Soul Consciousness

Spiritual awareness (soul-consciousness) is cultivated through deliberate practice and only those who have understood the need for this kind of true, inner, self-respect will make the effort. Difficulties will arise to test your resolve for self-upliftment - physical illness, relationships, memories of the past, and so on. Yet with patience and introspection, you will come to see how these very tests are the means to strengthen your spiritual identity.

Experience

It is much easier to believe that it's snowing, than to experience the
snow. If you just believe, you can stay inside, stay warm and avoid the
cold. That's why people are led up the garden path by others beliefs.
It's easier and warmer. And all this 'believing stuff' starts in
kindergarten. In the context of your spiritual or personal growth,
believe nothing, experiment and test everything, in the laboratory of
your own experience. Only then will you be able to separate truth from
falsehood, reality from illusion, and lead others with integrity.
Challenge and check at least one belief everyday. And if it's found
wanting, chuck it or change it. Challenge, check, then chuck or change,
now that's a master at work.

Nurturing My Relationship With Myself

One of the most significant areas of importance in any human's life is that of relationships. Someone with very good, close, harmonious and loveful relationships with loved ones, friends, colleagues, etc. is normally considered very fortunate or lucky. But of all relationships, the first and most basic one is the one I have with myself. So, how good, close or deep is my relationship with myself? How well do I know myself? Am I my own friend? If I think over the last week or fortnight, how many of my reactions were unexpected or uncontrolled or basically not the right ones? How many reactions left me confused, sad, unenthusiastic, peaceless, depressed, negative in any other way or in short uncomfortable? If there have been several such situations, it is an indication that there are still things deep within me that I do not know.

Normally a friend is someone whose company I enjoy, for whom there is love and from whom there is some benefit. As in any worldly relationship, without knowing a particular person to the core I can never have a deep relationship with that person. As the phrase 'spiritual knowledge' implies, it is the knowledge of the spirit or the self. Only by knowing myself completely and having a good relationship with the self, can I channelize my inner potential that I have within myself - just as water from a river, when properly channelized, provides water for various purposes. In any worldly relationship, if enough time and attention is not given to it and it is not nourished, it gets affected negatively. In the same way, though it's obvious that I have to spend a large chunk of each day involved in situations arising from my duties, routine activities, responsibilities and worldly relationships; my relationship with myself should also be given enough time and attention, so that it does not suffer. If I am not careful about that, my worldly life may use up my energy completely and discharge my inner battery. I need to find times in the day when I give time to my relationship with the self and recharge myself. The peace and happiness I long for internally will be obtained by having a good, positive relationship with the self.

Resolving Conflicts In Relationships (Part 1)

In relationships, sometimes we feel that the other person is not only a problem but also a source of conflicts. We have to be aware that there always have to be two people involved for there to be an unhappy or conflictive exchange. When we are in any conflict, it is difficult to see and understand the true causes and the real energy of the process of the conflict. The emotions that arise inside us during a conflict distract us and even blind us.

In the first place, it is important to recognize that your response in any situation of conflict is your contribution to the conflict. The process of responding to any person or situation is something that takes place in you. Nothing can make you feel anything without your permission. If you have been in conflict with someone for a time, for sure, you create fear or anger towards them, expressing thus behaviors of resistance when you communicate or relate to them. The other person is not responsible for your emotions or for your behavior.

Your experience of conflict and your contribution to the conflict begin in your consciousness and you keep them in your consciousness. It begins with your perception of the other (how you see others). If you perceive them negatively you will think negatively; you will feel negative and create a negative attitude; you will behave negatively, and so you will transmit a negative energy. You don't have to do it like that. Perception is a choice.

When there is conflict there is mental and emotional pain, even physical. Who creates that pain? You! Who creates at least half of the conflict? You! Where do you dissolve it? In your consciousness - in you. Freeing yourself of the conflict is a matter of a decision. At any moment you can decide not to be in conflict. One party has to dissolve their contribution to the conflict, even if it is temporarily, for the process of resolution to be able to begin.

Message for the day

The one who has courage to bring about a change is free from excuses.

Expression: For the one who recognizes the need for bringing about a change, every situation is an excuse for doing something new. If there is no commitment to change in every situation, excuses are given and others are blamed. So there is nothing new that is done and nothing new achieved.

Experience: Life becomes very interesting for me when I am willing to take up the challenges that it brings. I am not afraid of new situations and challenges but am able to make the best out of the situation, I am free from fear and have the courage to bring about a change easily and naturally.

