The Art of Patience

What cannot be achieved with pressure can easily be achieved with patience. 

Patience gives you the time to chip away at your dream and turn it into a reality.  It tells you not to push, not to rush; there is a reason and a season for everything.

And when things go wrong, patience tempers the feeling of failure and buffers the heart.  It teaches you to keep your cool. A cool head knows when to wait and when to act.

Sweetness

Although there is an understanding of the need for being sweet in words
and interactions, many times we find ourselves being rude to people.
Although we try a lot to be nice and sweet (we are successful a few
times too!) yet we are not able to sustain this all the time. There is
some kind of negativity directly or indirectly expressed through our
words and actions. This further creates negativity in our minds. When
we are able to keep our mind sweet, i.e., free from any kind of
bitterness or ill-feelings, we are able to experience the beauty of
life. There is no feeling of sorrow or negativity but the mind is
nurtured to further positivity with everything that comes our way. So
we are further open to all that is nice and beautiful and we express
our own freshness and beauty in interactions. We are then able to
experience constant growth and progress.

The Internal And External Source Of Spiritual Energy

Every day, in the morning, we all need to recharge our spiritual battery, the energy of which has been used the previous day. This is extremely important, otherwise the light of our consciousness becomes dim, thoughts become unfocused and decisions are filled with un-clarity and doubt. This energy is available inside and outside. Inside us we have a spiritual centre, at the center of our consciousness, pure spiritual energy. This is what we are. However access to this energy is now blocked by our attachments, many negative life experiences and many incorrect beliefs and perceptions (way of looking at situations). Outside us we have the Supreme Soul, the source, the Supreme Being or Supreme Spiritual Energy. Both these sources are invisible to our physical eyes but only one second away when we are able to quieten and focus our mind on them. The method of doing this is called meditation, which connects us to both sources of power - that's why meditation is the way to spiritually nourish the soul, the nourishment that the soul longs for immensely. Sit quietly and connect your mind to each source and allow yourself to recharge.

Given below are some definitions of success:

• Feeling yourself to be full of inner contentment and happiness, with an optimistic mental state, without fear, happy and in a good mood. Being fine, in balance and at peace with oneself.
• Finding meaning in what you do.
• Discovering what will bring you closer to your dream.
• Success is about more than just possessing; it is facing all situations, even the negative ones, transforming them into the positive and feeling yourself realized, personally and emotionally.
• Having courage to take forward what you want, in spite of what you find against it.
• Achieving in each moment the desired objectives at all levels of the inner being. Fulfilling set objectives and adopting a positive attitude.
• Being able to be beyond noise i.e. experience silence wherever and whenever you wish to – silence being the key to all spiritual treasures.
• Remaining humble in the wake of all achievements and glory that may come your way.
• Not being afraid of failure.
• Satisfaction at work.
• In harmony with one’s inner conscience (while performing all actions).

To be a giver is to be flexible.

Expression: The one who does not expect from others, but is able to give others from whatever resources he has, is the one who is flexible. Being flexible means to be able to recognize the other person's value system and moulding one self according to it without losing touch with one's own value system.

Experience: When I am a giver, I do not expect others to change according to my value system, but am very easily able to find a way to adapt to the other person's value system. I never expect from others to understand me, but am able to understand others. So there is never any feeling of negativity for anyone.

“मीठे बच्चे - वैजयन्ती माला में आने के लिए निरन्तर बाप को याद करो, अपना टाइम वेस्ट मत करो, पढ़ाई पर पूरा-पूरा ध्यान दो |”

प्रश्न:- बाप अपने बच्चों से कौन-सी एक रिक्वेस्ट करते हैं?

उत्तर:- मीठे बच्चे, बाप रिक्वेस्ट करते हैं-अच्छी रीति पढ़ते रहो। बाप के दाढ़ी की लाज रखो। ऐसा कोई गंदा काम मत करो जिससे बाप का नाम बदनाम हो। सत बाप, सत शिक्षक, सतगुरू की कभी निंदा मत कराओ। प्रतिज्ञा करो-जब तक पढ़ाई है तब तक पवित्र जरूर रहेंगे।

