The One who makes souls equal to Himself... the Sweet and Loving Unlimited Father who uplifts thosewho defames Him...is Merciful...is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness...is the Lord of the Poor...

Points of Self Respect: We, the multimillion times fortunate souls in the ascending stage...who listen to spiritual knowledge from the Spiritual Father... constantly cheerful... constantly wed...unshakeable, immovable and unwavering like Angad...the fearless mahavirs... the double light angels...who finish the burden of old nature and sanskars... and go to the highest-on-high sweet home... are the spiritual children who become the beads of the rosary...

Knowledge: The Father Himself says that He is bound by the drama... Liberation-in-life means to be a master of the worldand liberation means to be a master of Brahmand. The gates of heaven are opening through the mothers.There are also many men, but, because women give birth, they receive a greater reward than the men. Everyone will go to heaven, numberwise. Some can still take birth as a male twice consecutively.Whatever account isfixed in the drama will take place. People create many ways to benefit theirbodies.Only the Father tells you the meansfor the progressand ascending stage of the soul. This is the responsibility of the Father alone.

Yoga: Become soul conscious... in order to make progress, always stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance. It is only through remembrance that the rust on the soul will be removed. Even though you might give knowledge throughout the whole day, the soul cannot progress without having remembrance. Become pure through yoga and then dharna can take place. The destination is very high. You have to consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father with a lot of love. Souls love the Supreme Soul. This is spiritual love through which souls make progress. The imperishable Surgeon says: Constantly remember Me alone and your sins will be absolved.

Dharna: Never rememberthe past or have any expectation for the future. Let the past be the past and always remain cheerful. Remain unshakeable on the drama. Watch the unlimited play while fearless and cheerful and there will not be any fluctuation.

Perform actions for the livelihood of your body, but don't waste whatever time you have. Use your time in a worthwhile way in remembering the Father. Become as virtuous as the Father.

The Father explains to the sweet children: Now make a lot of effort. Souls that have become tamopradhan have to be made satopradhan. Become pure from impure. Your eyes need to be very cool; they must never fluctuate. An angel means one who doesn't have the slightest property of Ravan. Burn all your old accounts and you will then be called a double-light angel.

Service: Surrender your body to Shiv Baba’s service. Have that intoxication throughout the day. Do at least eight hours service for the Godly Government and use your time in a worthwhile way. Show anyone who comes here the way for the soul to progress.

बाबा की महिमा : हाइएस्ट बाप , रूहानी बाप, अविनाशी बाप, टीचर... बैठ आत्माओं को समझाते हैं... आत्मा की उन्नति करने वाला बाप, आत्मा की उन्नति अथवा शान्ति देने वाला अविनाशी सर्जन, आत्माओं की उन्नति का जवाबदार परमात्मा है...

आपसमान बनानेवाला... अपकारी का भी उपकार करने वाला, मीठा औरप्यारा बेहद काबाप... है रहमदिल, हैदुःख हर्ता सुखकर्ता, है गरीब निवाज़....

स्वमान : हम पदमपति, भाग्यशाली... चढ़ती कला वाली आत्माएँ... रूहानी बाप से रूहानी बातें सुननेवाले... सदैव हर्षित... सदा सुहागिन .....अचल अड़ोल अटल अंगद समान....निर्भय....महावीर ... पुराने स्वभाव-संस्कार के बोझ को समाप्त कर ... ऊँच ते ऊँच स्वीट होम में जानेवाले... डबल लाइट फरिश्ते... माला के दाने बनने वाले रूहानी बच्चे... हैं...

ज्ञान: बाप खुद कहते हैं मैं भी ड्रामा के बन्धन में बाँधा हुआ हूँ | जीवनमुक्ति माना विश्व का मालिक और मुक्ति माना ब्रह्माण्ड का मालिक | माताओं द्वारा स्वर्ग का द्वार खुलता है | हैं तो पुरुष भी बहुत, परन्तु माता जन्म देती है तो उनको पुरुष से इज़ाफा ज़्यादा मिलती है | स्वर्ग में तो नम्बरवार सब जायेंगे कोई दो जन्म मेल के भी बन सकते हैं, हिसाब-किताब जो ड्रामा में नूँध है वही होता है |मनुष्य शरीर की उन्नति का प्रबन्ध रचते, आत्मा की उन्नति वा चढ़ती का साधन बाप ही बतलाते हैं – यह बाप की ही रेस्पान्सिबिल्टी है |

