``मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हें नशा रहना चाहिए कि जिस शिव की सभी पूजा करते हैं, वह अभी हमारा बाप बना है, हम उनके सम्मुख बैठे हैं"   

प्रश्न:- मनुष्य भगवान से क्षमा क्यों मांगते हैं? क्या उन्हें क्षमा मिलती है?

उत्तर:- मनुष्य समझते हैं हमने जो पाप कर्म किये हैं उसकी सज़ा भगवान धर्मराज से दिलायेंगे, इसलिए क्षमा मांगते हैं। लेकिन उन्हें अपने कर्मों की सज़ा कर्मभोग के रूप में भोगनी ही पड़ती, भगवान उन्हें कोई दवाई नहीं देता। गर्भजेल में भी सज़ायें भोगनी है, साक्षात्कार होता है कि तुमने यह-यह किया है। ईश्वरीय डायरेक्शन पर नहीं चले हो इसलिए यह सज़ा है।

यह किसने कहा? रूहानी बाप ने कहा। वह है ऊंच ते ऊंच। सभी मनुष्यों से भी, सभी आत्माओं से भी ऊंच। सबमें आत्मा ही है ना। शरीर तो पार्ट बजाने के लिए मिला है। अभी तुम देखते हो सन्यासियों आदि के शरीर का भी कितना मान होता है। अपने गुरूओं आदि की कितनी महिमा करते हैं। यह बेहद का बाप तो गुप्त है। तुम बच्चे समझते हो शिवबाबा ऊंच ते ऊंच है, उनसे ऊंच कोई है नहीं। धर्मराज भी उनके साथ है क्योंकि भक्तिमार्ग में क्षमा मांगते हैं-हे भगवान क्षमा करना। अब भगवान क्या करेंगे! यहाँ गवर्मेन्ट तो जेल में डालेगी। वह धर्मराज गर्भजेल में दन्ड देते हैं। भोगना भी भोगनी पड़ती है, जिसको कर्मभोग कहा जाता है। अभी तुम जानते हो कर्मभोग कौन भोगते हैं? क्या होता है? कहते हैं-हे प्रभु क्षमा करो। दु:ख हरो, सुख दो। अब भगवान कोई दवाई करते हैं क्या? वह तो कुछ कर न सके। तब भगवान को क्यों कहते हैं? क्योंकि भगवान के साथ फिर धर्मराज भी है। बुरा काम करने से जरूर भोगना पड़ता है। गर्भजेल में सज़ा भी मिलती है। साक्षात्कार सब होते हैं। बिगर साक्षात्कार सज़ा नहीं मिलती। गर्भजेल में तो कोई दवाई आदि नहीं है। वहाँ सज़ा भोगनी पड़ती है। जब दु:खी होते हैं तब कहते हैं भगवान इस जेल से निकालो।