यह किन्होंने कहा कि तुम्हें पाकर सारे जहान की राजाई पाते हैं? अभी तुम स्टूडेन्ट भी हो तो बच्चे भी हो। तुम जानते हो बेहद का बाप हम बच्चों को विश्व का मालिक बनाने के लिए आये हैं। उनके सामने हम बैठे हैं और हम राजयोग सीख रहे हैं अर्थात् विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज बनने तुम यहाँ पढ़ने आये हो अथवा पढ़ते हो। यह गीत तो भक्ति मार्ग का गाया हुआ है। बुद्धि से बच्चे जानते हैं हम विश्व के महाराजा-महारानी बनेंगे। बाप है ज्ञान का सागर, सुप्रीम रूहानी टीचर रूहों को बैठ पढ़ाते हैं। आत्मा इन शरीर रूपी कर्मेन्द्रियों द्वारा जानती है कि हम बाप से विश्व क्राउन प्रिन्स- प्रिन्सेज बनने के लिए पाठशाला में बैठे हैं। कितना नशा होना चाहिए। अपनी दिल से पूछो-इतना नशा हम स्टूडेन्ट में है? यह कोई नई बात भी नहीं है। हम कल्प-कल्प विश्व के क्राउन प्रिन्स और प्रिन्सेज बनने के लिए बाप के पास आये हैं। जो बाप, बाप भी है, टीचर भी है। बाप पूछते हैं तो सभी कहते हैं हम तो सूर्यवंशी क्राउन प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज वा लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनेंगे। अपनी दिल से पूछना चाहिए हम ऐसा पुरूषार्थ करते हैं? बेहद का बाप जो स्वर्ग का वर्सा देने आये हैं, वह हमारा बाप-टीचर-गुरू भी हैं तो जरूर वर्सा भी इतना ऊंच ते ऊंच देंगे। देखना चाहिए हमको इतनी खुशी है कि हम आज पढ़ते हैं, कल क्राउन प्रिन्स बनेंगे? क्योंकि यह संगम है ना। अभी इस पार हो, उस पार स्वर्ग में जाने के लिए पढ़ते हो। वहाँ तो सर्वगुण सम्पन्न, 16 कला सम्पन्न बनकर ही जायेंगे। हम ऐसे लायक बने हैं-अपने से पूछना होता है। एक नारद भगत की बात नहीं है। तुम सब भक्त थे, अब बाप भक्ति से छुड़ाते हैं। तुम जानते हो हम बाप के बच्चे बने हैं उनसे वर्सा लेने, विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स बनने आये हो। बाप कहते हैं भल अपने गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहो। वानप्रस्थ अवस्था वालों को गृहस्थ व्यवहार में नहीं रहना होता और कुमार-कुमारियाँ भी गृहस्थ व्यवहार में नहीं हैं। उन्हों की भी स्टूडेन्ट लाइफ है। ब्रह्मचर्य में ही पढ़ाई पढ़ते हैं। अब यह पढ़ाई है बहुत ऊंच, इसमें पवित्र बनना है हमेशा के लिए। वह तो ब्रह्मचर्य में पढ़कर फिर विकार में जाते हैं। यहाँ तुम ब्रह्मचर्य में रहकर पूरी पढ़ाई पढ़ते हो। बाप कहते हैं हम पवित्रता का सागर हैं, तुमको भी बनाते हैं। तुम जानते हो आधाकल्प हम पवित्र रहते थे। बरोबर बाप से प्रतिज्ञा की थी-बाबा हम क्यों नहीं पवित्र बन और पवित्र दुनिया का मालिक बनेंगे। कितना बड़ा बाप है, भल है साधारण तन, परन्तु आत्मा को नशा चढ़ता है ना। बाप आये हैं पवित्र बनाने। कहते हैं तुम विकार में जाते-जाते वेश्यालय में आकर पड़े हो। तुम सतयुग में पवित्र थे, यह राधे-कृष्ण पवित्र प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज हैं ना। रूद्र माला भी देखो, विष्णु की माला भी देखो। रूद्र माला सो विष्णु की माला बनेगी। वैजयन्ती माला में आने के लिए बाप समझाते हैं - पहले तो निरन्तर बाप को याद करो, अपना टाइम वेस्ट मत करो। इन कौड़ियों पिछाड़ी बन्दर मत बनो। बन्दर चने खाते हैं। अभी तुमको बाप रत्न दे रहे हैं। फिर कौड़ियों अथवा चने पिछाड़ी जायेंगे तो क्या हाल होगा! रावण की कैद में चले जायेंगे। बाप आकर रावण की कैद से छुड़ाते हैं। कहते हैं देह सहित देह के सब सम्बन्धों से बुद्धि का त्याग करो। अपने को आत्मा निश्चय करो। बाप कहते हैं मैं कल्प-कल्प भारत में ही आता हूँ। भारतवासी बच्चों को विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज बनाता हूँ। कितना सहज पढ़ाते हैं, ऐसे भी नहीं कहते कोई 4-8 घण्टा आकर बैठो। नहीं, गृहस्थ व्यवहार में रहते अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझे याद करो तो तुम पतित से पावन बन जायेंगे। विकार में जाने वाले को पतित कहा जाता है। देवतायें पावन हैं इसलिए उन्हों की महिमा गाई जाती है। बाप समझाते हैं वह है अल्पकाल क्षण भंगुर का सुख। सन्यासी ठीक कहते हैं कि काग विष्टा समान सुख है। परन्तु उनको यह पता नहीं कि देवताओं को कितना सुख है। नाम ही सुखधाम है। यह है दु:खधाम। इन बातों का दुनिया में किसको भी पता नहीं। बाप ही आकर कल्प-कल्प समझाते हैं, देही-अभिमानी बनाते हैं। अपने को आत्मा समझो। तुम आत्मा हो, न कि देह। देह के तुम मालिक हो, देह तुम्हारी मालिक नहीं। 84 जन्म लेते-लेते अब तुम तमोप्रधान बन गये हो। तुम्हारी आत्मा और शरीर दोनों पतित बने हैं। देह-अभिमानी बनने से तुम्हारे से पाप हुए हैं। अब तुमको देही-अभिमानी बनना है। मेरे साथ वापिस घर चलना है। आत्मा और शरीर दोनों को शुद्ध बनाने के लिए बाप कहते हैं मनमनाभव। बाप ने तुमको रावण से आधाकल्प फ्रीडम दिलाई थी, अब फिर फ्रीडम दिला रहे हैं। आधाकल्प तुम फ्रीडम राज्य करो। वहाँ 5 विकारों का नाम नहीं। अब श्रीमत पर चल श्रेष्ठ बनना है। अपने से पूछो-हमारे में विकार कहाँ तक हैं? बाप कहते हैं एक तो मामेकम् याद करो और कोई लड़ाई झगड़ा भी नहीं करना है। नहीं तो तुम पवित्र कैसे बनेंगे। तुम यहाँ आये ही हो पुरूषार्थ कर माला में पिरोने। नापास होंगे तो फिर माला में पिरो नहीं सकेंगे। कल्प-कल्प की बादशाही गँवा देंगे। फिर अन्त में बहुत पछताना पड़ेगा। उस पढ़ाई में भी रजिस्टर रहता है। लक्षण भी देखते हैं। यह भी पढ़ाई है, सुबह को उठकर तुम आपेही यह पढ़ो। दिन में तो कर्म करना ही है। फुर्सत नहीं मिलती है तो भक्ति भी मनुष्य सवेरे उठकर करते हैं। यह तो है ज्ञान मार्ग। भक्ति में भी पूजा करते-करते फिर बुद्धि में कोई न कोई देहधारी की याद आ जाती है। यहाँ भी तुम बाप को याद करते हो फिर धंधा आदि याद आ जाता है। जितना बाप की याद में रहेंगे उतना पाप कटते जायेंगे|

