Harmonious Balance


We all know the old adage - what you give out you get back, or what goes around comes around. But we forget this cast iron law which is found everywhere in the universe. The energy of life is constantly moving at physical, mental and spiritual levels. And if we stand back and just observe, we see it moving in the process of exchange. In the context of our relationships, we give and receive energy, and when we are truly giving and receiving positive energy there is harmony and balance. But when we do what we are taught to do, which is to take and to keep, then we destroy the harmony and the balance of our life. When we say possession is nine tenths of the law we give life to the illusion of ownership which blocks out the truth. It is possession itself which is our attempt to break the law and it is that illusion which lies at the heart of all human pain, discomfort and disharmony. While many 'things' will come to us, we possess nothing. We intuitively acknowledge this when we say to each other, "You can't take it with you when you go." Can you?

Royalty

In spiritual terms, royalty refers to an inner state of dignity and an
attitude of service to humanity. Before taking charge of others, let us
learn to rule our own heart and mind with love and compassion. Let us
focus not on other people's weakness, not demand anything of anyone,
and always be available to support and encourage. A leader of this kind
does not chase after power and position, or expect anyone to obey; yet
others naturally want to follow.


Cooking And Eating With A Spiritual Touch (cont.)


When the subtle, spiritual aspect of cooking is taken into consideration, the role of the cook extends from simply creating tasty, nourishing meals with fresh ingredients, to including a spiritual connection with those who will be eating that food. The aim will be to touch and fill the heart as well as the stomach. The love of the cook, and his or her motivation to offer sustenance, will nourish as much as the physical components of each dish. Food cooked by a person who is angry, depressed or full of arrogance or hatred will have a different effect from food cooked with feelings of love, peace and the pure desire to serve. In other words, we are what we eat but also the thoughts, feelings and attitudes that go into what we are eating. Even in today's hectic lifestyle, when there sometimes seems to be hardly enough time to cook, let alone do so peacefully and caringly, it is therefore definitely beneficial to develop a positive attitude towards cooking. Before undertaking any food preparation, remind yourself that the task at hand can and should be an enjoyable and creative activity or experience, rather than an unpleasant, time-consuming activity. A good practice, then, is to meditate before cooking and then to let preparing the meal itself be a creative, meditative experience which yields a balanced, health-promoting diet for the body as a temple for the soul deity. Food always tastes better when it has been flavored or with love and happiness.

The Mental Periscope

This is the ability of the intellect to come out, observe, understand and initiate appropriate action and, when necessary, go back inside and be calm and still. This act of taking the thoughts inside is called introspection and in this introspective state the self can re-energize, examine, reflect and refine, or just be completely still - whatever it may wish to do in that state of silence. When the intellect uses its capacity as a periscope, it is able to find a balance between the inside and outside worlds.

Effective meditation means to gather the positive resources of the inner self and then use them in the outer world.

It is important to remain neither too much inside, nor too much outside, but constantly to create a balance between the inner and outer realities. Meditation resembles the cyclic path of energy: going from the inside out and then from the outside in, gathering information, or experiences that we need to reflect on, or understand better. On other occasions, it may be a question of recharging our minds with positivity and peace: we go inside and, with the practice of silence, the battery becomes re-energized.

True love for others enables them to be free from their weaknesses.

Expression: The sign of good wishes is that the negativity is not described to anyone else. When there is true love for the other person and there is a desire to see them improve, their negativity is not repeated again and again to oneself or to others. There is also genuine love and concern revealed in the words and so it helps the other person recognize his own specialties and he is encouraged to use them for his own benefit.

Experience: My desire for perfection enables me to become a source of support and encouragement for the other person, when I am able to see their strengths and relate to these strengths and specialities. Under no circumstance do I give others an experience of negativity or discouragement. I also get the love and good wishes from others as a return for what I have given.

