Lotus Life

The lotus is a symbol of purity. Its roots are in the mud, but the flower remains above dirty water. Live a lotus life. Be in the world, but unaffected by impurities.

Determination

There are a lot of negative situations that come our way, as we are
moving along in life. During the difficult phase we tend to experience a
lot of negativity within too, either in the form of fear, anger or
pain. At that time the difficulty seems very big and seems to last
forever. We need to recognize the fact that whatever difficulties we
face are like passing clouds. These clouds come at their time and will
fade away at their time too. We need to develop the determination to
work on our problems with this understanding. Determination in thoughts
disperses the clouds of negative situations. We will then be able to
face the situation with ease.

Breaking Down Patterns Of Negative Thoughts And Feelings

Having understood that the source of our feelings are our thoughts, we realize that right through our journey in the physical world, in many births, we have repeatedly built up enormous webs of negative and harmful thoughts and feelings, creating many unnecessary difficulties for us, internally as well as externally. The habit continues in my present life too. Meditation helps me to untangle this mess, and break the habit. It helps me come to terms with what is going on in my own inner world and understand how I create thoughts and feelings, how to take responsibility for them, and how to tap into my original, positive inner resources, which helps me displace negative patterns of thoughts and feelings. So, meditation is not merely a relaxation technique but a powerful tool for a seemingly difficult task of self-transformation.

To get the positive cycle of thoughts and feelings working in my life, the easiest place to start with is our thoughts. It's not very difficult to change our thoughts. It just requires attention. And by changing my thoughts, it becomes easy to change my feelings. In meditation, I decide that for a few minutes, each day (it could be as less as 1-2 minutes or as much as 25-30 minutes, depending on the external setting I am in) I am going to set aside negative thoughts which are weak or wasteful, and create pure, positive, powerful thoughts, based on the awareness of my spiritual identity. As I do this, I begin to experience the original resources or treasures of the self. As a result, positive and powerful feelings for the self and others emerge.

Soul Sustenance

Are You Dependent On The Look Of The Other?

We have to trust that, being ourselves, we will be well-received and loved by the world. If we are here, why have we been incarnated on Earth? To satisfy the look of the other or to bring what is unique and exceptional in us? We all have two eyes, a nose and a mouth but no face is the same. We are all a being of conscious energy, a soul, but each one has a colour, an art, a creativity and something different to contribute. Let us trust in ourselves and use our talents to bring our difference.

You can be your best friend. Imagine that someone accompanies you in your life, values everything that you do and finds it to be great: what you do, what you say; you are the best; extraordinary; a shining being; a star. Now imagine that you have that person next to you day and night. How do you feel? On top form and you are fine. This happens in relationships. When someone loves you very much, they practically only think about you; they ring you, they send you text messages, maybe they write you letters or emails. You feel unique, special and loved. But this does not last forever and, nowadays, it lasts less and less. The difficulty is that if you depend on the look of the other to feel fine, sometimes you will be fine if the person looking at you does it well, but if not, you won't be fine.

How do you look at yourself? This unconditional friend that loves you so much and that supports you is what you have inside. You can be your best friend. This gives you security and trust. If someone else likes you or doesn't like you and criticizes you, you won't collapse within because to be fine you do not depend on the look of the other.

Message for the day

To spread the rays of happiness is to be optimistic.

Expression: The one who is optimistic is able to spread the rays of happiness all around. Never does he stop or move back with life's challenges. On the other hand, he has the courage and determination to move on making the best out of the situation. Others too are encouraged seeing his faith.

Experience: When I am optimistic I am able to understand that there is something good that is hidden in everything that happens. I am able to enjoy seeing only this positive aspect, filling me with positivity. So my happiness spreads around and touches the lives of those around me.

Contemplation: December 22, 2018: Make Up

Contemplation: December 22, 2018: Make Up

Image may contain: 1 person

Make Up

While we spend much time 'making up' our faces to ensure our appearance is beautiful for others, we forget to make up our minds. This is not about making decisions. Making up our mind means ensuring that our thoughts are positive and our feelings towards others are filled with good wishes. When we do, others begin to sense a deeper beauty emanating from behind the skin! This is inner beauty. Don't hide behind your face. Let the real you show through.