तुम बच्चे जब पुरूषार्थ करते-करते बिल्कुल पवित्र बन जायेंगे तब यह माला बन जायेगी। पूरा पुरूषार्थ नहीं किया तो प्रजा में चले जायेंगे। अच्छी रीति योग लगायेंगे, पढ़ेंगे, अपना बैग-बैगेज भविष्य के लिए ट्रांसफर कर देंगे तो रिटर्न में भविष्य में मिल जायेगा। ईश्वर अर्थ देते हैं तो दूसरे जन्म में उसका रिटर्न मिलता है ना। अब बाप कहते हैं मैं डायरेक्ट आता हूँ। अभी तुम जो कुछ करते हो सो अपने लिए। मनुष्य दान-पुण्य करते हैं वह है इनडायरेक्ट। इस समय तुम बाप को बहुत मदद करते हो। जानते हो यह पैसे तो सब खत्म हो जायेंगे। इससे अच्छा क्यों न बाप को मदद करें। बाप राजाई कैसे स्थापन करेंगे। न कोई लश्कर वा सेना आदि है, न हथियार आदि हैं। सब कुछ है गुप्त। कन्या को दहेज कोई-कोई गुप्त देते हैं। पेटी बंद कर चाबी हाथ में दे देते हैं। कोई बहुत शो करते हैं, कोई गुप्त देते हैं। बाप भी कहते हैं तुम सजनियाँ हो, तुमको हम विश्व का मालिक बनाने आया हूँ। तुम गुप्त मदद करते हो। यह आत्मा जानती है, बाहर का भभका कुछ नहीं है। यह है ही विकारी पतित दुनिया। सृष्टि की वृद्धि होनी ही है। आत्माओं को आना है जरूर। जन्म तो और ही जास्ती होने हैं। कहते भी हैं इस हिसाब से अनाज पूरा नहीं होगा। यह है ही आसुरी बुद्धि। तुम बच्चों को अब ईश्वरीय बुद्धि मिली है। भगवान पढ़ाते हैं तो उनका कितना रिगार्ड रखना चाहिए। कितना पढ़ना चाहिए। कई बच्चे हैं जिन्हें पढ़ाई का शौक नहीं है। तुम बच्चों को यह तो बुद्धि में रहना चाहिए ना-हम बाबा द्वारा क्राउन प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज बन रहे हैं। अब बाप कहते हैं मेरी मत पर चलो, बाप को याद करो। घड़ी-घड़ी कहते हैं हम भूल जाते हैं। स्टूडेन्ट कहें हम शब्क (पाठ) भूल जाते हैं, तो टीचर क्या करेंगे! याद नहीं करेंगे तो विकर्म विनाश नहीं होंगे। क्या टीचर सब पर कृपा वा आशीर्वाद करेंगे कि यह पास हो जाए। यहाँ यह आशीर्वाद कृपा की बात नहीं। बाप कहते हैं पढ़ो। भल धंधा आदि करो, परन्तु पढ़ना जरूरी है। तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनो, औरों को भी रास्ता बताओ। दिल से पूछना चाहिए हम बाप की खिदमत में कितना हैं? कितनों को आप-समान बनाते हैं? त्रिमूर्ति चित्र तो सामने रखा है। यह शिवबाबा है, यह ब्रह्मा है। इस पढ़ाई से यह बनते हैं। फिर 84 जन्म के बाद यह बनेंगे। शिवबाबा ब्रह्मा तन में प्रवेश कर ब्राह्मणों को यह बना रहे हैं। तुम ब्राह्मण बने हो। अब अपनी दिल से पूछो हम पवित्र बने हैं? दैवीगुण धारण करते हैं? पुरानी देह को भूले हैं? यह तो पुरानी जुत्ती है ना। आत्मा पवित्र बन जायेगी तो जुत्ती भी फर्स्टक्लास मिलेगी। यह पुराना चोला छोड़ नया चोला पहनेंगे, यह चक्र फिरता रहता है। आज पुरानी जुत्ती में हैं, कल यह देवता बनना चाहते हैं। बाप द्वारा भविष्य आधाकल्प लिए विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स बनते हैं। हमारी उस राजाई को कोई भी छीन नहीं सकेंगे। तो बाप की श्रीमत पर चलना चाहिए ना। अपने से पूछो हम कितना याद करते हैं? कितना स्वदर्शन चक्रधारी बनते और बनाते हैं? जो करेगा सो पायेगा। बाप रो॰ज पढ़ाते हैं। सबके पास मुरली जाती है। अच्छा, न भी मिले, 7 रोज का कोर्स तो मिल गया ना, बुद्धि में नॉलेज आ गई। शुरू में तो भट्ठी बनी फिर कोई पक्के, कोई कच्चे निकल पड़े क्योंकि माया का तूफान भी तो आता है ना। 6-8 मास पवित्र बन फिर देह-अभिमान में आकर अपना घात कर लेते हैं। माया बड़ी दुश्तर है। आधा कल्प माया से हार खाई है। अभी भी हार खायेंगे तो अपना पद गँवा देंगे। नम्बरवार मर्तबे तो बहुत हैं ना। कोई राजा-रानी, कोई वजीर, कोई प्रजा, कोई को हीरे-जवाहरों के महल। प्रजा में भी कोई बहुत साहूकार होते हैं। हीरे-जवाहरों के महल होते हैं, यहाँ भी देखो प्रजा से कर्ज उठाते हैं ना। तो प्रजा साहूकार ठहरी या राजा? अन्धेर नगरी...... यह अभी की बातें हैं। अब तुम बच्चों को यह निश्चय रहना चाहिए कि हम विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स बनने के लिए पढ़ते हैं। हम बैरिस्टर वा इन्जीनियर बनेंगे, यह कभी स्कूल में भूल जाते हैं क्या! कई तो चलते-चलते माया के तूफान लगने से पढ़ाई भी छोड़ देते हैं।