Like A Star

At the end of the day, on the wings of your thoughts, go beyond the cares and troubles of the world. Remove your mind from everything and everyone, and become blissfully detached, like a star.

Like a star, be free to radiate light, for your essence is light and peace. Enjoy the simplicity of the night sky, the peace. And then, when you want to, you can shoot down to earth.

Inwardliness

When we are living from our inner self, it means that we are focusing
our attention on the internal and when we observe the external world
around us, we do not get lost, threatened or frightened by the events.
We remain stable and experience the feeling of security and
tranquility. The biggest obstacle to Inwardliness is living in our
senses - organs of sight, hearing and eating. We lose sight of our
inner being. We look at things with feelings of desire, greed, anger,
attachment or arrogance. We hear indecent or degrading talk. We utter
harsh words or get addicted to the pleasures of the palate. Living in
the outward is living far away from the state of inwardliness, the
consciousness that brings us serenity, happiness and peace.

Improving Your Responses By Moving From A State Of Doing To Being

This is a meditation exercise which you can practice anytime in the day when you are busy interacting with someone or a group of people. At that time, create the thoughts below, very, very slowly in your mind. Experience the essence of each thought -

I am a soul and at peace with myself and the world around me... This scene, in which I find myself in, is one of many scenes in which I play a role... Now, I disconnect for a few seconds from what is happening around me... Mentally (not physically), I take a step back and just watch, as an observer, what is happening... I make no judgments - I just observe... As I observe, I see that each soul in the scene is playing their own unique role, according to their capability and understanding, because of which I accept each one completely without any conditions...

I remain patient in allowing this scene to develop in a natural way... I wait for an invitation to participate - it always comes finally... I have no desires from the situation... But, at the same time, I am happy to contribute towards achieving the most positive and effective result... In the meantime I maintain my peace and share the energy of that peace with all around me as this is the most important contribution that I can make... I realize that simply by observing peacefully I am participating positively in this scene...

If you dedicate time to consciously practice the above meditation for a few moments in many actions during the day, you will finally find that you move into this state of just 'being' (while yet 'doing') very, very naturally. You are not avoiding life or the world around you. Instead, you are learning to take control of your awareness and involvement, disconnect when you want, be more mentally sharp in understanding (what is visible as well as subtle or non-visible) all that is happening around you and give yourself the time and the personal space to respond accurately and positively.

Role Consciousness To Soul Consciousness

Experience the following thoughts one after the other:

I am conscious of myself and of what is around me...

I look at my life as a detached observer...

I observe the different roles I play during the day...

I see to what point I am capable of releasing myself of the role after I have played it and the scene has ended…

I can be myself...

I am freed from my roles and the consciousness of my body with which I play the roles...

I become light, without any burdens, free of weight...

I am only pure consciousness, I am light...

I am a minuscule point of light that radiates from the center of my forehead...

I radiate the innate qualities of my being...

I radiate vibrations of peace; I radiate vibrations of love...

I am peace, I am love, I am light...

Message for the day

To be accepting means to give a chance to the other person to change.

Expression: When someone makes a mistake there is usually a feeling of guilt and a lot of negative feelings. At such a time if there is understanding and love, it helps the other person bring about a change. There will be always an environment of positivity provided by the one who understands and accepts. So anyone in this environment can bring about a change with great ease.

Experience: Only when I am able to accept can I bring about a change in the other person. When I accept I am able to see what the other person is lacking and provide him with it. So I am actually giving the other person a chance to change. Also when I accept others and understand them, others too are able to accept me and love me as I am. I find my relationships becoming more and more beautiful.

Contemplation: February 08, 2019: Are You Missing Out?

Artist: Lin Wang

Are You Missing Out?

Do you ever feel as if you are missing out on something somewhere?

Even though you know that you can never be anywhere other than where you are?

If you do feel you are missing out on something, then you are - your own life in that moment. Learn to be content, wherever you are.

Tolerance

An inner power needed to make accurate decisions is the power to
tolerate. Tolerance is not about having to put up with or endure.
It's about respect for difference. It is about being able to
appreciate diversity, the beauty in that diversity and difference. We
need confidence to allow others to do what they are doing. Rigidity is
a sign of lack of self confidence and self respect. It is better to
have peace with someone than to have 100 percent perfection and
tension. The quality of interaction comes from our ability to stop
(that is not to be affected or influenced by what the other is doing).
When I learn to stop, then I become more perceptive of the situation
and am able to do make the right decision.