Non-violence

Normally we pay a lot of attention not to hurt people physically but
end up hurting others through our words. This creates negativity in
others which in turn affects us negatively too. Our work too is
affected by these kind of words. In order to bring true non-violence in
our lives, it is equally important to pay special attention to our
words too. The basis of words that don't hurt others are positive
thoughts-thoughts based on good wishes and benevolent feelings for
others.

Freeing Myself Of My Inner Darkness (Meditation) - cont.

Continuing from yesterday's meditation; have a conversation with yourself:

I observe feeling who I am... I am a being of light, situated just above the eyebrows; a peaceful being that radiates light, like a small candle that lights up a dark room and dissipates (removes) the darkness that there is in my inner room...

Aware of whom I am; I open myself to receive the presence of a benevolent (generous) golden-white Being of Light that radiates infinite love, peace and happiness... It is an ocean of love that can dissolve all my fears and melt the pain and suffering that there is within me, the soul...

I open my heart and I go towards this ocean, saying to it "Here are my fears, here are my dark areas. They are yours. They are no longer useful to me. I hand them over to you. I absorb your love and allow the light of your love to reach each dark corner of my inner being. I feel how your love touches my fears, my weaknesses - they dissolve and I am freed."

The weaknesses no longer have power over me... God is with me. He accepts me as I am, he comforts me, there is nothing to fear and I feel secure; in an immense peace, in the light of being... I maintain the divine presence of the Supreme Soul in my being; a presence that dissipates (removes) the darkness and brings out my inner beauty...

The Relationship between the Soul and the Body – Explained with Interesting Examples

Human being means the consciousness, the soul or being (living energy), experiencing life through the physical body, the human (non-living). The body is perishable and temporary, whereas the soul is eternal and without physical dimension.
• The soul is the driver; the body is the car.
• The soul is the actor; the body is its costume.
• The soul is a diamond; the body is the jewelry box.
• The soul is the musician; the body is the instrument.
• The soul is the guest; the body is the hotel.
• The soul is the deity; the body is the temple.

I can use a knife to chop vegetables. I can use the same knife to kill someone. The knife neither decides (outwards) nor experiences (inwards), but can be washed easily under water. Now look at the fingers which held the knife. They neither decide nor experience the actions. They too can be washed under water. It's easy to realize that the knife is an instrument, but it is more difficult to realize that the fingers as well as the arms are instruments too. The legs are instruments for walking, the eyes for seeing, the ears for hearing, the mouth for speaking, the tongue for tasting, the heart for pumping food and oxygen (via blood) around the body, and so on. Even the brain is an instrument used like a computer to express all thought, word and action programs through the body and to experience the results. If every physical part of the body is an instrument, who or what is it that is using this instrument? Very simply it is I, the self, the soul. The soul uses the word I for itself and the word my when referring to the body; my
hands, my eyes, my brain, etc. I am different from my body.

Message for the day

To be a master means to use the right power at the right time.

Expression: To be a master means to be aware of the internal qualities that one has. Also it is the ability to use these qualities as and when required. That means to be able to give an order and put into use in a second whatever internal power or virtue that is required at that time. If there is an awareness of the positive quality, and not the ability to put it into use within a second, it would not be called total mastery.

Experience: When I am a master I am able to have an experience of having control over whatever is happening around me. Even if something comes up suddenly, I still am able to feel the control over the situation and make the best out of it. I neither feel helpless nor blame others for what is happening.

Contemplation: December 21, 2018: Are Your Opinions Really Yours?

Contemplation: December 21, 2018: Are Your Opinions Really Yours?

Image may contain: one or more people and closeup

Are Your Opinions Really Yours?

Examine your opinions about others.
Are your opinions about other people really yours?
Or have you adopted other people's opinions?

We're shaped and influenced by other people's ideas.
But our opinions should be a reflection of what we really think and feel, right?

Connect with your values and then create your own opinions.

Constant Progress

Although we do have a lot in our lives, we have expectations from
situations and people around us. We constantly think of what we have to
get from them. Such expectations make us dependent on others for
self-progress. Then we find ourselves experiencing progress only when
things are going right or when people are cooperative. Instead of
thinking about what we want to get, we need to pay more attention to
what we have, so that we can do our best using these resources to
acquire what we want. Thus we will experience constant progress in our
life, whether the situations are positive in my life or not.

Freeing Myself Of My Inner Darkness (Meditation)

Breathe deeply... Become serene and feel a sensation of peace and wellbeing inside yourself... Now have a conversation with yourself...