1. You have to remember that the Highest on High Shiv Baba is teaching you. The Father says: I make you children the most elevated of all. You children become even higher than I am.
2. You need wisdom in order to become an heir; you first have to make God your Heir. It is difficult to explain these secrets. When you make God your Heir, you have to give all of your property. Then the Father would make you His heir. The rosary is created from only a few children.
3. The five vices are evil spirits. There are the evil spirits of lust, anger and body consciousness. The number one evil spirit is lust. The second is anger. When someone becomes angry, understand that that person has the evil spirit of anger in him. It is as though they become lords and ladies of evil spirits. Never talk to those who have such evil spirits. When someone speaks in anger and the evil spirit also enters the other one, the two evil spirits then fight each other. Don’t remain standing in front of an evil spirit or it will enter you. The Father comes to enable you to remove your devilish traits and imbibe divine virtues.
4. You should churn this knowledge and remain in supersensuous joy. We now have to return home. We have to imbibe divine virtues and become deities. Those who do not remember the Father accurately cannot have their defects removed.
5. Have mercy for yourself and also for others. Some have mercy for others but none for themselves. The others then climb high whilst they themselves remain behind. They themselves do not conquer the vices, but they explain to others. So the others then conquer the vices.
6. There is defamation of Shiv Baba and of Krishna. No one would ever defame Lakshmi or Narayan. Lakshmi and Narayan are in their adult stage and so they are called sato, whereas Radhe and Krishna are young and so they are called satopradhan. A small child is equal to a mahatma.
Slogan: An unlimited vision and attitude (drishti, vritti) are the basis of unity. Therefore, do not stay in the limited.
Points to churn from the slogan:
The lesson of One is to have one strength (ek bal), one faith (ek bharosa), follow the directions of One (ek mat), be constant and stable (ek ras), have unity (ekta), and love for solitude(ekantpriya)...by making the lesson of ek (one) firm, we, the souls, make the bestower of Blessings happy, and get sustained and move along and fly with blessings from amrit vela till night time in our daily time table...we are the blessed souls receiving special blessings and thereby experience the incorporeal and the subtle in the corporeal and become images that grant blessings...
We have purity in our thoughts, nature and sanskars... we have unlimited vision and unlimited attitude(drishti, vritti)...we harmonize our steps while playing the raas of nature and sanskars and create unity...thus, with less effort we attain greater success, and with less expenditure we attain greater splendour (kam kharch bala nasheen)...
By constantly keeping the specialties of the entire cycle in our awareness, we constantly perform the unique spiritual dance with enthusiasm... by being the lamps that are constantly ignited, and with harmonious sanskars, we make night into day...we are the most fortunate, multi million times fortunate gopes and gopis dancing in unity and harmonized rhythm on the day of the full moon...
By keeping our thoughts, attitude and vision double light, we become the walking and moving angels sparkling like diamonds...by keeping our form of an angel in our awareness every day at amritvela, we swing in Brahma Baba’s arms in super sensuous joy, and get big-big hugs...we become victorious by remaining safe in the canopy of protection of the Father in any adverse situation...

Essence:Sweet children, your vision should not fall on anyone’s body. Consider yourself to be a soul and don’t look at anyone’s body.
Question: To which two special aspects should each of you Brahmin children pay attention?
Answer: The study and divine virtues. Whereas some children don’t have the slightest anger, others have so much anger that they fight a great deal. You children should be concerned about imbibing divine virtues and becoming deities. Do not speak angrily to anyone. Baba says: The children who have anger within them are like lords and ladies of evil spirits (bhootnaath- bhootnaathini). You must not talk to anyone who has such evil spirits.

Essence for Dharna:
1. Churn the knowledge and remain in supersensuous joy (ateendriya sukh). Do not talk to anyone in a rough (rafdhhaf) way. Move away from anyone who speaks to you in anger.
2. In order to become God's heir, first make Him your Heir. Become sensible and finish all your attachment by givingeverything that belongs to you to the Father. Have mercy for yourself.
Blessing: May you be an entertaining yogi (ramta yogi) who brings about revelation on the basis of truth, cleanliness and fearlessness (satyata, swachchhta, nirbhayta).