अभी तुम बच्चे किसके सामने बैठे हो? ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप है, परन्तु है गुप्त। और सभी के तो शरीर देखने में आते हैं, यहाँ शिवबाबा को तो अपना हाथ-पांव आदि है नहीं। फूल आदि भी कौन लेंगे? इनके हाथ से ही लेना होगा, अगर चाहें तो। परन्तु कोई से भी लेते नहीं। जैसे वह शंकराचार्य कहते हैं हमको कोई छुए नहीं। तो बाप कहते हैं हम पतितों का कुछ भी कैसे लेंगे। हमको फूल आदि की दरकार नहीं। भक्ति मार्ग में सोमनाथ आदि के मन्दिर बनते हैं, फूल चढ़ाते हैं। परन्तु मुझे तो शरीर है नहीं। आत्मा को कोई छुयेगा कैसे! कहते हैं हम पतितों से फूल कैसे लेवें! कोई हाथ भी नहीं लगा सकते। पतितों को छूने भी न दें। आज ‘बाबा’ कहते कल फिर जाकर नर्कवासी बनते हैं। ऐसे को तो देखें भी नहीं। बाप कहते हैं-मैं तो ऊंच ते ऊंच हूँ। इन सब सन्यासियों आदि का भी ड्रामा अनुसार उद्धार करना है। मुझे कोई जानता ही नहीं। शिव की पूजा करते हैं परन्तु उनको जानते थोड़ेही हैं कि यह गीता का भगवान है और यहाँ आकर ज्ञान देते हैं। गीता में कृष्ण का नाम डाल दिया है। कृष्ण ने ज्ञान दिया बाकी शिव क्या करते होंगे! तो मनुष्य समझते हैं वह आते ही नहीं। अरे, पतित- पावन कृष्ण को थोड़ेही कहेंगे। पतित-पावन तो मुझे कहते हैं ना। तुम्हारे में भी कोई थोड़े हैं जो इतना रिगार्ड रख सकते हैं। रहते कितना साधारण हैं, समझाते भी हैं-मैं इन साधुओं आदि सबका बाप हूँ। जो भी शंकराचार्य आदि हैं, इन सबकी आत्माओं का मैं बाप हूँ। शरीरों के बाप जो हैं वह तो हैं ही, मैं हूँ सभी आत्माओं का बाप। मेरी सब पूजा करते हैं। अभी वह यहाँ सम्मुख बैठे हैं। परन्तु सभी समझते थोड़ेही हैं कि हम किसके सामने बैठे हैं। आत्मायें जन्म-जन्मान्तर से देह-अभिमान पर हिरी हुई हैं इसलिए बाप को याद नहीं कर सकते। देह को ही देखते हैं। देही-अभिमानी हों तो उस बाप को याद करें और बाप की श्रीमत पर चलें। बाप कहते हैं मुझे जानने के लिए सब पुरुषार्थी हैं। अन्त में पूरे देही-अभिमानी बनने वाले ही पास होंगे। बाकी सबमें जरा-जरा देह-अभिमान रहेगा। बाप तो है गुप्त। उनको कुछ भी दे नहीं सकते। बच्चियाँ शिव के मन्दिर में भी जाकर समझा सकती हैं। कुमारियों ने ही शिवबाबा का परिचय दिया है। हैं तो कुमार-कुमारियाँ दोनों जरूर। कुमारों ने भी परिचय दिया होगा। माताओं को खास उठाते हैं क्योंकि उन्होंने पुरूषों से जास्ती सर्विस की है। तो बच्चों को सर्विस का शौक होना चाहिए। जैसे उस पढ़ाई का भी शौक होता है ना। वह है जिस्मानी, यह है रूहानी। जिस्मानी पढ़ाई पढ़ेंगे, यह ड्रिल आदि सीखेंगे, मिलेगा कुछ भी नहीं। समझो, अभी किसको बच्चा जन्मता है तो धूमधाम से उनकी छठी आदि मनाते हैं, परन्तु वह पायेंगे क्या! इतना समय ही नहीं जो कुछ पा सके। यहाँ से भी जाकर जन्म लेते हैं परन्तु वह भी समझेंगे तो कुछ नहीं। यहाँ का बिछुड़ा हुआ होगा तो जो सीखकर गया होगा उसी अनुसार छोटेपन में ही शिवबाबा को याद करता होगा। यह तो मंत्र है ना। छोटे बच्चों को सिखलायेंगे, वह बिन्दु आदि तो कुछ समझेगा नहीं। सिर्फ शिवबाबा-शिवबाबा कहते रहेंगे। शिवबाबा को याद करो तो स्वर्ग का वर्सा पायेंगे। ऐसे उनको समझायेंगे तो वह भी स्वर्ग में आ जायेंगे। परन्तु ऊंच पद नहीं पा सकेंगे। ऐसे बहुत बच्चे आते हैं, शिवबाबा-शिवबाबा कहते रहते हैं। फिर अन्त मति सो गति हो जायेगी। यह राजधानी स्थापन हो रही है। अब मनुष्य शिव की पूजा करते हैं, परन्तु जानते थोड़ेही हैं जैसे छोटा बच्चा शिव-शिव कहते हैं, समझते नहीं। यहाँ भी पूजा करते हैं परन्तु पहचान कुछ भी है नहीं। तो उनको बतलाना चाहिए, तुम जिसकी पूजा करते हो वही ज्ञान का सागर, गीता का भगवान है। वह हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं। इस दुनिया में और कोई मनुष्य नहीं जो कह सके कि शिवबाबा हमको राजयोग पढ़ा रहे हैं। यह सिर्फ तुम जानते हो सो भी भूल जाते हो। भगवानुवाच मैं तुमको राजयोग सिखाता हूँ। किसने कहा - भगवानुवाच, काम महाशत्रु है, इस पर जीत पहनो। पुरानी दुनिया का सन्यास करो। तुम हठयोगी हद के सन्यासी हो। वह है शंकराचार्य, यह है शिवाचार्य। वह हमको सिखलाते हैं। कृष्ण आचार्य नहीं कह सकते। वह तो छोटा बच्चा है। सतयुग में ज्ञान की दरकार नहीं रहती है।