I sit down comfortably, like an observer in silence. I stop paying attention to everything around me: objects, people, responsibilities, places... I centre my mind on the present moment... The serenity, the peacefulness, wrap around me... In this calm I can see the dark corners of my inner being... They are like shadows... I see the fears, the anxieties, the guilt, the bitterness, the selfishness, the unhappiness... They are weaknesses that lie in some corner of me... I accept that there are these dark areas within me... I observe them and I realize that I am not that darkness, I am not that weakness; it is not real; it is like a shadow...

I focus now on what is real; all my energy concentrates itself in the center of my forehead and I visualize the energy centered like a point of light... It is a star of love, of peace, of well-being, of contentment...

I only have to access these original qualities and allow these energies to strengthen my soul... To do so, I continue to observe with calm, with patience... I don't allow my mind to judge or analyse what is happening to me... Everything that has happened to me forms part of the past... I have learned from my mistakes... I forgive myself... I forgive others...

The Law of Expectation

In our relationships with others, it is good to want the best: "I hope you do very well, I am sending you my positive energy and this is my way of encouraging you and giving you courage. However, if you don't achieve what I think you are capable of, I will not feel frustrated. I will not be dependent on you satisfying my expectations, but I will always want the best for you."

If you have faith and confidence that something will happen, it is a prophecy that must come true. The expectations we have of someone, whether negative or positive, do have an effect on the person we are relating to.

Many investigations into this question confirm the influence that the expectations of educators have, both in the performance and in the behaviour of their students. Everything points to the conclusion that the teacher's expectations form one of the most influential factors in the academic performance of their students. If a teacher expects good results from their students, their performance will be much closer to their real capacity than if their teacher is expecting poor results.

Message for the day

The power of good wishes enables disheartened ones to experience happiness.

Expression: The usual reaction to the negativity in another person is to behave negatively too, i.e., to express negative qualities. This continues although this does not bring about the desired change in the other person. On the other hand, when there is the ability to see the positive qualities in the other person and have good wishes based on that it becomes a source of power to bring about a change to positivity.

Experience: When I have the ability to give positive feelings and good wishes to the other person even when they are negative, they are able to get the power to change the negative to positive. I find that the change that I seek for in others is much quicker and easier than if there is the emphasis just on negativity.

Oil painting: GIRL LOOKING INTO THE MIRROR:  Artist: Chen Hongqing

Reflection in the Mirror

Are you happy with what you see in the mirror?
Do you consider yourself to be beautiful?

Most of us complain about the reflection in the mirror.
Even the swan could complain: "I'm too big,
my neck is ridiculously long and my feathers are plain white."

Be less critical, be more appreciative.
Accept yourself. You are beautiful.

Healthy Thoughts

When there is some problem experienced physically, it is but natural
for the mind to go towards it. The mind is totally focused on the ill
health, as we tend to pay more attention to the sickness. Thus we are
not able to experience relief from the pain. The dis-ease of the mind
further increases disease in the body. The one way that helps us get
over the physical ailment of the body is to start feeling healthy. We
need to divert our mind to more constructive things. This will help
the mind to keep busy so that no thought of sickness comes. We also
need to give ourselves thoughts of our good health. Then we would
surely find ourselves coming back to health.

Playing My Part As A Hero Actor (cont.)

In yesterday's message we had discussed how some of us believe that our life script has been written by God and we do not play any role in the same. In this regard, it is very important to state that respecting, thanking and remembering God in good as well as bad times is obviously very very good and the right karma but submitting ourselves blindly to God's will is an inactive response which prevents each of us from using our free will to make any choice at any moment and shape our future. While there is a master plan which is being played out on the stage of the world, a part of the plan is that we each have free will and an opportunity to decide our actions and responses. We need to realize that each one of us possesses an intellect, which absorbs the capacity to discriminate right from wrong, good from bad, from God and decides how to act on the world stage.

In this regard, there are two aspects. The first aspect is - God writes my life script completely for me without me playing any role in the same. The other aspect is - I perform actions and create my responses, based on God's knowledge of good and bad karmas which he has given me, so as to shape my destiny and write my life script accordingly. There is a fine difference between these two aspects, the second aspect being the correct one. This knowledge given to me by God is stored in my intellect; I am the master of it and can decide how to use it to play my part.