योग : देही-अभिमानी बनना है | अपनी उन्नति के लिए सदा याद की यात्रा पर रहो | याद से ही आत्मा की जंक निकलेगी | भल ज्ञान सारा दिन सुनाओ परन्तु आत्मा की उन्नति का उपाय याद के सिवाए और कोई नहीं | योग से पवित्र बनो तब धारणा हो | मंज़िल बहुत ऊँची है | अपने को आत्मा समझ बहुत प्यार से बाप को याद करना है | आत्मा का परमात्मा के साथ लव है ना | यह है रूहानी लव, जिससे आत्मा की उन्नति होती है | अविनाशी सर्जन तुमको उन्नति प्राप्त कराने के लिए कहते हैं मामेकम् याद करो तो विकर्म विनाश होंगे |

धारणा : कभी भी बीती को याद नहींकरो और आगे के लिए कोईआश न रखो | बीतीको बीतीकर सदैव हर्षित रहनाहै | ड्रामापर अडोल रहना है | निर्भय और हर्षितमुख हो बेहद के खेल को देखो तो हलचल मेंनहीं आयेंगे|

शरीर निर्वाह के लिए कर्म भलेकरो लेकिनजो भी टाइम मिलेवह वेस्टनहीं करो,बाप की याद मेंटाइम सफ़लकरो | बाप जैसागुणवान बननाहै |

मीठे-मीठे बच्चों को बापसमझाते हैंअब पुरुषार्थ करो | आत्मा जो तमोप्रधान बनीहै उनको सतोप्रधान बनानाहै | पतित से पावन बनो | आँखें बड़ीशीतल चाहिए| कभी हिलेंनहीं | फ़रिश्ता अर्थात् ज़रा भी रावण की प्रॉपर्टी न हो | सब पुराने खातेभस्म करोतब कहेंगेडबल लाइट फ़रिश्ता |

सेवा :शिवबाबा की सर्विस में शरीर भी न्योछावर करना चाहिए | सारा दिन नशा रहे –

कम से कम 8 घण्टा ईश्वरीय गवर्मेन्ट की सर्विसकर अपना टाइम सफल करना है|

जो भी आयेउनको आत्माकी उन्नतिके लिए रास्ता बताओ|

Essence: Sweetchildren, people create many ways to benefittheir bodies. Only the Fathertells you the means for the progressand ascending stage of the soul. This is the responsibility of the Father alone.

Question:Which elevated directions does the Father give in orderfor you childrento continue to make constant progress?

Answer: Children, in order to make progress: 1) Al ways stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance.It is onlythrough remembrance that the rust on the soul will be removed. 2) Never remember the past or have any expectation for the future. 3) Perform actionsfor the livelihoodof your body, but don't waste whatever time you have. Use your time in a worthwhile way in rememberingthe Father. 4) Do Godly service for at least eight hours and you will continueto make progress.

Essence for Dharna:

1. Do at least eight hours servicefor the Godly Government and use your time in a worthwhile way. Become as virtuous as the Father.

2. Don't remember the past. Let the past bethe past and always remain cheerful. Remain unshakeable on the drama.

Blessing: May you finish the burden of your old nature and sanskars and become a double light angel.

Since you now belong to the Father, give all your burdens to the Father. If even the slightestburden of any old natureor sanskars remain, it will bring you down from up above. Itwill not allow you to experience the flying stage. Therefore, BapDada says: Give everything. If you keep Ravan's property with you, you will receivesorrow. An angel means one who doesn't have the slightestproperty of Ravan. Burn all your old accounts and you will then be called a double-light angel.

सार:- मीठे बच्चे – मनुष्य शरीर की उन्नति का प्रबन्ध रचते, आत्मा की उन्नति वा चढ़ती का साधन बाप ही बतलाते हैं – यह बाप की ही रेस्पान्सिबिल्टी है |

प्रश्न:- सदा बच्चों की उन्नति होती रहे उसके लिए बाप कौन-कौन सी श्रीमत देते हैं?

उत्तर:- बच्चे, अपनी उन्नति के लिए 1- सदा याद की यात्रा पर रहो | याद से ही आत्मा की जंक निकलेगी | 2- कभी भी बीती को याद नहीं करो और आगे के लिए कोई आश न रखो |3- शरीर निर्वाह के लिए कर्म भले करो लेकिन जो भी टाइम मिले वह वेस्ट नहीं करो, बाप की याद में टाइम सफ़ल करो |4- कम से कम 8 घण्टा ईश्वरीय सेवा करो तो तुम्हारी उन्नति होती रहेगी |

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-

1. कम से कम 8 घण्टा ईश्वरीय गवर्मेन्ट की सर्विस कर अपना टाइम सफल करना है | बाप जैसा गुणवान बनना है |