जहाँ-जहाँ शिव के मन्दिर हैं, वहाँ तुम बच्चे बहुत अच्छी सेवा कर सकते हो। शिव के मन्दिरों में जाओ, माताओं का जाना अच्छा है, कन्यायें जायें तो उससे अच्छा है। अभी तो हमको बाबा से राज्य-भाग्य लेना है। बाप हमको पढ़ाते हैं फिर हम महाराजा-महारानी बनेंगे। ऊंच ते ऊंच बाप ही है, ऐसी शिक्षा कोई मनुष्य दे न सके। यह है ही कलियुग। सतयुग में था इनका राज्य। यह राजा-रानी कैसे बनें, किसने राजयोग सिखलाया, जो सतयुग के मालिक बनें? जिसकी तुम पूजा करते हो वह हमको पढ़ाकर सतयुग का मालिक बनाते हैं। ब्रह्मा द्वारा स्थापना, विष्णु द्वारा पालना..... पतित प्रवृत्ति मार्ग वाले ही पावन प्रवृत्ति मार्ग में जाते हैं। कहते भी हैं बाबा हम पतितों को पावन बनाओ। पावन बनाकर यह देवता बनाओ। वह है प्रवृत्ति मार्ग। निवृति मार्ग वालों का गुरू बनना ही नहीं है। जो पवित्र बनते हैं उनके गुरू बन सकते हैं। ऐसे बहुत कम्पेनि्यन भी होते हैं, विकार के लिए शादी नहीं करते हैं। तो तुम बच्चे ऐसी-ऐसी सर्विस कर सकते हो। अन्दर में शौक होना चाहिए। हम बाबा के सपूत बच्चे बन क्यों न जाकर सर्विस करेंगे। पुरानी दुनिया का विनाश सामने खड़ा है। अब शिवबाबा कहते हैं कृष्ण तो हो न सके। वह तो एक ही बार सतयुग में होगा। दूसरे जन्म में वही फीचर्स वही नाम थोड़ेही होगा। 84 जन्म में 84 फीचर्स। कृष्ण यह ज्ञान किसको सिखला न सके। वह कृष्ण कैसे यहाँ आयेंगे। अभी तुम इन बातों को समझते हो। आधाकल्प अच्छे जन्म होते हैं फिर रावण राज्य शुरू होता है। मनुष्य हूबहू जैसे जानवर मिसल बन जाते हैं। एक-दो में लड़ते-झगड़ते रहते हैं। तो रावण का जन्म हुआ ना। बाकी 84 लाख जन्म तो हैं नहीं। इतनी वैराइटी है। जन्म थोड़ेही इतने लेते हैं। तो यह बाप बैठ समझाते हैं। वह है ऊंच ते ऊंच भगवान। वह पढ़ाते हैं, नैक्स्ट में फिर यह भी तो है ना। नही पढ़ेंगे तो किसी के पास जाकर दास-दासियाँ बनेंगे। क्या शिवबाबा के पास दास-दासी बनेंगे? बाप तो समझाते हैं पढ़ते नहीं हो तो जाकर सतयुग में दास-दासियाँ बनेंगे। जो कुछ भी सर्विस नहीं करते, खाया-पिया और सोया वह क्या बनेंगे! बुद्धि में आता तो है ना क्या बनेंगे! हम तो महाराजा बनेंगे। हमारे सामने भी नहीं आयेंगे। खुद भी समझते हैं-ऐसे हम बनेंगे। परन्तु फिर भी शर्म कहाँ है। हम अपनी उन्नति कर कुछ पा लेवें, समझते ही नहीं। तब बाबा कहते हैं ऐसे मत समझो यह ब्रह्मा कहते हैं, हमेशा शिवबाबा के लिए समझो। शिवबाबा का तो रिगार्ड रखना है ना। उनके साथ फिर धर्मराज भी है। नहीं तो धर्मराज के डन्डे भी बहुत खायेंगे। कुमारियों को तो बहुत होशियार होना चाहिए। ऐसे थोड़ेही यहाँ सुना, बाहर गये तो खलास। भक्ति मार्ग की कितनी सामग्री है। अब बाप कहते हैं विष छोड़ो। स्वर्गवासी बनो। ऐसे- ऐसे स्लोगन बनाओ। बहादुर शेरनियाँ बनो। बेहद का बाप मिला है फिर क्या परवाह। गवर्मेन्ट धर्म को ही नहीं मानती है तो वह फिर मनुष्य से देवता बनने कैसे आयेंगे। वह कहते हैं हम कोई भी धर्म को नहीं मानते। सबको हम एक समझते हैं फिर लड़ते-झगड़ते क्यों हैं? झूठ तो झूठ सच की रत्ती भी नहीं है। पहले-पहले ईश्वर सर्वव्यापी से ही झूठ शुरू होती है।