उत्तर:- 1 - पढ़ाई पर, 2 - दैवी गुणों पर । कई बच्चों में क्रोध का अंश भी नहीं है, कोई तो क्रोध में आकर बहुत लड़ते हैं । बच्चों को ख्याल करना चाहिए कि हमको दैवीगुण धारण करके देवता बनना है । कभी गुस्से में आकर बातचीत नहीं करनी चाहिए । बाबा कहते किसी बच्चे में क्रोध है तो वह भूतनाथ- भूतनाथिनी है । ऐसे भूत वालों से तुम्हें बात भी नहीं करनी है ।

1. ज्ञान का सिमरण कर अतीन्द्रिय सुख में रहना है । किसी से भी रफढफ बातचीत नहीं करनी है । कोई गुस्से से बात करे तो उससे किनारा कर लेना है ।

2. भगवान का वारिस बनने के लिए पहले उन्हें अपना वारिस बनाना है । समझदार बन अपना सब बाप हवाले कर ममत्व मिटा देना है । अपने ऊपर आपेही रहम करना है ।

वरदान:- सत्यता, स्वच्छता और निर्भयता के आधार से प्रत्यक्षता करने वाले रमता योगी भव !

परमात्म प्रत्यक्षता का आधार सत्यता है । और सत्यता का आधार स्वच्छता वा निर्भयता है । यदि किसी भी प्रकार की अस्वच्छता अर्थात् सच्चाई सफाई की कमी है, या अपने ही तमोगुणी संस्कारों पर विजयी बनने में, संस्कार मिलाने में या विश्व सेवा के क्षेत्र में अपने सिद्धान्तों को सिद्ध करने में भय है तो प्रत्यक्षता नहीं हो सकती । इसलिए सत्यता और निर्भयता को धारण कर एक ही धुन में मस्त रहने वाले रमता योगी, सहज राजयोगी बनो तो सहज ही अन्तिम प्रत्यक्षता होगी ।