Reaping The Benefits Of Meditation

Rajayoga meditation gives the intellect the power to select those positive sanskaras which lead to the higher emotions, calm and clear thoughts, and the pure desire to enjoy life in such a way that no sorrow is experienced for the self and no sorrow is given to others.

The practitioner of meditation calms the mind and experiences sanskaras which in most people surface only occasionally as they are deeper than the superficial (shallow) memories of worldly experiences. These are the pure and powerful sanskaras relating to the original nature of the soul - peace, purity, power and contentment. Consciousness (the soul) has the same property as light; a powerful force with distinct qualities yet having no gravitational mass. In fact, the only pull or burden on the soul is the result of its own impure thoughts and negative actions.

When the above mentioned original sanskaras are experienced then love and happiness are also experienced automatically. After some regular practice, the practitioner has the intellectual power to consciously emerge these sanskaras into daily life at any time. In a situation which would lead most people to experience negative moods or emotions such as fear, depression, anxiety, boredom, fatigue, hatred or aggression, the practitioner becomes detached and emerges the inner powers of contentment and tranquility (peacefulness). This of course is beneficial not only for the self but also to others.

Relieving The Stress Of Subtle Inner Burdens (Part 2)

We must create the necessary space to share pending matters, messages, ideas and feelings with our loved ones in a safe atmosphere, protected from violence and full of respect. In that atmosphere, we can express ourselves, share and love. We have to create the atmosphere ourselves. It is our responsibility to make the other understand that there is something important that we have to tell them. In order to live in freedom we have to be aware of all the burdens that we have pending from the past, what things we have to fix, solve, clear up and communicate, and free ourselves from all of them.

To start with, make a list of all the pending conversations that you have. Give yourself a date that is soon and realistic in order to have these conversations. Make them happen. Don't put them off any more. Don't allow your mind to keep on making excuses. Imagine that today is your last day. What is it that you have to say, communicate, and/or clarify and with who? Do it soon. Today might be your last day or the last day of the person with whom you have a pending conversation.

Living without pending conversations keeps the path clear, your conscience clear, your heart at peace and your mind light.

Message for the day

To let go of worry of the problem is to find the right solution.

Expression: When the mind is caught up with any problem there is a great difficulty in finding solutions. Instead when the mind is free from worry, it finds the answers that lie within. So whatever the kind of situations or problems, the one who is free from worry is the one who is able to respond to the situation in the right way. Nor does such a person take time in making decisions during challenging times.

Experience: When I only continue to worry about my problems it is like cursing the darkness. It will not bring light. All I need to do is light a little lamp and I will find the light coming in slowly spreading all around. I find that it is very easy to find the solutions that are already within me.

Contemplation: February 07, 2019: Humility

Contemplation: February 07, 2019: Humility

Image may contain: one or more people, people standing and baby

Humility

Humility grows a little more each time I step away from my own feelings and opinions and genuinely listen to the experience of another human being. Humility is dedication to the extent that no acknowledgement is sought for the self. Only when I have learned to value others no more or less than I value myself can I be said to be truly humble.

Compassion

A compassionate person develops an eye for spotting the qualities that
make each person special. Even when others are at their lowest ebb, it
is possible to help them restore their self-belief by keeping a firm,
clear vision of their goodness and specialties. Taking a gently
encouraging approach, I must never give up on anyone.

What Is The Source Of Our Feelings - cont.?

The longer I experience thoughts and feelings of a particular variety (explained yesterday), the greater is the soul's inclination to generate those feelings. This can reach the point where feelings take over, and I experience their impact even though they are no longer consciously connected them with my thoughts e.g. my office colleague has done something incorrect without taking my opinion, and there's a series of negative thoughts running through my mind, such as 'Why did she do like this? It shouldn't have happened like this. How dare she! Why on earth didn't she consult me? I do wish she wouldn't be so unreasonable. It would have been much better if the task had been done like that', etc. Bringing over thoughts of this type in my mind leaves me with a negative feeling - a feeling which is critical, nasty and rejecting.