हिन्दू धर्म तो कोई है नहीं। क्रिश्चियन का अपना धर्म चला आता है। वह अपने को बदलते नहीं हैं। यह एक ही धर्म है जो अपने धर्म को बदल हिन्दू कह देते हैं और फिर नाम कैसे-कैसे रखते, श्री श्री फलाने...... अभी श्री अर्थात् श्रेष्ठ हैं कहाँ। श्रीमत भी किसी की नहीं। यह तो उन्हों की आइरन एजेड मत है। उनको श्रीमत कैसे कह सकते हैं। अभी तुम कुमारियाँ खड़ी हो जाओ तो कोई को भी समझा सकती हो। परन्तु योगयुक्त अच्छी होशियार बच्चियाँ चाहिए। अच्छा।

मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-

1) अपनी उन्नति करने के लिए बाप की सर्विस में तत्पर रहना है। सिर्फ खाना, पीना, सोना, यह पद गँवाना है।

2) बाप का और पढ़ाई का रिगार्ड रखना है। देही-अभिमानी बनने का पूरा-पूरा पुरूषार्थ करना है। बाप की शिक्षाओं को धारण कर सपूत बच्चा बनना है।

वरदान:- स्व स्थिति द्वारा परिस्थितियों पर विजय प्राप्त करने वाले संगमयुगी विजयी रत्न भव!   

परिस्थितियों पर विजय प्राप्त करने का साधन है स्व-स्थिति। यह देह भी पर है, स्व नहीं। स्व स्थिति व स्वधर्म सदा सुख का अनुभव कराता है और प्रकृति-धर्म अर्थात् पर धर्म या देह की स्मृति किसी न किसी प्रकार के दु:ख का अनुभव कराती है। तो जो सदा स्व स्थिति में रहता है वह सदा सुख का अनुभव करता है, उसके पास दु:ख की लहर आ नहीं सकती। वह संगमयुगी विजयी रत्न बन जाते हैं।

स्लोगन:- परिवर्तन शक्ति द्वारा व्यर्थ संकल्पों के बहाव का फोर्स समाप्त करो।

Essence: Sweet children, you should have the intoxication that Shiva, whom everyone worships, has become your Father and that you are now personally sitting in front of Him.

Question:   Why do people ask God for forgiveness (kshama)? Are they really forgiven?

Answer:  People believe that God will punish them through Dharamraj (the Supreme Judge) for the sins they have committed. This is why they ask for forgiveness. However, they have to suffer for their sins in the form of the suffering of karma. God does not give them any medicine. They have to experience punishment in the jail of a womb (garbjel). They receive visions of the things they did. "Because you didn’t follow God’s directions, this is the punishment for it."

Song:         You wasted the night in sleeping and the day in eating!

Om shanti.