Crossing Negative Circumstances/Situations (Part 3)

In order to have a wider perception and not to drown in any negative situation i.e. not to get affected by it, you can position yourself in a positive way. Instead of losing respect for the self and developing a negative consciousness, if you make your consciousness positive and stabilize yourself in respect towards yourself, in maintaining your positive and powerful self-esteem and a healthy distance (not necessarily physical distance, but rather by not letting the situation absorb you), you will be able to have an eagle's vision. From above, everything looks smaller. It is easier to get over something small. You can. * I am a victorious soul or * I am a destroyer of obstacles are examples of positive consciousness.

Whatever happens, it is important to always be aware that you create your thoughts and you allow the situations to have greater or lesser impact inside you, according to how you see them. Learn to create thoughts full of courage, trust and determination. Spirituality and the practice of meditation helps you do just that. Those thoughts, charged with positive energy, will help you to allow each situation to pass; to really overcome it and leave it behind; for it not to remain alive in your thoughts or in your memory.

With the power of a mind that creates thoughts full of good energy, wherever you go, you will create a pleasant atmosphere. Your vibrations will create spaces full of beauty, love, trust and peacefulness; spaces where all those who enter will remove their masks and will connect again with their true self.

Message for the day

To have faith that things will work out for the best means to ensure that they will.

Expression: To have faith that things will work out for the best means never to give up. Even if situations don't support and people don't give encouragement faith gives the ability to go on. Because of this there is recognition of even the not so visible resources and they are used for successfully completing the task.

Experience: When I have faith I am never discouraged by temporary failure, but am able to have the courage to move on towards success. I have constantly the satisfaction of giving my best. Because of my commitment and sincere effort, I find that situations and people too cooperate with me, bringing me success in whatever I undertake.

Giving Feedback

Here are a few suggestions for giving feedback to others, especially if something needs to be corrected:
- be respectful and ask if you can provide feedback
- keep the feedback constructive and issue specific
- make your words kind and considerate

Your suggestions are impactful when you walk your talk and
are willing to do everything you're recommending to others.

No Expectations

It is very natural for me to help others when I see them in need. At
that time I don't expect anything from them and continue to help. But
when I need help or support I begin to expect from those whom I had
helped and if they don't, my feelings are hurt. At the time that I
am providing help, I need to consciously remind myself not to have
expectations. Again when I need help and I find myself expecting from
others, I need to explain to myself and have faith that whatever
help I have given will surely come back to me at the right time. The
seed that I have sown will not be wasted away but will surely bear
fruit.

Playing My Part As A Hero Actor (cont.)

In yesterday's message we had discussed how we possess the potential in our hands to write the scripts of our lives, our destinies. Some of us do not like this idea because we have been taught since we were small that life is all about luck, but this incorrect belief does not let us realize the immense internal power or potential that we possess of shaping up our destiny, our future. By resigning ourselves to a life of luck, we do not use our potential and conveniently avoid doing the inner work of becoming awake and aware of who we are as spiritual beings and the masters of our own destiny. This is why waking up from the sleep of this wrong belief is the first step towards empowering ourselves, towards taking responsibility for our life, for our present, our future.

Also there are some of us who hold the belief that the course taken by each one of our lives is not written by luck but is decided by God, so it is egoistic on our part if we believe that we can write our own scripts, interfering with the plan that God has in his mind for us. So in times of challenges in our lives, although its not wrong to pray to God at those times, we commonly use words like 'if God would like it, I shall overcome this obstacle or I will be successful in this particular task or my health will get okay or I will pass this exam etc.' In times of happiness, although it's not wrong to thank God at those times, we completely submit ourselves to God's will, thinking that it is he and he alone responsible for what good that is happening in my life. In the case of the sorrow we forget that although God can help us to some extent, whether we will surpass the sorrow or not is very largely dependent on our past actions which are influencing the present situation. In the case of the happiness, we forget that though God's blessings do help and work, our past actions are a very important dominant factor which is creating situations of positivity in our present lives.

Crossing Negative Circumstances/Situations (Part 2)

The challenge lies in knowing what the strategy is to learn to live through negative situations without allowing them to influence our emotional and mental state.

In order to achieve that, in the first place, we should change our interpretation. Instead of interpreting the situation as an obstruction, interference or barrier to our path, we need to change our perception. We can ask ourselves questions like: What has this situation taught me? What does it say to me? Remain detached, observe and listen before reacting immediately. From detachment, observation and listening we can have a more practical and wider perception.