What is worse, when I have let feelings like this emerge; it is very easy to carry them over into circumstances where they have no relevance e.g. it is the evening time now - I have left my office to go home, and in my mind I am now occupied with thoughts related to my children and groceries that I have to buy to on the way back, but the unpleasant, critical feelings for the colleague are still with me to the extent that they affect my behavior. I react over some minor issue with the grocery store keeper, creating bad feeling in him as well. Or, the other way round, I carry bad feelings due to an argument at home, with my wife, into my office, and then create an atmosphere of irritation in the office instead of comfort and warmth.

Soul Sustenance

Relieving The Stress Of Subtle Inner Burdens (Part 1)

All of the matters, messages, ideas and feelings that you want to communicate and/or clear up with someone but you still haven't done, mean an inner burden that you sustain. To communicate the essential, and what has meaning to people that you love and are important for you, is an act of love and care. To leave pending conversations and to postpone them means to accumulate things to say, matters to clear up and ideas to dialogue with, inside you. It means a burden that prevents you from living the present with full freedom. You have something pending. There are people who, only on the verge of death, quickly say what they feel, to clarify matters and to communicate feelings. It seems that feeling death to be near gives them the courage to dare to open themselves and communicate that which they have wanted to say for so long but have put off.

Sometimes we feel the burden of not having expressed our feelings to a closed loved one, before he/she has died, about how grateful we are to them or/and how sorry we are for some incorrect action committed towards them. We put off the expression of the feelings until it is too late and the loved one dies. Even after a long time after that, we continue to feel the burden of the postponement within. What might have been, and was not, can no longer be fixed. We simply have to accept how the past happened and not live with regrets that increase our inner heaviness. We have to learn from it, not put off conversations, but clear up matters as they arise and not be afraid to do so.

(To be continued tomorrow …)

Message for the day

To be wise is to enjoy the beauty of life.

Expression: Wisdom gives the understanding that life does not function haphazardly. It teaches that everything that happens in this theatre of life has deep meaning and significance. Wisdom also brings the understanding that what is reaped today is a result of what was sown yesterday. So whatever actions are done now are filled with positivity and beauty - for, there is always the desire to reap better fruits.

Experience: When I have the true understanding I find myself satisfied and content with everything that is happening in my life. Yet there is the desire and the urge to go on being creative and using my resources for the benefit of all. I go on planting beautiful seeds of positivity and power. So I continue to enjoy the fruits of the seeds I plant. I never stop with obstacles but move forward with confidence.

Contemplation: February 06, 2019: The Power of Detachment

Contemplation: February 06, 2019: The Power of Detachment

Image may contain: flower

The Power of Detachment

You need power to remain free from the influence of others. Detachment is this power. If you can't stay detached from influences, you will not be able to keep your thoughts under control. From there it will be a downward spiral until all trace of inner well-being is lost. The first step in detachment is to understand who you are as a spiritual entity. This allows you to 'detach' yourself from your physical identity, and it's world of limited thoughts and feelings, and 'attach' instead to your spiritual personality, the being of inner peace and power. A normal day will be filled with challenges to this detachment. On the one side will be your spiritual awareness, but on the other will be the attraction towards human beings and the material world. Detachment is not a question of becoming separate from the latter, but of simply remaining conscious of yourself as a spiritual being whilst being in the world and playing your part. Detachment simply means to keep yourself centered in your spirituality.

Contentment

Wherever I am is wherever I am meant to be, whatever I am doing is
whatever I am meant to be doing and whatever everyone else is doing is
exactly what they are meant to be doing - this is contentment. If you
do want to change where you are, or what you are doing, the first thing
is to be content with wherever you are and whatever you are doing right
now! Paradoxically that's what attracts opportunities and invitations
to be somewhere else! Why? Because you are a living magnet, and
contentment is one of your most attractive qualities. And the law of
attraction says that according to your dominant thoughts so you will
attract the people and circumstances into your life. Being content
right now attracts the best possible future.

What Is The Source Of Our Feelings?

The topmost area of the mind is the area of conscious thought. Thoughts arise in our awareness like bubbles. Many thoughts carry a feeling or a series of feelings along with them e.g. the thought at a restaurant - 'I love how that pizza looks', could be accompanied by feelings of hunger, or greed, or happiness, or yearning (longing) or anticipated satisfaction.

The fact offered by spirituality and supported by experiences of many people who are spiritual is that feelings, as well as thoughts, originate from the soul.