स्लोगन:- बेहद की दृष्टि, वृत्ति ही युनिटी का आधार है इसलिए हद में नहीं आओ ।

You children heard the song. The meanings of such records are not explained at any other gathering. They simply read the scriptures there. In the Sikh temples, those who read the Granth take two lines from it and then expand on that. Nowhere else is the record they play explained. The Father now explains: All of those songs belong to the path of devotion. You children have been told that knowledge is separate from devotion and can only be given by incorporeal Shiva. This knowledge is called spiritual knowledge. There are varieties of knowledge. Someone may ask you whether you know how this carpet is made. There is knowledge of everything. All of those are physical things. You children know that there is only the one spiritual Father of us souls, and that it is not possible to see His form. The image of that incorporeal Being is like a saligram. He is called the Supreme Soul. He is called the Incorporeal. He doesn’t have a human form. Everything definitely has a form, and the tiniest form is that of a soul. That is called the wonder of nature. A soul is so tiny that it cannot be seen with these eyes. You children have now been given divine vision with which you have visions of everything. Through divine vision, you can see those who existed in the past. That one became the past first of all. He has now come again and so you also have a vision of Him. He is very subtle. From this, it can be understood that no one but the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can give the knowledge of souls. People do not know souls accurately. In the same way, they cannot know the Supreme Soul accurately. People in the world have innumerable opinions. Some say that souls merge into the Supreme Soul and others say something else. You children now understand, numberwise, according to the effort you make. This cannot sit in everyone's intellect to the same extent. You repeatedly have to make this sit in your intellect. We are souls and we play our parts of 84 births. The Father now says: Consider yourselves to be souls, know Me, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and remember Me. The Father says: I enter this one and give knowledge to you children. Because you children don’t consider yourselves to be souls, your vision goes towards this body. In fact, you do not have anything to do with this one. The Bestower of Salvation for All is Shiv Baba and we give happiness to everyone according to His directions. This one has no arrogance about giving happiness to everyone. Those who do not remember the Father accurately cannot have their defects removed. They do not have the faith that they are souls. People neither know about souls nor the Supreme Soul. It was the people of Bharat who spread the idea of omnipresence around. The serviceable children amongst you understand this, but the rest of you don’t understand as much. If you children recognised the Father accurately and completely you would remember Him and also imbibe divine virtues. Shiv Baba explains this to you children. This is a new aspect. Brahmins are definitely needed. No one in the world knows the period when the children of Prajapita Brahma exist. There are many physical brahmins, but that progeny are born through wombs. They are not mouth-born progeny, the children of Brahma. The children of Brahma receive an inheritance from God, the Father. You are now receiving that inheritance. You Brahmins are separate from those brahmins. You Brahmins exist at the confluence age whereas those brahmins exist in the copper and iron ages. You confluence-aged Brahmins are totally separate. Prajapita Brahma has many children. A physical father is also called Brahma because he creates children, but that is a matter connected with the body. This Father (Shiva) would say: All souls are My children. You are the sweetest, spiritual children. It is easy to explain this to anyone. Shiv Baba doesn’t have a body of His own. People celebrate the birthday of Shiva, but He doesn’t have a body which you could see. Everyone else has a body. All souls have their own bodies. It is the body that is given a name. The Supreme Soul doesn’t have a body of His own and this is why He is called the Supreme Soul. That soul is called Shiva; that name never changes. When someone changes his body, the name also changes. Shiv Baba says: I am constantly the incorporeal Supreme Soul. According to the drama plan, I have now taken this body. Even the names of sannyasis change. When someone belongs to a guru, his name is changed. You also used to have your names changed, but for how long would Baba continue to change everyone's name? So many ran away. Those who were here at that time had their names changed. No one's name is changed now. You cannot trust anyone. Maya defeats many and so they run away. This is why Baba doesn’t give a new name to anyone. It is not good if He gives a name to one and not to another. Although you all say: Baba, we now belong to