Who said this? The spiritual Father said this. He is the highest-on-high Father. He is higher than all human beings and also higher than all souls. There is a soul in each one. You receive a body in order to play your part. You can now see how much regard there is for the bodies of the sannyasis etc. People praise their gurus etc., so much. This unlimited Father is incognito. You children understand that Shiv Baba is the Highest on High. There is no one higher than Him. Dharamraj is with Him. This is why people on the path of devotion ask for forgiveness, “O God, forgive me!” but what can God do? Here, the Government would put someone in jail. That Dharamraj will give punishment in the jail of a womb. The consequences of the actions performed have to be suffered and this is called the suffering of karma. You now know who suffers for their actions and what happens. People say: O God, forgive me! Remove my pain and sorrow and grant me happiness! Does God give you medicine etc.? He can’t do anything. So, why do they ask God for that? Because Dharamraj is also with God. When you do something wrong, there definitely has to be suffering for it. Punishment is received in the jail of a womb. Visions are given of everything you have done. Punishment would not be given without first showing you visions of what you did. There is no medicine etc. in the jail of a womb. Punishment has to be experienced there. When they experience sorrow, they say: God, liberate me from this jail! In front of whom are you children now sitting? The Father is the Highest on High, but He is incognito. Everyone else’s body is visible, whereas here, Shiv Baba doesn’t have His own hands or feet. Who would accept the flowers etc.? If He wanted to, He would have to accept them through this one’s hands. However, He doesn’t accept anything from anyone. Just as Shankaracharya says that no one should touch him, so too, the Father says: How can I take anything from impure ones? I don’t need flowers etc. On the path of devotion, temples to Somnath etc., are built and flowers are offered. However, I do not have a body of My own. How could anyone touch the soul? He says: How can I accept flowers from impure beings? No one can even touch Him. Impure ones are not allowed to touch Him. Today, they may be saying, “Baba”, whereas tomorrow, they would become residents of hell. Baba wouldn’t even look at such ones. The Father says: I am the Highest on High. According to the drama, I also have to uplift the sannyasis etc. No one knows Me at all. People worship Shiva, but they don’t know that He is the God of the Gita and that He comes here to give us this knowledge. The name of Krishna has been put in the Gita. If Krishna gave the knowledge, what would Shiva have been doing? Therefore, some people think that He never comes at all. Oh! But, you wouldn’t call Krishna the Purifier. I am called the Purifier. It is also only a few of you who are able to have so much regard. He remains so simple and explains: I am the Father of all the sages etc. I am also the Father of every single soul, even Shankaracharya etc. Of course, the fathers of their bodies are physical, but I am the Father of all souls. Everyone worships Me. I am now sitting here personally in front of you. However, not all of you understand who it is you are sitting in front of. Souls have been used to being body conscious for birth after birth. Therefore, they are unable to remember the Father. They continue to look at the body. If they became soul conscious, they would be able to remember that Father and follow His shrimat. The Father says: Everyone is making effort to know Me. Only those who become completely soul conscious by the end will pass. A little body consciousness will remain in the rest. The Father is incognito. You cannot give Him anything. Daughters can go to the temples of Shiva to explain. It is you kumaris who give Shiv Baba’s introduction. Of course, there are both kumars and kumaris.  Kumars must have also given the introduction to others. Mothers are especially uplifted because they have done greater service than men. Therefore, you children should have a keen interest in doing service, just as there is a keen interest in other studies. That is physical, whereas this is spiritual. By studying a physical education and learning drill etc., you receive nothing. For instance, when a couple have a child, they would celebrate his naming (on the sixth day) with a lot of pomp and show etc., but what would he receive? There isn’t enough time for him to attain anything. Anyone who departs from here now would also have to take rebirth, but he would not be able to understand anything. Anyone who studied here and left the body would go and remember Shiv Baba in his next childhood according to what he had learnt. This is a mantra. If you try to teach a small child, he is not going to understand anything about a tiny point etc. He would simply say, “Shiv Baba, Shiv Baba” Remember Shiv Baba and you will receive the inheritance of heaven. If you explain to him in this way, he would be able to go to heaven, but he wouldn’t be able to claim a high status. There are many such children who come and continue to say, “Shiv Baba, Shiv Baba.” Then, their final thoughts will lead them to their destination. A kingdom is being established. People worship Shiva, but they don’t know anything. Just as little children continue to say, “Shiva, Shiva”, but don’t understand anything, so here, too, people worship Him, but don’t have that recognition.  