बाप अपने बच्चों से एक रिक्वेस्ट करते हैं-मीठे बच्चे, अच्छी रीति पढ़ो तो अच्छा पद पायेंगे। बाप के दाढ़ी की लाज रखो। तुम ऐसा गंदा काम करेंगे तो नाम बदनाम कर देंगे। सत बाप, सत टीचर, सतगुरू की निंदा कराने वाले ऊंच पद पा नहीं सकेंगे। इस समय तुम हीरे जैसा बनते हो तो कौड़ियों पिछाड़ी थोड़ेही पड़ना चाहिए। बाबा को साक्षात्कार हुआ और झट कौड़ियों को छोड़ दिया। अरे, 21 जन्म लिए बादशाही मिलती है फिर यह क्या करेंगे! सब दे दिया। हम तो विश्व की बादशाही ले लेते हैं। यह भी जानते हो विनाश होना है। अब नहीं पढ़ा तो टू लेट हो जायेंगे, पछताना पड़ेगा। बच्चों को सब साक्षात्कार हो जायेगा। बाप कहते हैं तुम बुलाते भी हो कि हे पतित-पावन आओ। अब मैं पतित दुनिया में तुम्हारे लिए आया हूँ और तुमको कहता हूँ पावन बनो। तुम फिर घड़ी-घड़ी गंद में गिरते हो। मैं तो कालों का काल हूँ। सबको ले जाऊंगा। स्वर्ग में जाने के लिए बाप आकर रास्ता बताते हैं। नॉलेज देते हैं कि यह सृष्टि चक्र कैसे फिरता है। यह है बेहद की नॉलेज। जिन्होंने कल्प पहले पढ़ा है वही आकर पढ़ेंगे, वह भी साक्षात्कार होता रहता है। निश्चय हो जाए कि बेहद का बाप आये हैं, जिस भगवान से मिलने के लिए इतनी भक्ति की वह यहाँ आकर पढ़ा रहे हैं। ऐसे भगवान बाप से हम मुलाकात तो करें। कितना हुल्लास खुशी से भागकर आए मिलें, अगर पक्का निश्चय हो तो। ठगी की बात नहीं। ऐसे भी बहुत हैं पवित्र बनते नहीं, पढ़ते नहीं, बस चलो बाबा के पास। ऐसे ही घूमने-फिरने भी आ जाते हैं। बाप बच्चों को समझाते हैं-तुम बच्चों को गुप्त अपनी राजधानी स्थापन करनी है। पवित्र बनेंगे तो तमोप्रधान से सतोप्रधान बनेंगे। यह राजयोग बाप ही सिखलाते हैं। बाकी वह तो हैं हठयोगी। बाप कहते हैं अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ बाप को याद करो। यह नशा रखो-हम बेहद के बाप से विश्व का क्राउन प्रिन्स बनने आये हैं फिर श्रीमत पर चलना चाहिए। माया ऐसी है जो बुद्धि का योग तोड़ देती है। बाप समर्थ है, तो माया भी समर्थ है। आधाकल्प है राम का राज्य, आधा कल्प है रावण का राज्य। यह भी कोई नहीं जानते हैं। अच्छा!

