man.  This one is wearing the same kind of clothes that you wear. This one is Baba. When someone asks you whom you are going to visit, you say: We are going to BapDada. Therefore, this is a family. Why do you come here? What do you receive here? No one else can understand this. They wouldn't say that they are going to BapDada and that they are receiving their inheritance from Him. Everyone has a right to their grandfather’s property. You souls are the imperishable children of Shiv Baba anyway. By belonging to Brahma now, you become His grandsons and granddaughters. You now know that you are souls. You must keep this firmly in your heart. We souls are claiming our inheritance from the Father, the Supreme Soul. We souls have come and met the Father. Previously, when we were in body consciousness, we would say, "Someone with such-and-such a name is receiving such-and-such property." We now understand that, as souls, we are taking our inheritance from the Supreme Soul. Souls are the children and the Supreme Soul is the Father. The meeting of the children with the Father takes place after a long time and it takes place only once a cycle. On the path of devotion, there are many artificial melas. This is the most wonderful mela of souls. Souls were separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time. Which souls? You souls.  You souls also understand that you are the residents of the home of sweet silence. You became tired from playing your parts here. This is why you went to sannyasis and gurus etc. and ask for peace. You thought that, because they leave their homes and go into the forests, you could receive peace from them. However, it isn't like that; they have now all returned to the cities. The caves in the jungle have become empty. They now sit in the cities as gurus, when they should really be giving the knowledge of the path of isolation and teaching purity. Nowadays, they even perform marriage ceremonies. You children control your senses with the power of yoga. Senses become cool and calm with the power of yoga. There is the mischief of the senses. You have to conquer your senses so that there isn't any more mischief. Unless you have the power of yoga, it is impossible to control the senses. The Father says: Only with the power of yoga can you end the mischief of the senses. There is strength in the power of yoga. It does take a lot of effort. As you go further, that mischief of your senses will stop. There are no bad diseases in the golden age. You learn to control your senses here, so that there isn't anything dirty there. The very name there is heaven. Because this is forgotten they say that it lasts for hundreds of thousands of years. Even now, they still continue to build temples. If it were hundreds of thousands of years, they wouldn't be able to remember anything. Why do they build temples? Because the senses there remain cool and calm, they don't make any mischief. Shiv Baba doesn't have any physical senses, but He does have all the knowledge in His Soul. He alone is the Ocean of Peace and the Ocean of Happiness. People say that it is impossible to control the physical senses. The Father says: Control your senses with the power of yoga.  Stay in remembrance of the Father.  Don't allow your senses to perform any actions against the rules. Whilst remembering such a lovely Father, there should be tears of love. Souls do not merge into the Supreme Soul. Only once, when He takes a body on loan, does the Father meet you. Therefore, you should interact with such a Father with so much love. Baba had great enthusiasm. Oh! Baba is going to make me the master of the world! What would I do with all this wealth and property? He said: I will renounce everything. He was just like a crazy person. Everyone started asking: What has happened to him suddenly? He left his business and came to Baba. His degree of happiness rose very high. He started to have visions that showed he was to receive a kingdom. However, he didn't know how he would receive it or what would happen; he just knew that he was to receive it. He renounced everything in the happiness of that. Then, gradually, he continued to receive knowledge. You children have come here to this school. There is your aim and objective. This is Raja Yoga. You have come to the unlimited Father to claim your kingdom. You children know that we study with Him. He is the One whom we have been remembering: Baba, come and remove our sorrow and give us happiness. Daughters say: We want to have a child like Krishna. However, it is only in Paradise that you can have that. Krishna belongs to Paradise. You swing him (his idol) in a swing but only in Paradise can you really have a child like him. You have now come to claim your kingdom of Paradise. You will definitely find princes and princesses there. Your hope of having pure children will be fulfilled. There are many princes and princesses here too, but they are residents of hell. You want to have children who live in heaven. This study is very easy. The Father says: You have performed a lot of devotion.  You stumbled around so much!  