2. जो बीता उसे याद नहीं करना है | बीती को बीती कर सदैव हर्षित रहना है | ड्रामा पर अडोल रहना है |

वरदान:- पुराने स्वभाव-संस्कार के बोझ को समाप्त कर डबल लाइट रहने वाले फ़रिश्ता भव

जब बाप के बन गये तो सारा बोझ बाप को दे दो | पुराने स्वभाव संस्कार का थोड़ा बोझ भी रहा हुआ होगा तो ऊपर से नीचे ले आयेगा | उड़ती कला का अनुभव करने नहीं देगा इसलिए बापदादा कहते हैं सब दे दो | यह रावण की प्रॉपर्टी अपने पास रखेंगे तो दुःख ही पायेंगे | फ़रिश्ता अर्थात् ज़रा भी रावण की प्रॉपर्टी न हो | सब पुराने खाते भस्म करो तब कहेंगे डबल लाइट फ़रिश्ता |

Respect

When I learn to respect myself, other people will respect me. How can I develop respect for myself? By keeping my mind positive and encouraging myself to grow and change for the better. Demanding respect because of my position or background is simply arrogance. On the other hand, listening with humility and valuing other people's advice naturally earns me respect. I get back exactly what I give out.

Self Elevation

To make the self elevated there are three practical steps to take;
first, listen and make sure that you have understood clearly. Then
practice what you have heard. Secondly, give time for your spiritual
effort. Thirdly, stay in good company. By staying in good company my
own company will become such that it supports others. By staying in my
company, others should dance. By seeing that others are able to do
something, we also start to feel that we can do it. When I start doing
it, others will receive inspiration from me to practice that.

The Search For Success Through Desire Fulfillment

The false intention and assumption behind greed, in the form of a thought and feeling, is 'the more I have, the more I am'. It is a combination of trying to add to the value of the self through material possessions, position, role, talent or achievements and then becoming attached to these as a form of identity, finally leading to personal collapse. To try to add to the sense of self in this way has the effect of diverting oneself from the real self, which is why, in many cases, a person who has everything material is left with the feeling of being empty, disorientated and even fearful.We cannot accumulate, or rely on the external, to create a sense of personal value.People often try to fill the void of personal inadequacy or emptiness through greed, but this method goes against natural, universal laws. All that I am, all that I can be, all that will make me truly happy must begin from inside the self. We have to start from the inside out, not the other way round, otherwise we create desires that have no end, like the ten-headed Ravana- every time Ram cut off one of his heads, another grew in its place. Ravanadid not die until Ram aimed for his heart. Desires are created from wanting one thing or another, believing that we will find achievement when those desires are fulfilled. This pattern of behavior keeps deceiving us and the proof of this is seen in the state of discontentment and emptiness a lot of people find themselves in today.

The Art Of Stepping In And Stepping Out In Relationships (Part 2)

In the same way as the gardener (explained yesterday), we have the duty, or rather the honor, of planting positive seeds of good intentions, love, respect and tolerance, at the same time allowing others and the forces of the universe to be given the space to work and respond according to their time and inclination. Very often we plant those seeds but want an immediate result: I have shown so much patience, but she doesn't change. or How much longer do I have to tolerate? I feel suppressed. We become attached to what we do, so there is no space for things to happen at their own appropriate time. Sometimes we have the wrong type of mercy, or we want to take control, thinking we know better, so we step into people's lives too much. This interference and lack of free space provokes hatred, resentment and conflict with others.

At other times, we get fed up with others; our tolerance and empathy is completely reduced and we say, I've had enough, or I have got to do my own thing and so we step out, but in a selfish way, that is, we isolate ourselves from others, or situations. We justify, or disguise, this isolation and rejection and dislike towards others with such phrases as, I need my own space or Let them stand on their own feet. In actual fact, we aren’t bothered anymore; we have stepped too far out of the picture because we have not cultivated the patience which allows the good and positive to germinate and grow in its own time. It is an art to know when to step back and when to step forward, but a very necessary one if well-being is to be achieved.

Message for the day

To understand is to be easy and light.

Expression: Life brings obstacles and difficulties. They do not come to stop or hinder progress. They can strengthen and help in bringing progress with more experience. To understand this is to keep advancing. Understanding this aspect means to know that it is not always necessary to find a solution, it is enough to keep moving forward, leaving the obstacle behind.

Experience: True understanding is to understand what the solution of the problem is and bring it into my own life accordingly. When I am able to understand this instead of focussing too much on the problem, I am able to remain happy. This brings a lot of inner lightness and ease and thereby I am able to use all my strength in bringing about solutions.