मीठे-मीठे सिकीलधे बच्चों प्रति मात-पिता बापदादा का याद-प्यार और गुडमॉर्निंग। रूहानी बाप की रूहानी बच्चों को नमस्ते।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-

1) सदा नशा रहे कि हम आज पढ़ते हैं कल क्राउन प्रिन्स-प्रिन्सेज बनेंगे। अपनी दिल से पूछना है-हम ऐसा पुरूषार्थ करते हैं? बाप का इतना रिगार्ड है? पढ़ाई का शौक है?

2) बाप के कर्तव्य में गुप्त मददगार बनना है। भविष्य के लिए अपना बैग-बैगेज ट्रांसफर कर देना है। कौड़ियों के पीछे समय न गँवाकर हीरे जैसा बनने का पुरूषार्थ करना है।

वरदान:- रीयल्टी द्वारा रॉयल्टी का प्रत्यक्ष रूप दिखाने वाले साक्षात्कार मूर्त भव!

अभी ऐसा समय आयेगा जब हर आत्मा प्रत्यक्ष रूप में अपने रीयल्टी द्वारा रॉयल्टी का साक्षात्कार करायेगी। प्रत्यक्षता के समय माला के मणके का नम्बर और भविष्य राज्य का स्वरूप दोनों ही प्रत्यक्ष होंगे। अभी जो रेस करते-करते थोड़ा सा रीस की धूल का पर्दा चमकते हुए हीरों को छिपा देता है, अन्त में यह पर्दा हट जायेगा फिर छिपे हुए हीरे अपने प्रत्यक्ष सम्पन्न स्वरूप में आयेंगे, रॉयल फैमली अभी से अपनी रायल्टी दिखायेगी अर्थात् अपने भविष्य पद को स्पष्ट करेगी इसलिए रीयल्टी द्वारा रायल्टी का साक्षात्कार कराओ।