You went on pilgrimages etc. with so much happiness. You also went to Amarnath (temple in the Himalayas). It is believed that Shankar told the story of immortality to Parvati there. You are now listening to Amarnath (Lord of Immortality) telling you the true story of immortality. The Father sits here and tells it to you. You have come to the Father. You know that this one is the "Lucky Chariot". Baba has taken this chariot on loan. We are going to Shiv Baba and we will only follow His shrimat. If you want to, you can ask Baba anything. Some say: Baba, I am not able to speak any knowledge. Baba would say: You should make effort. What can Baba do about this? The Father shows you children an easy way to become elevated. First, control your senses, and second, imbibe divine virtues. Don't listen to anyone who becomes angry. Hear it through one ear and let it out through the other. Don't listen to any of the evil things that you don't like. When you see that your husband is becoming angry and is going to hit you, what should you do? When you see that your husband is becoming angry, shower flowers on him. Continue to smile at him. There are many tactics to use.  There are those who are lustful and angry. Innocent ones call out. There wasn't just one Draupadi; all of you are Draupadis. The Father has now come to save you from being stripped. The Father says: This is your last birth in this land of death. I have come to take you children to the land of silence. Souls cannot go there while they are still impure. Therefore, I have come to make everyone pure. Whatever part each soul has received, he has to complete that part before returning home. All the secrets of the whole tree are in your intellects. However, no one could count all the leaves on a tree. Therefore, the Father explains the main aspect about the Seed and the tree. There are many human beings. He wouldn't sit and look at what is going on inside each one. People believe that God knows what is within each one. All of that is blind faith. The Father says: You call out to Me to come and purify you and teach you Raja Yoga. You are now studying Raja Yoga. The Father says: Remember Me. It is the Father who gives these directions. The Father's shrimat and ways are totally unique. “Ways” means advice through which we are granted salvation. Only that one Father grants us salvation. There is no one else who does this. It is at this time that you call Him. You do not invite Him to come to the golden age. It is only now that you say that the Bestower of Salvation for All is the one Rama. People turn the beads of a rosary. They turn them and when they come to the tassel, they call it Rama and raise it to their eyes. The name they chant is that of the tassel. Everyone else is His pure creation. You know this rosary very well. This is the rosary of those who do service with the Father. Shiv Baba cannot be called the Creator. If you call Him the Creator, the question arises: When did He create the world? Brahmins are created now, at the confluence age, through Prajapita Brahma. Shiv Baba's creation is eternal. The Father simply comes to purify the impure. This is now the old world. Deities reside in the new world. Now, who would change shudras into deities? You are now becoming deities once again. You know that Baba changes you from shudras into Brahmins and from Brahmins into deities. You have become Brahmins in order to become deities. Therefore, Brahma becomes the creator of the human world. He is the head of the human world, but Shiva is the imperishable Father of all souls. You are now listening to all these new things. Those who are intelligent imbibe them very well. Gradually, the number of you will grow. You children have been reminded about how you were originally deities and how you then took 84 births. You know all the secrets of that. There is no need to go into anything more. The Father says: The main thing to do in order to receive your full inheritance from the Father is first, to remember Him and second, to become pure. Become a spinner of the cycle of self-realisation and make others similar to you. It's so easy! It is just that remembrance doesn't stay.  Knowledge is very easy.  The old world is now to be destroyed. Then the deities will rule the new golden-aged world. In this world, the images of the deities and their palaces etc. are the oldest. You say that you were the oldest emperors and empresses of the world. Those bodies are destroyed but the images of them still continue to be made. No one knows where Lakshmi and Narayan, who used to rule, have gone, or how they claimed that kingdom. Birla (industrialist who built the temple to Lakshmi and Narayan) builds many temples but he doesn't know anything. He continues to get donations and builds more. He believes that to be a blessing of the deities. Unadulterated devotion is the worship of Shiva alone. Only the one Ocean of Knowledge gives knowledge. Everything else is the path of devotion.  Through knowledge, there is salvation for half a cycle, when there is no need for devotion. It is said: Knowledge, devotion, and disinterest. There is now disinterest in devotion and the old world.  The old world is now to be destroyed.  Therefore, why should you be attracted to it? The play is now ending and we are to return home. There is this happiness. Some think that it is good to attain eternal liberation because they will not have to come back again. They think that souls are bubbles that merge into the ocean. All of that is a lie. An actor would definitely act. If he simply sat at home, he couldn't be an actor. There cannot be eternal liberation; this drama is eternally predestined. You receive so much knowledge here. None of this is in the intellects of other human beings. Your parts are to take knowledge from the Father and claim your inheritance. You are bound by the bondage of the drama. You definitely do have to make effort. It is not that if it is in the drama you will receive something. If that were so, you could just simply sit idly! However, no one can stop performing actions. There cannot be renunciation of karma. Achcha.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada. The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