Therefore, you should tell them: The One whom you are worshipping is the Ocean of Knowledge and He is the God of the Gita. He is teaching us. No other human beings in the world would say that Shiv Baba is teaching them Raja Yoga. Only you children know this, but, nevertheless, you forget it. God speaks: I teach you Raja Yoga. Who said: “God speaks: Lust is the greatest enemy and it has to be conquered?  Renounce the old world.  Hatha yogis are limited renunciates.  That one is Shankaracharya and this One is Shivacharya (Shiva, the Teacher). He is teaching us. You cannot say Krishna acharya (that Krishna is the teacher). He is a small child. There is no need for this knowledge in the golden age. You children can do very good service wherever there are temples to Shiva. Go to Shiva’s temples. If the mothers go there, that is good, but if the kumaris go there, that is even better. Tell them: We now have to claim our fortune of the kingdom from Baba. The Father is teaching us and then we will become emperors and empresses. The Father is the Highest on High. No human being could give us such teachings. This is the iron age. It was their kingdom in the golden age. How did they become the king and queen? Who taught them Raja Yoga that they became the masters of the golden age? The One whom you are worshipping is teaching us and making us into the masters of the golden age. Establishment takes place through Brahma, sustenance through Vishnu…. Those who belong to the impure family path then go and belong to the pure family path. They say: Baba, make us impure ones pure! Purify us and make us into deities! There, too, it is the family path.  They have no desire to become gurus of the path of isolation. You can become gurus of those who become pure. There are many such companions who don’t get married for vice. Therefore, you children can do all these types of service. There should be this keen interest within you. Why should we not become Baba’s worthy children and go and do such service? Destruction of the old world is in front of you. Shiv Baba says: Krishna can’t exist here. He only comes once, in the golden age. He cannot have the same features and the same name in another birth. In 84 births, he would have 84 features. Krishna cannot teach this knowledge to anyone. How could that Krishna come here? You now understand all of these things. For half the cycle, you have very good births and then the kingdom of Ravan begins. Human beings become absolutely like animals. They continue to fight and quarrel with one another. It is the birth of Ravan, is it not? However, it isn’t that a soul takes 8.4 million births. There are so many varieties of species, but that doesn’t mean that souls take that many births. The Father sits here and explains all of this.  He is God, the Highest on High.  He is teaching us, and, next to Him, there is this one. If you do not study well, you become someone’s maid or servant. Would you become a maid or servant to Shiv Baba? The Father explains: Since you do not study, you will go and become maids or servants in the golden age. What would someone become if he doesn’t do any service at all, but simply eats, drinks and sleeps? It enters your intellect what you will become, and yet you feel “I will become an emperor”! They won’t even come in front of Baba. They understand for themselves what they would become, but they still don’t feel any shame. They don’t understand that they have to make progress and attain something for themselves. This is why Baba says: Do not think that it is this Brahma who is telling you these things. Always consider it to be Shiv Baba who is telling you.  You have to have regard for Shiv Baba.  Otherwise, a lot of punishment will have to be experienced from Dharamraj. Dharamraj is with Him. Kumaris have to become very clever. It shouldn’t be that you hear something here, but as soon as you go outside it’s all finished. There is so much expansion on the path of devotion. The Father says: Now renounce poison. Become residents of heaven. Create such slogans. Become courageous lionesses. You have found the unlimited Father. Therefore, why should you be concerned about anything else? The Government does not believe in religion. So, how would they come here to change from humans into deities? They say: We don’t believe in any specific religion. We consider everyone to be one and the same. In that case, why are you fighting and quarrelling? There is falsehood and nothing but falsehood everywhere. There is not a trace of truth anywhere. The first lie begins with the lie of saying that God is omnipresent. There is no such religion as Hinduism.  Christians have their own religion.  They do not change themselves (their religion).  It is only these people of Bharat who change their religion and say that they are Hindus. Just look at the names they give themselves. Shri Shri So-and-so… However, no one can be Shri, that is, elevated, at this time. No one can even give shrimat. Those are just their iron-aged directions. How can you say that that is shrimat? If you kumaris become alert and active, you can explain to anyone. However, very good and clever yogyukt daughters are needed. Achcha.