We are the creators of our realities. Reality, in itself, does not create for us stress, pain or unhappiness. It is our way of looking and interpretation of reality that brings about these reactions. Therefore, we have to review how we perceive situations and with what beliefs we interpret and judge them. Reinterpreting the situation, the concrete reality, implies allowing the old perception to die in order to make room for a new vision. Without the old dying, the new cannot be built correctly. Instead of seeing people or situations as obstacles on the path, we can see them as opportunities to practice patience and tolerance, to know how to listen, thank and love. They allow us to widen our capacity to co-operate and enlarge our heart so that we might be more generous.

(To be continued tomorrow …)

Message for the day

To be powerful is to fly easily over the biggest obstacle.

Expression: When there is an awareness of the inner strength, difficult circumstances seem very easy to cross over. Nothing seems difficult or as a big obstacle, but the inner strength gives the power to very easily and quickly cross over all difficult and challenging situations.

Experience: When I have the power to fly, i.e., to go above the situations, I do not feel the bondage of the situation. So when I am up above everything down below (even the biggest mountain) seems very tiny and insignificant. So there is quick and steady progress experienced even when there are difficult situations in my life.

Contemplation: December 18, 2018: Learn To Create Love

Contemplation: December 18, 2018: Learn To Create Love

No automatic alt text available.

Learn To Create Love

If I limit the love I give to just one or two, it will eventually go stale. If I learn to create love inside my heart and silently give it to everyone I meet, love will grace every corner of my life.

Responsibilities

Our children, our work, are they a burden or a responsibility? If our
responsibilities become burdens then it would seem that we are not
content with our circumstances, and are hoping for a change. For things
to be different there has to be a change whether in a gross way like
change in location, or in a subtle, more meaningful way - change in
attitude. For e.g. if you are given a job and told to complete it in 15
minutes with no reason given for the job, your responsibility becomes a
burden. Then you find out that the work is for a person whom you are
extremely fond of, your attitude changes and your responsibility is no
longer a burden; out of love you will finish the work faster.
With change in attitude there is improvement in every situation.
Sometimes it only takes a thought to create a change in attitude, it is
like a key. We often forget to use the keys we have. See how many keys
you have to unlock the treasures of personality and use them as
required. It is better to have responsibilities than burdens.

Playing My Part As A Hero Actor

While just as beings we reside in the soul world, as human beings we play our many roles through many physical bodies in this beautiful world drama on this amazing, colorful and round stage called planet Earth. Each day is filled with multi-million scenes in different locations on this very big stage. Some scenes are directly related to us, some indirectly and a lot many aren't related at all. Each scene that we are directly involved is an opportunity to not only play our role in the best possible way but also as a result shape the role in the most appropriate way possible. Therefore, we are all hero actors who by playing our roles as well as possible, create the script of our own life i.e. create our own destiny.

And do remember doing this has a positive influence on others' scripts also, which rebounds back to us and in return helps us in our making our scripts better. While we have been given a role to live the entire birth right from childhood to old age, we possess the power, the remote control to dictate and control as to how exactly we will live the day, the year and each year of our present birth, our present role. Each day offers us multiple options as to not only how we act but also how we respond to the world around us and our script or destiny gets shaped up according to the options we make. Our destiny is decided not by what happens to us or around us, but by (i) how we act (sometimes the actions are responses to external events and sometimes they are not) and (ii) how we respond to a million events and circumstances which we encounter as we make this complete journey of life.

(To be continued tomorrow...)

Soul Sustenance

Crossing Negative Circumstances/Situations (Part 1)

There are periods of life in which it seems to us that there is someone or something who gets in the way of our path. Circumstances, instead of going in our favor, go against us. They are barriers that make it difficult for us to reach our objectives; they are interruptions that prevent us from feeling satisfied; they are situations that seem to reduce our feelings of success.

When we find ourselves with these scenes that appear to block our progress towards the aims and objectives that we have set out for ourselves, we tend to have negative thoughts; we feel anger and rage, or we feel sad and unenthusiastic, as if we don't have the strength to either overcome or transform the situation. Rather it is the situation that overcomes or overpowers us and leaves us exhausted. Some people are not prepared for this to happen and put all their strength into fighting the situation. They do so with feelings of anger, revenge and injustice. Often it becomes a process that wastes their energies and leaves them exhausted, without achieving a true solution.