You, you do not belong to Baba accurately. Many of you don’t understand the meaning of becoming an heir. Many come to meet Baba, but they are not heirs. They’re unable to enter the rosary of victory. Some good children consider themselves to be heirs, but Baba knows that they are not heirs. In order to become an heir, you first have to make God your Heir. It is difficult to explain these secrets. Baba explains to you children what it means to be an heir. When you make God your Heir, you have to give all of your property. Then the Father would make you His heir. Only the poor can do this; the rich are unable to give their property. The rosary is created from only a few children. If you were to ask Baba, Baba could tell you whether or not you have a right to become an heir. That Baba, as well as this Baba, could tell you. This is a common aspect to understand. You need wisdom in order to become an heir. You can see that Lakshmi and Narayan were the masters of the world, but no one knows how they claimed that mastership. Your aim and objective is now in front of you. That is what you have to become. You children say that you will become the sun-dynasty Lakshmi or Narayan, not the moon-dynasty Rama or Sita. Rama and Sita are defamed in the scriptures. You would never hear any defamation of Lakshmi and Narayan. There is defamation of Shiv Baba and of Krishna. The Father says: I make you children the most elevated of all. You children become even higher than I am. No one would ever defame Lakshmi or Narayan. Although the Krishna soul is the same as the Narayan one, because people do not know this, they have defamed him. They build a temple to Lakshmi and Narayan with a lot of happiness. In fact, the temple they build should be to Radhe and Krishna because they were satopradhan. These (Lakshmi and Narayan) are in their adult stage and so they are called sato, whereas those (Radhe and Krishna) are young and so they are called satopradhan. A small child is equal to a mahatma. Just as little children do not know what vice is, in the same way, the adults there have no knowledge of what vice is. These five evil spirits do not exist there. They know nothing about vices. At present it is the night. Only at night is there the desire for lust. Deities exist in the day and so there is no desire (cheshta) for lust there. There are no vices there. Now that it is the night, everyone indulges in vice. You know that all your vices will end as soon as the morning comes. Then you will not know what vice is. They are Ravan’s vicious traits. This is the vicious world. In the viceless world, there is no question of vice. That is called God’s kingdom. At present it is the devil’s kingdom, but no one knows that. You now know everything, numberwise, according to the effort you make. There are many of you children. People are unable to understand whose children you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are. They all remember Shiv Baba. They do not remember Brahma. This one also says: Remember Shiv Baba through whom all your sins will be absolved. Your sins will not be absolved by remembering anyone else. It is written in the Gita: Constantly remember Me alone! Krishna didn’t say this. You receive an inheritance from the incorporeal Father. Only when you consider yourself to be a soul will you be able to remember the incorporeal Father. First of all, have the firm faith that you are a soul and that your Father is the Supreme Soul. He says: Remember Me and I will give you your inheritance. I am the Bestower of Happiness for All. I take all souls back to the land of peace. Those who claimed their inheritance from the Father in the previous cycle will come and become Brahmins and claim their inheritance again. Amongst Brahmins too, some are very firm children; there are real children and there are stepchildren. We are the children of incorporeal Shiva. You know how the genealogical tree grows. Now, having become Brahmins, we have to return home. All souls have to leave their bodies and return home. Both the Pandavas and the Kauravas have to leave their bodies. You take the sanskars of knowledge and the reward you receive is according to that. That too is fixed in the drama. Then the part of knowledge in the drama comes to an end. Now, after taking 84 births, you are receiving this knowledge again. This knowledge will then disappear and you will experience your reward. There aren't pictures of any other religions there. You have pictures on the path of devotion. There aren't anyone's pictures in the golden age. Your pictures exist throughout the path of devotion. In your kingdom, there aren't any other pictures. There are only the deities at that time. You can understand from this that the deities are the original and eternal ones. The world continues to grow afterwards. You children should churn this knowledge and remain in supersensuous joy. There are many points to churn. However, Baba knows that Maya makes you repeatedly forget. You have to remember that Shiv Baba is teaching