Essence for dharna:

1.      Keep your senses cool and calm with the strength of the power of yoga. Keep them under control. Do not speak about or listen to evil things. Hear whatever you don't like through one ear, and let it out through the other.

2.      In order to claim your full inheritance from the Father, become a spinner of the discus of self- realisation. Become pure and serve others to make them like you are.

Blessing: May you be constantly light and successful by balancing your interaction of the household with your interaction with God.

All you children have received the double service of looking after the livelihood of the body and livelihood of the soul. However, in both types of service, equal attention is needed in terms of time and power. If the needle of shrimat is accurate, both sides will then be equal. However, as soon as you say the word ‘household’ you become a householder and you start making excuses. Therefore, be a trustee, not a householder (grahasti), and, with this awareness, balance your interaction of the household with your interaction with God and you will always remain light and successful.

Essence:    Sweet children, whilst running your business etc., constantly remember your Godly student life and this study. Stay in the intoxication that God, Himself, is teaching you.

Question:    What are the signs of the children who know how to digest the nectar of knowledge?

Answer: They constantly have spiritual intoxication (ruhaani nasha). On the basis of that intoxication, they continue to benefit everyone. They don't like doing anything apart from benefiting everyone. They remain busy in the service of changing thorns into flowers.

Om shanti.

You children are now sitting here and you know that you are actors. You have completed the cycle of 84 births.  You children should have this awareness.  You know that Baba has come to enable you to claim the kingdom once again and to change you from tamopradhan to satopradhan.  No one but the Father can explain these things. You are sitting here as though in a school.  When you are outside, you are no longer in a school. You know that this is the highest-on-high spiritual school. The spiritual Father sits here and teaches you.  You children should remember your studies, should you not?  This one is a child too. It is the Father who teaches him and all of you children. He is the Father of all human souls. He comes and takes a body on loan in order to explain to you. He explains to you every day. While you are sitting here, your intellects should be aware that you have taken 84 births. You were the masters of the world; you were deities. Having taken rebirth, you have fallen to the floor. Bharat was so solvent! You are now aware of all of this. The whole story is of Bharat and also of all of you. Do not forget yourselves! We used to rule in heaven and we had to take 84 births. You have to keep this in your awareness throughout the day. While running your businesses you should remember the study: how you were the masters of the world and how you then continued to come down. This is very easy, but no one is able to remember it. Remembrance slips away because souls are impure. The awareness that God is teaching you slips away. We are Baba's students. Baba continually says: Stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance. The Father is teaching us and making us into those. Let there be this awareness throughout the day. Only the Father reminds you that this place was Bharat. We were deities and have now become devils. Previously, your intellects were also devilish. The Father has now given you Godly intellects. In spite of that, this doesn’t remain in the intellects of some; you forget. The Father gives you so much intoxication. You are once again becoming those deities. Therefore, there should be this intoxication. We are claiming our kingdom. We will rule our kingdom. Some of you have no intoxication at all of claiming your kingdom. You are unable to digest the nectar of knowledge. Those who do have this intoxication would not consider it right to talk of anything except things that benefit others. They remain busy serving to make others into flowers. Previously, we were flowers and then Maya made us into thorns. We are now becoming flowers once again. Talk to yourselves in this way. When you explain to others with this intoxication, the arrow will strike the target very quickly. Bharat was the Garden of Allah. It has now become impure. We were the masters of the whole world.  This is such a great thing.  However, just look at what we have now become!  