It is in the intellects of you children that you will become the emperors and empresses of the world. The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge. The supreme spiritual Teacher sits here and teaches you spirits. You souls understand through the senses of your bodies that you are sitting in this place of study in order to become world crown princes and princesses. You should have so much intoxication! Ask your hearts: Do we students have such intoxication? This is not a new matter. We come to the Father every cycle in order to become the crown princes and princesses of the world. As well as being the Father, He is also the Teacher. When the Father asks you what you will become, you all say that you will become the sun-dynasty crown princes and princesses or Lakshmi and Narayan. Ask your own heart: Am I making sufficient effort for that? The unlimited Father has come to give us our inheritance of heaven; He is our Father, Teacher and Guru. Therefore, He would definitely give the highest-on-high inheritance. See whether you have the happiness of studying today and becoming crown princes and princesses tomorrow. This is now the confluence. At present, you are on this side and studying to go across to the other side, to heaven. You will go there when you have become full of all virtues, 16 celestial degrees full. Ask yourself: Have I become worthy to such an extent? It wasn't a matter of just the one devotee Narad; you were all devotees. The Father has now liberated you from devotion. You know that you have become the Father's children in order to claim your inheritance from Him. You have come here to become crown princes of the world. The Father says: Continue to live in your households. Those who are in the stage of retirement do not have to live in a household. Kumars and kumaris do not have a household; they have a student life. Students remain celibate whilst studying. This study is very elevated and, while studying, you have to remain pure, and for all time. Having studied whilst remaining celibate, they then indulge in vice. Here, you remain celibate and study the complete study. The Father says: I am the Ocean of Purity and I make you this too. You know that you remained pure for half a cycle. You made a firm promise to the Father. Baba, why shouldn't we become pure and become the masters of the pure world? He is such a great Father, even though the body He takes is so ordinary. The soul has intoxication. The Father has come to make you pure. He says: You have been indulging in vice and have now ended up in a brothel. In the golden age you were pure. Radhe and Krishna were a pure princess and prince. Look at the rosary of Rudra and the rosary of Vishnu. After the rosary of Rudra comes the rosary of Vishnu. The Father explains: In order to enter the rosary of victory, first of all, constantly remember the Father. Do not waste your time. Do not become monkeys chasing after those shells. Monkeys eat chick peas. The Father is now giving you jewels. So, what would your state become by continuing to chase after shells or chick peas? You would go to Ravan's jail. The Father comes and liberates you from Ravan's jail. He says: Your intellect must renounce all bodily relations, including your own body. Have the faith that you are a soul. The Father says: I enter Bharat every cycle. I come and make the people of Bharat into crown princes and princesses of the world. He teaches you so easily. He doesn't say: You must come and sit here for four to eight hours; no. While living at home with your family, consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me. You will then become pure from impure. Those who indulge in vice are called impure. It is because the deities were pure that their praise is sung. The Father explains: The happiness here is temporary and short-lived. Sannyasis rightly say that happiness is like the droppings of a crow. However, they don't know how much happiness the deities have. The very name is the land of happiness. This is the land of sorrow. No one else in the world knows about these things. Only the Father comes every cycle to explain to us and to make us soul conscious. Consider yourself to be a soul. You are a soul, not a body. You are the master of your body. Your body is not your master. Whilst taking 84 births you have now become tamopradhan.