you. He is the Highest on High. We now have to return home. These things are so easy! Everything depends on remembrance. We have to imbibe divine virtues and become deities. The five vices are evil spirits. There are the evil spirits of lust, anger and body consciousness. Yes, some have more evil spirits than others. You Brahmin children know that these five vices are big evil spirits. The number one evil spirit is lust. The second is anger. When someone speaks in a rough way, the Father says that that one has anger in him. That evil spirit has to be removed. It is very difficult to remove an evil spirit. Many people cause sorrow by anger. Not so many people experience sorrow through attachment; those who have attachment only experience sorrow. This is why the Father says: Chase those evil spirits away! Each of you children should pay special attention to the study and to divine virtues. Some children don’t have the slightest trace of anger, whereas others fight a great deal due to anger. You children should think about imbibing divine virtues and becoming deities. Never speak in anger. When someone becomes angry, understand that that person has the evil spirit of anger in him. It is as though they become lords and ladies of evil spirits. Never talk to those who have such evil spirits. When someone speaks in anger and the evil spirit also enters the other one, the two evil spirits then fight each other. The expression "Lady of evil spirits" (bhootnathni) is very dirty. You should stay away from such a person so that that evil spirit doesn’t enter you. Don’t remain standing in front of an evil spirit or it will enter you. The Father comes to enable you to remove your devilish traits and imbibe divine virtues. The Father says: I have come to make you imbibe divine virtues and to make you into deities. You children know that you are imbibing divine virtues. The images of the deities are in front of you. Baba has told you to stay away completely from those who have anger. You need wisdom to protect yourself. There shouldn't be any anger inside you. Otherwise, your sin will multiply one hundred-fold. The Father explains very clearly to you children. You children also understand that Baba is teaching you exactly as He did in the previous cycle. You children will continue to understand, numberwise, according to the effort you make. Have mercy for yourself and also for others. Some have mercy for others but none for themselves. The others then climb high whilst they themselves remain behind. They themselves do not conquer the vices, but they explain to others. So the others then conquer the vices. There are such wonders! बच्चों ने गीत सुना । और कोई भी सतसंग में कभी रिकॉर्ड पर नहीं समझाते हैं । वहाँ शास्त्र सुनाते हैं । जैसे गुरूद्वारे में ग्रन्थ का दो वचन निकालते हैं फिर कथा करने वाला बैठ उनका विस्तार करते हैं । रिकॉर्ड पर कोई समझाये, यह कहाँ होता नहीं है । अब बाप समझाते हैं कि यह सब गीत हैं भक्ति मार्ग के । बच्चों को समझाया गया है, ज्ञान अलग चीज़ है, जो एक निराकार शिव से मिल सकता है । इसको कहा जाता है रूहानी ज्ञान । ज्ञान तो बहुत प्रकार के होते हैं ना । कोई से पूछा जायेगा यह गलीचा कैसे बनता है, तुमको ज्ञान है? हर चीज का ज्ञान होता है । वह हैं ही जिस्मानी बातें । बच्चे जानते हैं हम आत्माओं का रूहानी बाप वह एक है, उनका रूप दिखाई नहीं पड़ता है । उस निराकार का चित्र भी है सालिग्राम मिसल । उनको ही परमात्मा कहते हैं । उनको कहा ही जाता है निराकार । मनुष्य जैसा आकार नहीं है । हर वस्तु का आकार जरूर होता है । उन सबमें छोटे में छोटा आकार हैं आत्मा का । उनको कुदरत ही कहेग । आत्मा बहुत छोटी हैं जो इन आँखों से देखने में नहीं आती । तुम बच्चों को दिव्य दृष्टि मिलती है जिससे सब साक्षात्कार करते हो । जो पास्ट हो गये हैं उनको दिव्य दृष्टि से देखा जाता है । पहले नम्बर में तो यह पास्ट हो गया है । अब फिर आये हैं तो उनका भी साक्षात्कार होता है । है बहुत सूक्ष्म । इससे समझ सकते हैं, सिवाए परमपिता परमात्मा के आत्मा का ज्ञान कोई दे नहीं सकता । मनुष्य, आत्मा को यथार्थ रीति नहीं जानते वैसे परमात्मा को भी यथार्थ रीति नहीं जान सकते । दुनिया में मनुष्यों की अनेक मत है । कोई कहते आत्मा परमात्मा में लीन हो जाती, कोई क्या कहते । अभी तुम बच्चों ने जाना है, सो भी नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार, सबकी बुद्धि में एकरस तो बैठ नहीं सकता । घड़ी-घड़ी बुद्धि में भी बिठाना होता है । हम आत्मा हैं, आत्मा को ही 84 जन्मों का पार्ट बजाना है । अब बाप कहते हैं अपने को आत्मा समझ मुझ परमपिता परमात्मा को जानो और याद करो । बाप कहते हैं मैं इनमें प्रवेश कर तुम बच्चों को नॉलेज देता हूँ । तुम बच्चे अपने को आत्मा नहीं समझते हो इसलिए तुम्हारी नजर इस शरीर पर चली जाती है । वास्तव में तुम्हारा इनसे कोई काम नहीं है । सर्व का सद्गति दाता तो वह शिवबाबा है, उनकी मत पर हम सबको सुख देते हैं । इनको भी अहंकार नहीं आता कि हम सबको सुख देते हैं | जो बाप को पूरा याद नहीं करते हैं उनसे अवगुण निकलते नहीं हैं । अपने को आत्मा निश्चय नहीं करते हैं । मनुष्य तो न आत्मा को, न परमात्मा को जानते हैं । सर्वव्यापी का ज्ञान भी भारतवासियों ने फैलाया है । तुम्हारे में भी जो सर्विसएबुल बच्चे हैं वह समझते हैं, बाकी सब इतना नहीं समझते हैं । अगर बाप की पूरी पहचान बच्चों को हो तो बाप को याद करें, अपने में दैवीगुण धारण करें ।