We have fallen so much! This play is about our rise and fall. The Father sits here and tells us this story. The other story is false whereas this is the true one. Those people relate the story of the true Narayan, but they do not understand how they ascended or how they descended. The Father has now told you the story of the true Narayan, of how you lost the kingdom. It all depended on you. You souls now know how you are claiming the kingdom from the Father. When the Father asks you here if you have this intoxication, you say, "Yes", but, as soon as you go outside, there is no intoxication at all. You children can understand for yourselves that, although you raise your hands, your activity is such that there cannot be this intoxication. You can feel this for yourselves. The Father reminds you children. He says: Children, I gave you the kingdom. You then lost it. You have been coming down. This play is about your rise and fall. Today, someone is a king and tomorrow, he will be dethroned. There are many such stories in the newspapers. If you were to respond to those, people would be able to understand something. Even if you remember that this is a play, there can be constant happiness. It is in your intellects that Shiv Baba came 5000 years before today. He came and taught us Raja Yoga and then there was a war. The Father tells you all of these right things. This is the most elevated confluence age. After the iron age, there is this most elevated age. The iron age wouldn’t be called the most elevated age. Even the golden age wouldn’t be called that. The devilish community and the divine community are mentioned. This confluence age is the age in between them when the old world is made new. It takes the whole cycle for it to change from new to old. It is now the confluence age. In the golden age, it was the kingdom of deities. They no longer exist, but many other religions have now come. This remains in your intellects.  There are many who study for six to eight months or even 12 months and then fall; they fail. Although they become pure, they do not study and so they become trapped. Purity by itself is of no use. There are also many sannyasis who have renounced their sannyas religion (religion of renunciation). They get married and become householders. Therefore, the Father now explains to you children: You are sitting in a school. How you lost your kingdom and how many births you took are in your awareness. The Father once again says: Become the masters of the world. You definitely have to become pure. The more you remember Baba, the purer you will become. How else would the alloy that is mixed with the gold be removed? It is in the intellects of you children that you souls were satopradhan.  You were 24 carat gold. Then you continued to come down until this is what your state has become. What have you become? The Father doesn’t say what you have become, but you human beings say that you were deities. There is the praise of Bharat. Who is the One who enters Bharat and what knowledge does He give when He comes? No one knows this. One should at least know when the Liberator comes.  Bharat is said to be the most ancient land, and so His reincarnation must definitely take place in Bharat. This means that His birthday is also celebrated here. The Father definitely comes here. "The Lucky Chariot” is also spoken of. Therefore, He must have entered a human body.  They have portrayed a horse-drawn chariot for this.  There is so much difference! They have shown Krishna in the chariot. No one knows about Me. You now understand that Baba came into this chariot. This one is called “The Lucky Chariot”. Brahma becomes Vishnu; this is shown clearly in this picture. Shiva is shown above the Trimurti. Who gave Shiva’s introduction? Baba had this created. You now understand that Baba entered the chariot of Brahma. Brahma becomes Vishnu and Vishnu becomes Brahma. It is also explained to you children how Vishnu becomes Brahma after 84 births and how Brahma becomes Vishnu within a second. This is a wonderful aspect for your intellects to imbibe. First of all, you have to give the Father's introduction.  Bharat used to be heaven. Therefore, Heavenly God, the Father, must surely have created heaven. This picture is first class.  You should be interested in explaining this to others.  The Father has this interest.  You also explain in this way at the centres. Here, the Father is now directly in front of you.  The Father sits here and explains to you souls. There is definitely a difference between the explanation given by you souls and  the explanation given by the Father. Therefore, you come here to listen personally to Baba. The Father says again and again: Child, child. There isn't as much impact from brothers as there is from the Father. Here, you sit personally in front of the Father. You souls meet the Supreme Soul, and so this is called a mela (meeting). When the Father explains personally, the intoxication rises very high. You think: Since the unlimited Father is explaining, why should I not listen to Him? The Father says: I sent you to heaven. Then, whilst taking 84 births, you became impure. So, will you not become pure once again? Baba says this to you souls. Some of you understand and say: Baba