Both you, the souls, and your bodies have become impure. By becoming body conscious, you committed sins. You now have to become soul conscious. You have to return home with Me. The Father says: In order to make both yourselves, the souls, and your bodies pure and clean, remain "Manmanabhav". The Father freed you from Ravan for half a cycle and you are now being given that freedom again. For half a cycle, you can rule freely. There isn't even the name of the five vices there. Now follow shrimat and become elevated. Ask yourself: To what extent do I have vices? The Father says: First, constantly remember Me alone. Do not fight or argue. Otherwise, how would you become pure? You have come here to make effort to be threaded in the rosary. If you fail, you will not be threaded in the rosary. You will lose the kingdom every cycle. You will then also have to repent a lot at the end. A register is kept for other studies too. One's character is also examined. This too is a study. Wake up early in the morning and study on your own. You have to go to work during the day and so you don't have time then. People perform devotion early in the morning. This is the path of knowledge. In devotion, while worshipping, their intellects remember one bodily being or another. Here, you remember the Father and then you start remembering your business etc. Your sins will be cut away according to how much you remain in remembrance of the Father. When, through your efforts, you children become totally pure, the rosary will then be created. If you do not make full effort, you will become part of the subjects. If your yoga is good, if you study well and you transfer your bags and baggage for the future, you will receive the return of that in the future. When someone makes a donation in the name of God, he receives the return of that in his next birth. The Father says: I have now come to you directly. Whatever you do now is for yourself. People make donations and perform charity indirectly. That is how they help the Father. At this time, you help the Father the most. You know that all your money will be destroyed. Therefore, why not instead use it to help the Father? How would the Father establish the kingdom otherwise? We have neither an army nor weapons. Everything here is incognito. Some people give an incognito dowry to their daughter; they lock the suitcase and put the keys in her hand. Some give a dowry with a lot of external show whereas others give it privately. The Father says: You are brides. I have come to make you into the masters of the world. You help in an incognito way. You souls know that external splendour is worth nothing. This world is vicious and impure. The world population has to grow. Souls definitely have to come down. Because the birth rate is increasing, they calculate that there won't be enough food. They have devilish intellects. You children have now received Godly intellects. God is teaching you so you should have so much regard for Him! You should study so well! There are many of you children who have no interest in studying. It should be in the intellects of you children that you are being made into crown princes and princesses by Baba. The Father says: Now follow My directions! Remember the Father! You repeatedly say that you forget. If a student repeatedly says that he forgets his lesson, what would the teacher do? If you do not remember Baba, your sins can't be absolved. Would a teacher have mercy or give blessings to all his students so that they can all pass? There is no question of mercy or blessings here. The Father says: Study! Carry on with your business etc., but it is also essential for you to study. Become satopradhan from tamopradhan. Show this path to others too. Ask your heart: How much am I helping the Father? How many others have I made similar to myself? The picture of the Trimurti is in front of you. This is Shiv Baba and this is Brahma. This is what you become through this study. You will become this again after 84 births. Shiv Baba enters the body of Brahma and is making Brahmins into this (deities). You have now become Brahmins. Now, ask your heart: Have I become pure? Am I imbibing divine virtues? Have I forgotten the old body? This is an old shoe. When you souls become pure, you will receive first-class shoes; you leave your old costumes and put on new ones. This cycle continues to turn. Today, he is in an old shoe and tomorrow he wishes to become a deity. You become crown princes of the world for the future half cycle through the Father. No one can snatch that kingdom away from us. Therefore, follow the Father's shrimat. Ask yourself how much you remember Baba and for how long you spin the cycle of self-realisation and enable others to do that. Those who do something will receive the reward of it. The Father teaches you every day. Everyone receives murlis. Achcha, even if you don't receive them, you have been given the seven days' course. This knowledge has entered your intellects. At the beginning, a bhatthi was created. Some were strong, but others were weak and so they left because of the storms of Maya. Some remain pure for six to eight months and then they become body conscious and destroy themselves. Maya is very powerful. You were defeated by Maya for half a cycle. If you are defeated now, you will lose your status. There are many numberwise levels of status. Some will become kings or queens, some will become advisers, and some will become subjects. Some will have palaces of diamonds and jewels. Even some subjects are very wealthy; they have palaces of diamonds and jewels. Here, too, the Government is in debt to people. Therefore, are the people wealthy or is the Government wealthy? The saying, "In the land of darkness, the blind are the rulers", applies to this time. You children should now have the faith that you are studying to become the crown princes of the world. Does one forget at college whether one is becoming a barrister or an engineer? Some have storms of Maya as they continue to move along and they thereby stop studying. The Father makes one request of you children: Sweet children, if you study well you will claim a good status. Maintain the honour of the Father's beard. If you perform any dirty acts, you defame the name of the Father. Those who cause defamation of the true Father, the true Teacher and the Satguru can never claim a high status. At present, you are becoming like diamonds. Therefore, you should not chase after shells. When Baba had a vision, he quickly discarded all the shells. He thought: If I am to receive a kingdom for 21 births, what would I do with these? So, he gave them away. I am claiming the kingdom of the world. You also know that destruction has to take place. If you do not study now, it will become too late and there will be repentance. You children will have visions of everything. The Father says: You called out: 0 Purifier, come! I have now come into the old world for you and I am telling you to become pure. You fall into the dirt again and again. I am the great Death of all Deaths. I will take all of you back with Me. The Father comes and shows you the path to heaven. He gives you the knowledge of how this world cycle turns. This is unlimited knowledge. Those who studied in the previous cycle will come and study again. You will also have visions of that. You should have the faith that the unlimited Father has come, that God, whom we worshipped so much and longed to meet, has now come and is teaching us. We should at least meet that God, our Father. If you had this firm faith, you would come running to meet Him with so much happiness and enthusiasm. This is not a matter of cheating. There are many who neither become pure nor study. They simply want to come to Baba; they come here just to look around. The Father explains: You children have to establish your kingdom in an incognito way. Become pure and you will change from tamopradhan to satopradhan. Only the Father teaches you Raja Yoga; all the rest are hatha yogis. The Father says: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember Me, your Father. Have the intoxication that you have come to the unlimited Father to be made into a crown prince of the world. Therefore, follow shrimat. Maya is such that she breaks your intellect's yoga. The Father is powerful, and Maya too is powerful. For half the cycle, there is the kingdom of Rama and for the other half, there is the kingdom of Ravan. No one knows this either. Achcha.

To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada. The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

Essence for dharna:

 1. Always maintain the intoxication that you are studying today and that you will become crown princes and princesses tomorrow. Ask your heart: Am I making enough effort? Do I have that much regard for the Father? Do I have an interest in studying?

 2. Become an incognito helper in the Father's task. Transfer your bags and baggage to the future. Do not waste time chasing after shells, but make effort to become like a diamond.

Blessing: May you be an image that grants visions (saakshaatkaar moort) and reveal the real form of royalty through your reality.