शिवबाबा तुम बच्चों को समझाते हैं । यह है नई बातें । ब्राह्मण भी जरूर चाहिए । प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा की सन्तान कब होते हैं, यह दुनिया में किसको पता नहीं है । ब्राह्मण तो ढेर के ढेर हैं । परन्तु वह है कुख वंशावली । वह कोई मुख वंशावली ब्रह्मा की सन्तान नहीं हैं । ब्रह्मा की सन्तान को तो ईश्वर बाप से वर्सा मिलता है । तुमको अब वर्सा मिल रहा है ना । तुम ब्राह्मण अलग हो, वो अलग हैं । तुम ब्राह्मण होते ही हो संगम पर, वह होते हैं द्वापर-कलियुग में । यह संगमयुगी ब्राह्मण ही अलग हैं । प्रजापिता ब्रह्मा के ढेर बच्चे हैं । भल हद के बाप को भी ब्रह्मा कहेंगे क्योंकि बच्चे पैदा करते हैं । परन्तु वह है जिस्म की बात । यह बाप तो कहेंगे सब आत्मायें हमारे बच्चे हैं । तुम हो मीठे-मीठे रूहानी बच्चे । यह किसको समझाना सहज है । शिवबाबा को अपना शरीर नहीं है । शिव जयन्ती मनाते हैं, परन्तु उनका शरीर देखने में नहीं आता । बाकी और सबका शरीर है । सब आत्माओं का अपना- अपना शरीर है । शरीर का नाम पड़ता है, परमात्मा का अपना शरीर ही नहीं इसलिए उनको परम आत्मा कहा जाता है । उनकी आत्मा का ही नाम शिव है । वह कभी बदलता नहीं । शरीर बदलते हैं तो नाम भी बदल जाते हैं । शिवबाबा कहते हैं मैं तो सदैव निराकार परम आत्मा ही हूँ । ड्रामा के प्लैन अनुसार अभी यह शरीर लिया है । सन्यासियों का भी नाम बदलता है । गुरू का बनते हैं तो नाम बदलता है । तुम्हारे भी नाम बदले थे । परन्तु कहाँ तक नाम बदलते रहेंगे । कितने भागन्ती हो गये । जो उस समय थे उनका नाम रख दिया । अब नाम नहीं रखते हैं । किस पर भी विश्वास नहीं है । माया बहुतों को हरा देती है तो भागन्ती हो जाते हैं इसलिए बाबा किसका भी नाम नहीं रखते हैं । किसका रखे, किसका न रखे, वह भी ठीक नहीं । कहते तो सब हैं-बाबा, हम आपके हो चुके हैं, परन्तु यथार्थ रीति हमारे होते थोड़ेही हैं । बहुत हैं जो वारिस बनने के राज को भी नहीं जानते हैं । बाबा के पास मिलने आते हैं परन्तु वारिस नहीं हैं । विजय माला में नहीं आ सकते । कोई अच्छे- अच्छे बच्चे समझते हैं हम तो वारिस हैं । परन्तु बाबा समझते हैं यह वारिस हैं नहीं । वारिस बनने के लिए भगवान को अपना वारिस बनाना पड़े, यह राज समझाना भी मुश्किल है । बाबा समझाते हैं वारिस किसको कहा जाता है । भगवान को कोई वारिस बनाये तो मिलकियत देनी पड़े । तो बाप फिर वारिस बनाये । मिलकियत तो सिवाए गरीबों के कोई साहूकार दे न सके । माला कितनी थोड़ों की बनती है । यह भी कोई बाबा से पूछे तो बाबा बता सकते हैं-तुम वारिस बनने के हकदार हो वा नहीं? यह बाबा भी बता सकते हैं । यह कॉमन बात है समझने की । वारिस बनने में भी बहुत अक्ल चाहिए । देखते हैं लक्ष्मी-नारायण विश्व के मालिक थे, परन्तु वह मालिकपना कैसे लिया-यह कोई नहीं जानते । अभी तुम्हारी एम ऑब्जेक्ट तो सामने हैं । तुमको यह बनना है । बच्चे भी कहते हैं हम तो सूर्यवंशी लक्ष्मी-नारायण बनेंगे,न कि चन्द्रवशी राम-सीता । राम-सीता की भी शास्त्रों में निंदा की हुई है । लक्ष्मी- नारायण की कभी निंदा नहीं सुनेंगे । शिवबाबा की, कृष्ण की भी निंदा है । बाप कहते हैं मैं तुम बच्चों को इतना ऊंच ते ऊँच बनाता हूँ । मेरे से भी बच्चे तीखे चले जाते हैं । लक्ष्मी-नारायण की भी कोई निंदा नहीं करेंगे । भल कृष्ण की आत्मा तो वही है, परन्तु न जानने कारण निंदा कर दी है । लक्ष्मी-नारायण का मन्दिर भी बड़ा खुशी से बनाते हैं । वास्तव में बनाना चाहिए राधे-कृष्ण का, क्योंकि वह सतोप्रधान हैं । यह उन्हों की युवा अवस्था है तो उनको सतो कहते हैं । वह छोटे हैं इसलिए सतोप्रधान कहेंगे । छोटा बच्चा महात्मा समान होता है । जैसे छोटे बच्चों को विकार आदि का पता नहीं रहता,वैसे वहाँ बड़ों को भी पता नहीं रहता कि विकार क्या चीज है । यह 5 भूत वहाँ होते ही नहीं । विकारों का जैसेकि पता ही नहीं है । इस समय है ही रात । काम की चेष्टा भी रात को ही होती है । देवतायें हैं दिन में तो काम की चेष्ठा होती नहीं । विकार कोई होते नहीं । अभी रात में सब विकारी हैं । तुम जानते हो दिन होते ही हमारे सब विकार चले जायेंगे । पता नहीं रहता कि विकार क्या चीज हैं । यह रावण के विकारी गुण हैं । यह है विशश वर्ल्ड । वाइसलेस वर्ल्ड में विकार की कोई बात नहीं होती । उनको कहा ही जाता है ईश्वरीय राज्य । अभी हैं आसुरी राज्य । यह कोई नहीं जानते । तुम सब कुछ जानते हो,नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार । ढेर बच्चे हैं । कोई भी मनुष्य समझ नहीं सकते कि यह सब बी .के. किसके बच्चे हैं ।