Feelings are clearly reflected in the form of physical changes in our body: I may feel my heart beat fast with excitement, my mouth salivate with joy, my stomach sink with fear, my hands shiver or goose pimples on my arms with nervousness, etc. This is because the soul and body are interconnected and work in complementary ways, so that what goes on in the soul is definitely reflected in the body, and what goes on in the body is reflected in the soul. The degree to which both these processes happen in each individual is different. It's not that feelings arise out of nothing, or merely as a reaction to external stimulation by people, objects, nature, etc. Thoughts are followed by feelings. So we can understand that both of them arise from the soul. Recognizing this is an important step if I want to break free from cycles of unwanted or unsuitable thoughts and feelings.

Soul Sustenance

Filling Myself And Others With Invisible Treasures (Part 2)

In yesterday’s message, we had explained how soul consciousness provides us access to the ocean of the qualities of peace, love and joy that lie hidden inside our consciousness. An important point worth noting in this regard is that along with quenching my thirst, I must also have a big heart, and pass on to others the qualities that I am receiving from my inner ocean. Otherwise, over a period of time my spirituality reaches a standstill and although I am making an effort to fill myself I do not feel as content and fulfilled as before. This is because; the vessel with which I fill from the ocean can’t be refilled unless I am also prepared to keep emptying it. That doesn’t mean I have to drain myself spiritually.

It is just that each time I give or donate a quality from my inner ocean with a positive intention to someone; it flows from inside me and then gets transmitted to the other. Before the person experiences and benefits from the quality, I experience getting filled with it myself. Also, each time the person benefits from or even remembers the benefit in the future, he or she sends me positive energy, which, according to the Law of karma fills me with the quality that I had donated, further. Sometimes a person might benefit or remember the benefit after 10-15 years or even more than that. Even after such a long time has elapsed, I keep receiving a return from the pure donation I have made, and keep getting filled, even if I am not specifically or consciously aware of the same.

Message for the day

Honesty inspires trust.

Expression: The one who is honest is clean and clear within. He is aware of his resources and uses them sincerely for his own benefit and that of others. Honesty also means to speak what is thought and to do what is spoken. So there are no discrepancies in thoughts, words and actions. So others are able to trust the one who is honest. Each action of an honest person becomes an inspiration for those around.

Experience: When I am honest I break internal barriers. I am not caught up with the seeming negativity of the situation, nor do I feel helpless by the limitations set out by the situation. I am able to enjoy the gift of each moment and use it to the fullest extent. I find myself becoming an example for many, as others are inspired by whatever I do.

Contemplation: February 05, 2019: People Potential

Image may contain: one or more people and baby

People Potential

Are you able to see the potential in others?
Even when, what you see right now is not so great?

Look at what they are capable of becoming rather than what you see in the present.

See the potential in others and you empower them to reach their full potential.

Acceptance

Have you ever noticed that resistance leads to persistence. And behind
all resistance is self-created fear. The only way to relax and stay
relaxed is acceptance. You don't have to agree, or follow, or condone,
but acceptance means you begin any interaction with a serenity which
invites others to engage with you. And out of engagement comes the
satisfaction of creative expression and an enriching relationship.
That's relaxation in action!

Radiating Good Wishes (Meditation) - cont.

The meditation below is a continuation of yesterday's message.

Create the following thoughts slowly:

I am strong... I am brave... within me there is strength and an abundance of peace at my disposal... I am a strong soul full of spiritual power... This power helps me to maintain my happiness... to have hope... to deal with obstacles and difficult situations... I am discovering my authentic being of light... powerful... radiating this light that is so pure and peaceful...

In this stage of strength, I become a source of light... stable... calm... generous... sharing the light of the love of God with others... the love that gives hope, trust... the love that protects and gives courage... I am an instrument to bring hope to this world... a light for the world that has good elevated feelings towards all the souls of this Earth... my heart overflows with love... with good desires and wishes towards all and these wishes spread like the fragrance of flowers... a fragrance that is given as a gift, freely... a fragrance of love that, with gentleness, soothes the suffering of others... it is a massage for the heart. I am a being of peace... I am light... I am a source of light that glows in the dark... gives peace where peace is missing...

Stay some moments in silence in order to feel how these vibrations, so peaceful and pure, spread. And, slowly, return to this present moment conscious of how you are, of your body and what surrounds you. Prepare yourself to carry on radiating peace, light and love in your actions and interactions also.