 A time will come now when each of you souls will grant of vision of your royalty through your reality in a practical way. At the time of revelation, the number of beads of the rosary and also the form of the future kingdom will be revealed. While you are racing now, the curtain of the dust of competition hides the sparkling diamonds. At the end, this curtain will be removed and the hidden diamonds will be visible in their perfect form. The royal family will show their royalty from now, that is, they will reveal clearly their future status. Therefore, now grant a vision of your royalty through your reality.

Secrets to Overcoming Procrastination

Procrastination is not only the thief of time, it is the creator of subtle inner tension. You know you are cheating yourself. There are three secrets to overcoming procrastination. One, don’t wait till you feel like doing it – the feeling will come when you start doing it. Two, list all the things you have to do and then prioritise the list. Three, create a vision of the result and be motivated by the vision of the outcome, not the thought of the process.

Control

Normally control is understood as something which we need to have over
others or situations. So when things go wrong, the first thought is to
control others. But since neither the situations nor the people are in
our hands, we are unable to succeed in controlling them. Instead of
trying to control something that we have no control upon, we need to
start with ourselves. The more we are able to keep a control on
ourselves with constant attention, checking and changing, the more we
will be able to have everything in control.

Negative Control And Domination In Relationships

In a lot many of the different types of relationships we find ourselves in, may they be our personal relationships or at the workplace, we sometimes feel ourselves to be in a position where we feel we are being dominated and controlled negatively by the opposite person. A very common example of the above negative energy, in personal and non-personal relationships, is when someone gets angry with you and manages to make you react and get upset, they mange to dominate you. Over a period of time they start realizing that they possess an invisible and powerful remote control, using which, whenever they want to control you, what they should do is to get angry with you and that way they will achieve the desired control. Their anger becomes a remote control. When you react you are allowing this control or allowing the other's remote control to work. It is you that chooses to allow yourself to be influenced and dominated. It is important for us to realize that we can choose and take the decision to allow ourselves to be controlled and dominated, or we can choose to express what we feel without being affected by the reaction of the other and still maintaining our love, respect and good wishes for the other.

Let us not allow ourselves to be dominated and influenced by entities external to us which includes objects and people or we will lose energy. Each moment we allow another person's remote control to work successfully or we allow an object to control and dominate our emotional state, we weaken internally. We become like a puppet in the other person's hands. A puppet is never powerful because it does not act on its own but is controlled by someone else. We need to prevent that, if we want to conserve our energy and remain spiritually strong. Meditation and spiritual knowledge both increase our spiritual strength and also increase our self esteem or self respect over a period of time. Both these increases help us remain in self control and not only disallow the other's remote control to work but also become assertive (not aggressive) and take a stand when required.

Performing A Spiritual Audit At The End Of The Day - Part 2

Yesterday we had explained how self evaluation at the end of the day is extremely vital to one's progress and development. A useful exercise in this regard is keeping a daily chart for about 3 personality traits or points and filling it up every night (lesser than 3 is also fine, but not more , because then you might feel lazy in keeping the chart after a few days and also you might lose focus and the personality traits may not transform as much as you want). You could either evaluate yourself with a yes or no or perform a percentage wise evaluation like 50% or 90% for e.g. We have mentioned below, some of the common traits from which you could select the traits to keep a daily chart for. You could incorporate some other specific traits (not mentioned in this list), which you want to change or develop, depending on your personality:

In the entire day, today; not only in my words and actions, but also in my thoughts:
* Did I see everyone's specialties and keep good wishes for each one, in spite of obvious weaknesses being visible?
* Did I remain free from all forms of anger, like irritation, frustration, grudge, revenge, etc.?
* Did I ensure that I neither give nor take sorrow, hurt, pain from anyone?
* Did I remain free from waste and negative?
* Did I remain ego less?
* Did I remain untouched by name, fame, praise, insult?
* Did I remain stable?
* Did I remain free from judgments, criticism, jealousy, comparison, hatred, etc.?
* Did I keep a conscious of serving each one whom I met?
* Did I bring the 8 main powers into practice and experience being powerful?
* Did I remain in self-respect and give respect to everyone?
* Did I practice being soul-conscious in actions and interactions?
* Did I take a one minute break every hour to reflect, meditate and control the traffic of thoughts in the mind?

Message for the day

Humility is to respect everything that comes our way.

Expression: To love simple things is humility. It teaches to respect all that life brings. That means there is an ability to appreciate and value everything appropriately. So one is able to use everything that comes one way to the fullest extent for the benefit of the self and that of others.

Experience: When I am humble I am able to remain focused on my inner peace and not lose my sense of personal well-being. I am able to simply learn from everything that happens to my life and add on to this sense of well-being. No situation is difficult or impossible to work on, but I am able to overcome all challenges with ease.