is telling the truth. Some instantly say: Baba, why would I not become pure? The Father says: Remember Me, and your sins will be cut away and you will become real gold. I am the Purifier Father of everyone. Therefore, there is so much difference between the explanation given by souls and the explanation given by the Father. For instance, when a new person comes, if he is a flower and belongs here, he will be touched and say: This is right. If he doesn't belong here, he won't understand anything. Therefore, also explain to others: The Father is telling us souls to become pure. People go to bathe in the Ganges in order to become pure. They also adopt a guru. However, only the Father is the Purifier. The Father tells you souls: You have become so impure! This is why you souls remember Me and ask Me to come and purify you. The Father says: I come every cycle. I tell you children to become pure in this last birth. This kingdom of Ravan has to be destroyed. The main thing is to become pure. There is no poison in heaven. Explain to anyone who comes that the Father says: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me, the Father, and you will become pure; the alloy within you will be removed. You remember the word “Manmanabhav”, do you not? The Father is incorporeal and we souls are also incorporeal. Just as we listen through our bodies, in the same way, the Father explains to us by entering a body.  How else could He say: “Constantly remember Me alone.  Renounce all the relationships of the body”?  He definitely comes here and enters Brahma. Prajapita now exists in a practical form and the Father speaks to us through him. We only listen to the unlimited Father. He says: Become pure. Renounce becoming impure. Renounce the arrogance of that old body. Remember Me and your final thoughts will lead you to your destination and you will become Lakshmi and Narayan. The main defect that diverts you from the Father is that of thinking about others, of listening to and speaking of evil things. The Father's direction is: Do not listen to evil things. You children should not be involved in the business of telling stories about one person to another and then that one’s stories to the first one. Renounce gossiping. At present, the intellect of everyone in the world has no love for the Father.  To speak of anything other than the things of Rama is just gossip. The Father now says: Renounce gossiping. Tell all souls: O Sitas, all of you must now have yoga with the one Rama. You are messengers. Give everyone the Father’s message, in which He says: Remember Me! That’s all. Apart from this one aspect, everything else is just gossip. The Father tells all you children: Renounce gossiping (dhootipana) ! Make all the Sitas connect their intellects’ yoga to the one Rama. This is your only business (dhandha). Simply continue to give this message: The Father has come and He says that we now have to go to the golden age. We now have to leave this iron age. You have been sent into exile. You are sitting in a jungle. A forest is also called a jungle. When a kumari is about to get married, she sits in exile, and then she goes to a mansion. You are also sitting in a jungle. You now have to go to your in-laws' home. You have to leave your old bodies here. Continue to remember the one Father. Those who have loving intellects (preet buddhi) at the time of destruction will go into a mansion, whereas those whose intellects have no love (vipreet buddhi)  will go into the forest (vanvaas). Their residence will be a jungle. The Father explains to you children in many different ways. You forgot the Father who gave you your unlimited kingdom and you went into a jungle.  There are the residences of a jungle and a garden.  The Father is also called the Master of the Garden (Baagwaan). At least this should enter someone's intellect! Our kingdom was in Bharat, but it no longer exists. At present our residence is a jungle. We are to go into the garden. While you are sitting here, your intellects are aware that you are receiving your kingdom from the unlimited Father. The Father says: "Have love for Me", but you still forget Me. The Father complains: For how much longer will you continue to forget Me? How will you be able to go to the golden age? Ask yourself: For how long do I remember Baba? It is as though we are sitting in the fire of yoga through which our sins are being absolved. Your intellects must have love for the one Father. He is your first-class Beloved and He makes you first class too. There is such a difference between travelling in a third class carriage like goats and travelling in an air- conditioned carriage. Churn the ocean of knowledge about all of these things and you will enjoy yourselves. This Baba says: I too have to beat my head a great deal in order to remember Baba. These thoughts continue to come throughout the day. This is the effort you children also have to make. Achcha.