It is possible to live through situations without them causing such an emotional energy loss. That does not mean that we become cold and insensitive to what happens around us. It is a question of living through situations without drowning into them. If we drown ourselves in them we won't be able to help others or ourselves. We will be lost, like the shipwrecked, at the mercy of the waves, the tides and the winds. We will have lost the control of the steering wheel of our ship – our life.

(To be continued tomorrow …)

Message for the day

To have a big heart means never to be disheartened.

Expression: To have a big heart means to have good wishes constantly for others and to enable others to move forward through this. Even if someone with negative characteristics comes in front, there are no feelings of negativity as there is the power to accept and recognise their specialities.

Experience: I am able to be beyond confusion and doubt when I have a big heart. I am never caught up with the problems but am very easily able to find a way out. I am never disheartened even when I encounter the negative aspect of someone. Instead I am able to very effectively and smoothly come out of the situation.

Contemplation: December 17, 2018: Make Peace with the Past

Contemplation: December 17, 2018: Make Peace with the Past

Image may contain: flower and plant

Make Peace with the Past

Wallowing in disappointment and dissatisfaction, doesn't change the past. Getting wrapped up in the past, limits our ability to enjoy the present.

Make peace with the past. And find the lesson.

Fold the past away neatly in such a way that if and when you need to unfold it again, only lessons of benefit are visible.

Constant Attention

When we have to fulfill certain responsibilities, we find ourselves in
a lot of tension. We find it very difficult to relieve the tension,
especially when we feel there is demand from the situation or
expectations from people beyond our capabilities. In demanding
situations and in general too the way to relieve ourselves from tension
is to have constant attention. It is important to have attention
during difficult times, but it is also necessary to keep attention on
the self even during normal conditions. Constant attention brings
about "checking and changing" and relieves us of tension.

Carrying Feelings Experienced In Meditation Into My Interactions

If I keep close contact with my internal self, to check what my feelings are like and I maintain the 'meditative' awareness at many moments during the day, even if it is for very short periods of time, I will find that the good feelings I have experienced through conscious choice, in meditation, I carry them with me into my interactions with others. Then, in any exchange, although the other person's thoughts, words or actions may not be as I would like them to be, I'll be better equipped to maintain a good feeling towards that individual, and towards myself.

For example, I meditate in the morning and then leave home and find myself in a situation in the office where two of my colleagues are arguing over an issue. When I try and intervene, one of them gets aggressive with me as well, but the feelings of peace I experienced in my meditation a couple of hours ago are still with me, using which I do not reacting angrily or fearfully. In fact, if my peace is powerful enough, it will make the other one also peaceful.

So the key is to emerge and collect positive feelings through meditation at regular intervals during the day. And then become a donor of positive feelings to negative situations as discussed above is an invaluable achievement. It is good for my own wellbeing, and for contributing to the creation of a peaceful atmosphere wherever I am, whenever required.

Characteristics Of The World Stage

There are three things that we all have in common;

awareness - of ourselves and others
relationships - the sharing and exchange of energy with others
creativity - the ability to produce thoughts, ideas, concepts and feelings and express them.

The purpose of our life is nothing more than living life itself - to be self-aware (awareness) , to be creative, to express ourselves to our highest potential (creativity) and to exchange the energy of love with those around us (relationships) . But this cannot happen in the incorporeal, silent home of the soul (commonly called paramdham or shantidham ). These characteristics of life require action, a costume (physical body) through which to express ourselves and a stage on which to act. The physical world provides the stage on which we can move, bring to life, create, relate and express all that is within us. For each of us the possibilities are infinite.

The moment we take birth in a physical form, we are constantly doing one of three things: acting, reacting, or interacting - sometimes all three together.

Message for the day

True love means the ability to forgive and forget.

Expression: When there is love there is the ability to look at only specialities. Even if the other person makes a mistake, there is only the conscious awareness of his specialities. So it becomes easy to forgive the mistake committed by him. When there is real forgiveness the mistake is totally forgotten and the future interactions with that person are free from the negative attitude.

Experience: When I am able to forgive the mistakes made by others, I am able to forget them easily also. So my mind is free from the burden of waste of all the past mistakes. So I am able to be light even when I am faced with the negativity of the other person. I am never caught up with attitudes about people so I am successful in my relationship with others.