Soul Sustenance

Filling Myself And Others With Invisible Treasures (Part 1)

Soul consciousness or the awareness of the soul is the key to the internal treasures of the original and eternal qualities of the soul. The moment I switch on the awareness of the soul, a spiritual point of subtle light or energy, situated at the centre of the forehead, I start accessing the qualities of peace, love and joy that lie hidden inside my consciousness. Since these are not physical treasures, they are limitless. It’s like suddenly I become an owner of an ocean of these qualities. The ocean is inside me and not anywhere outside.

When we hear the word ‘ocean’, the first characteristic that comes to mind is limitless. So suddenly I am the owner of an ocean of peace, love, power and bliss. I can draw and drink as much of these qualities as I want and these qualities will never get over, because an ocean is an unlimited, tireless and big hearted provider or giver, never expecting anything in return. The ocean will never refuse me, but, as stated above, the key to accessing the ocean is the awareness of the soul. It is a common experience of many that the moment we are in the consciousness of the body, we suddenly feel empty of these treasures and we experience emotions of peacelessness or sorrow or hatred or jealousy or powerlessness or fear etc., because in those moments, we have lost access to the ocean.

(To be continued tomorrow...)

Message for the day

Tolerance brings the ability to enjoy the fruits of the moment.

Expression: When there is tolerance, there is the ability to understand and accept situations as they are. So there is no reaction to situation and people, but an ability to act in the right way. So the one who is tolerant is able to make use of the available resources and be the best under all circumstances.

Experience: Even during challenging situations if I am tolerant, I am able to experience success each moment. I have the satisfaction of using the present moment in a fruitful way. Tolerance brings humility in me and I constantly keep learning and progressing, with every challenge that I am faced with.

Contemplation: February 04, 2019: Heal Yourself

Contemplation: February 04, 2019: Heal Yourself

No photo description available.

Heal Yourself

The deepest wounds we all carry are locked in our subconscious (out of our awareness). Deep memories and subtle impressions, from unfinished experience, rooted in the past. The pain from those wounds comes to revisit, to block and paralyze us in the moment called now. We all know it comes without warning - "Why am I feeling this way, I didn't mean to do that, I don't know what made me say that." Healing does not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which send it message to haunt us. It means going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to the core of our self, to the heart of our spirit, where we find the light and warmth of our own core qualities of love and peace. They are eternally present within us they are what we need to heal all our inner wounds. That's why this kind of deep healing is called spirituality and not therapy.

Purity

Purity of spirit is a beautiful state of being. It comes when we are
willing to open our soul completely to the pure energy of God and let
all the vestiges of negativity with us be gradually washed away. As
purity increases, thoughts become simpler, fewer and infused with love
and compassion for everyone we meet. Pure thoughts have remarkable
power. Plans made in such a state of benevolence are blessed with
success.

Radiating Good Wishes (Meditation)

You need to get back your inner power by elevating your awareness and connecting with the Supreme Soul (God). In this way you can maintain the happiness, the peace that is within you and not be influenced by others or the atmosphere that surrounds you. That way you maintain your harmony. This gives you hope. In this meditation, we are going to fill ourselves with spiritual power in order to be a source of light that sends the light of love and peace to the broken and hurt hearts of many human beings - a source of light that takes hope to the life of others.

Imagine that God is in front of you like an endless fountain of supreme energy, of light and spiritual power... Think about his qualities that most attract you... he is the ocean of peace... the ocean of love... the ocean of happiness... the ocean of forgiveness...

In the same way as you look at the Sun and feel its rays of light and heat on your face, let this spiritual Sun (God) bathe you with its light... it fills you with spiritual power... it awakens your hidden potential... your original goodness... your greatness... You can feel the greatness of your being...

The Causes of Fear (Part 2)

Yesterday we had discussed some of the causes of fear. Some more are:
• The desire to be recognized, appreciated and valued.
• Experiences of the past that have produced disappointment, insecurity, worry or emotional or mental exhaustion.
• Attachments and dependencies generate fear.
• The habit of seeing situations and people in a negative way.
• Dishonesty - When you have done things that you know are not right, you know there will be negative after effects, and this provokes fear within.
• The ego being afraid to 'die'. It justifies itself and resists. We wear masks that cover our true identity. We become selfish.

Message for the day

Tolerance brings stability.

Expression: When one is faced with defamation or is accused of something, tolerance gives the power to remain stable and calm. So there is the natural ability to smile even when there is negativity that comes. Tolerance brings the recognition of the actual situation and the ability to see beyond the insults. This is possible because of being in a state of self-respect constantly.