2.      Have love for the one Father alone.      Renounce the arrogance of the old body and make yourself pure by having remembrance of the Father.

Blessing:   May you be a detached observer who observes the drama of destruction (vinaash leela) by remaining stable in the elevated stage of a world benefactor (vishv kalyaankaari).

In order to see the final drama of destruction, you need to have the elevated stage of a world benefactor. By being in this stage, all the attractions of the body, that is, relations, possessions, sanskars and attractions of upheaval of the elements will finish. When you have such a stage, you can then be a detached observer, and remain stable in the elevated stage of being up above and give rays of power of peace and power to all souls.

Health Challenges

When you're facing a health challenge, whether it's flu or something more serious, give the body time to rest and recuperate.

As well as medical care, nourish the mind with positive thoughts; keep your head calm and your heart happy. 
This will help the body's healing process.

Unselfish love

The one way to change others is to deal with them with love. When you
have love for others, you will have good wishes for them. Your desire
to change them will then be for their good and not for your own
selfishness. Others will quickly respond to your unselfish love and
you'll find them changing. Think of one person you want to bring about
a change in. Before you think of changing that person let there be a
lot of love for that person in your mind. Also make sure the change
you want in the other person is for his own good and not for your own
selfish reason.

To Complement And Not To Compete (cont.)

We all have a place within this beautiful embroidery of life; let us know it, enjoy it, express it as our right, but never overdo it because we feel our role or position is more advanced, or better than others. Sometimes, when there is a sense of personal or collective emptiness, there is the need to be recognized, which creates attachment to your own talents, role or virtues.

We have to learn to complement rather than compete. Nature works on the principle of complementarity. This can be seen with the seasons, day and night, the continual cyclical process of birth, growth, maturity, decay, death and rebirth. Even our bodies work on this principle. Look at the face! Each face has two eyes, one nose, one mouth, two ears, all in the right position and functioning in an appropriate way. Which of these is more important? Would you say the eyes are more important, so you would prefer to have three eyes and no nose? Or would you say the nose is more important, so you would prefer to have three noses and no ears? We cannot think like this because it is absurd and illogical. Each feature has equal value and when we recognize the equal value of all things, then we stop being illogical - comparing, competing, feeling superior or inferior, or striving to be what we are not. In a society that functions, can everyone be a doctor, an engineer or a farmer? Everyone has different talents and positions because different tasks have to be fulfilled if the whole society is to run well. If we examine life carefully, we realize that the recognition of this principle of complementarity is the basis of creating a peaceful and happy coexistence, because the vision of equality respects and honors the differences.

Self Empowerment

To fill your self with a quality or power, which you feel you do not have or one, which is lacking inside you, try the following exercise. Suppose you feel that you lack contentment (satisfaction). To increase this quality inside you, sit comfortably in a pleasant room with your eyes open.

Withdraw (remove) energy mentally from everything around you – turn your attention inward. You might think of how a tortoise withdraws into its shell to detach itself from the outside world, but carrying the experience of the world with it inside its shelter.

Create a point of consciousness. Focus on the centre of your forehead. Think of this point as a bright star, a sparkling jewel, a flame or a being of light. This will radiate positive energy, making you feel good about yourself.

Affirm (strengthen) this positive energy through positive thoughts and images about yourself such as * I am a contented soul, I shower everyone whom I meet with the quality of contentment, * I am a jewel of contentment, or * I am the child of the Supreme Soul, the Ocean of Contentment.

Focus your energy on contentment, and let this become the object of your meditation. As you focus, you will give contentment life, turning a thought into a feeling.

Experience this feeling by giving your conscious attention to it.

During the entire day, you could visualize yourself performing each action in the canopy (shelter) of the Ocean of Contentment.

Now perform this exercise for different virtues like cheerfulness, courage, humility (egolessness), tolerance, forgiveness, determination, etc. especially for the ones you think are lacking inside you. For the qualities already existing inside you, you could use this exercise to strengthen those features of your personality and bring them more into your actions and interactions. 

Message for the day

To live in the present is to be free from the influence of the past.

Expression: Many times the past keeps coming back again and again in the mind, influencing the present too. The present is lost in thinking about the past. So there can be nothing done to enjoy the present. All words and actions then are totally coloured by the past. Instead the one who is able to free himself from the influence of the past is able to move positively towards the future.

Experience: To be free from the influence of the past it is important to have a powerful consciousness of the present. To be able to be free from the influence of the past is to forget the past. Because there is the understanding that it is gone. Also there is no worry about the future. When I am able to learn to live in the present I am able to discover how full it is of peaceful moments.