Essence for dharna:

1.      In order to make progress, remain engaged in the Father’s service.  Simply to eat, drink and sleep means to lose your status.

2.      Have regard for the Father and His teachings.   Make full effort to become soul conscious. Imbibe the Father’s teachings and become a worthy and obedient child (sapoot bachcha).

 

Blessing:   May  you  attain  victory  over  adverse  situations (paristhiti)  with  your  original  stage (sw-sthiti) and  become  a victorious jewel of the confluence age.

The way to attain victory over adverse situations is to have your original stage. Even that body belongs to someone else, not you. The original stage and the original religion enable you to experience constant happiness, whereas religions of matter, that is, other religions and the awareness of the body make you experience one or another type of sorrow. Those who constantly maintain their original stage experience constant happiness for waves of sorrow cannot come to them. They become the victorious jewels of the confluence age.

Choose Feelings

If your days seem filled with unwanted negative feelings, there is only one cure. When they come, choose them. Don't ask why, don't wonder how, don't fight them and never put yourself down for having them. But most of all never blame someone else for how you feel. If you do, it means you are still fast asleep and your choice is to be a victim. When the feelings come, even big disturbing emotional feelings say, "I choose this feeling" and know it comes because of something you have thought or done in the past, perhaps a certain belief that you have learned or an attachment that is threatened. Choice does not mean you want the feelings, but it does mean you are taking responsibility for them. And that is the beginning of self mastery. It is the first step to the healing and resolving of your emotions. But only the first step. Try this today and then ask yourself what the next step might be. If you are really interested to know, you will come to know!

Humility-1

True humility comes from self-respect. When we are full and in our
state of self-respect, we will be able to remain humble in all
situations. When there is no self-respect, any comments or criticism
hurts the ego and we tend to lose our humility. When I find myself
getting affected by criticism, I need to check whether I am sure of
what I'm doing. Let me look within myself and see what specialties I
have that I can use in my daily life. So when I increase my own
confidence in this way and do everything with this confidence, I'll be
humble.

Self Empowerment

Your strengths, talents, capabilities and resources are very important as the foundation of your self progress. Having a clear knowledge of them will help to keep you moving forward, and enable you to take up new opportunities when they arise. Our internal strengths create the foundation on which we make our decisions in life, how we relate to others and how we understand ourselves. For most people their strengths are understood but never made very conscious. They lie below the surface and are not openly talked about. Bringing them into our conscious understanding improves our process of self-empowerment. Also assess your areas of weakness or those aspects of life that are holding you back in some way and/or are causing you some sorrow or discomfort.

Exercise: Make a list of your strengths and weaknesses (5 each)

Now create questions (5-6) which will help in your self progress. Looking at your strengths and weakness, judge how effectively you are using these strengths to improve your personal and professional life, and what negative effects are your weaknesses (shortcomings) having on the same. These are some examples of questions that you can ask yourself at the end of each week:

How are my present strengths being used to improve my worth (value) at the workplace (office)? Is any weakness of mine proving to be an obstacle (barrier) in maintaining a healthy relationship with my spouse (partner)? Am I using my strengths in helping others or doing social service? Does any weakness exist inside me, which if removed, would make my relationships harmonious (peaceful) in the family and office?

Soul Power over Role Power (Part 1)

Every act that we are involved in throughout the day is made possible or real by two entities - role and soul working in conjunction with each other. Although, it is a spiritual fact that the soul is the master and makes the role function, without the soul the role cannot function; while playing any role in our day-to-day life we tend to forget this fact and our entire focus falls on the role that is to be played, forgetting that by doing that, we bring down the probability of success of that role in our personal or professional life. Focusing positively on the soul and its components while playing the role fills the role with soul power and focusing on the role and its components while playing the role fills the role with something you could call role power. We need to create a balance between the role and the soul and a balance in using both role and soul power to bring about the success of the role, the role could be of any type. Even a project that you have to work on in the office which is going to last for a month is an example of a temporary role you have to play. There are many other examples of roles - getting your child’s homework done, preparing food for the entire family, doing charity work at the club together, taking part in an extracurricular activity in school or college, etc.

Any such or other role will consist of some or all of these components - various tasks, interaction with people or relationships, mediums like wealth and other objects, time, knowledge of everything connected with the role including the components that make up the role, etc. All these components are physical in nature and make up the role. The power that these components possess makes up what we call role power. Now, what happens is that as soon as we step into the role each day or on a particular day, obviously our aim is to bring about success of the role, but to achieve that, our entire focus falls on using the power of the role, neglecting the immense potential that soul power possesses. We spend our day and night in streamlining the role components for the well being of the role, not realizing that this purpose could be more easily achieved, if the focus is more on using soul power, obviously without neglecting role power (without which the purpose cannot be achieved).

Message for the day

The right way of living spreads joy to others.

Expression: When people around me are not happy with me, I usually believe that I am right and they are all wrong. I then cannot check or realise my own mistake. So I rarely make an attempt to change myself and continue to wait for others to change or understand me.

Experience: If people around me are not able to get happiness from me or the way I live, I need to look at my own life in a detached way to see where I could change. Even a slightest change brought by me with sincerity will have a great effect on those around me.