सब याद करते हैं-शिवबाबा को, ब्रह्मा को भी नहीं । यह खुद कहते हैं शिवबाबा को याद करो, जिससे विकर्म विनाश होंगे, और कोई को भी याद करने से विकर्म विनाश नहीं होंगे । गीता में भी कहा है मामेकम याद करो । कृष्ण तो कह न सके । वर्सा मिलता ही है निराकार बाप से । अपने को जब आत्मा समझे तब निराकार बाप को याद करें । मैं आत्मा हूँ, पहले यह पक्का निश्चय करना पड़े । मेरा बाप परमात्मा है, वह कहते हैं मुझे याद करो तो मैं तुमको वर्सा दूँगा । मैं सबको सुख देने वाला हूँ । मैं सभी आत्माओं को शान्तिधाम ले जाता हूँ । जिन्होंने कल्प पहले बाप से वर्सा लिया होगा वही आकर वर्सा लेंगे, ब्राह्मण बनेंगे । ब्राह्मणों में भी कुछ बच्चे पक्के हैं । मातेले भी बनेंगे, सौतेले भी बनेंगे । हम निराकार शिवबाबा की वंशावली हैं । जानते हैं बिरादरी कैसे बढ़ती जाती है । अभी ब्राह्मण बनने के बाद हमको वापिस जाना है । सब आत्मायें शरीर छोड़कर वापिस जानी है । पाण्डव और कौरव दोनों को शरीर छोड़ना है । तुम यह ज्ञान के संस्कार ले जाते हो फिर उस अनुसार प्रालब्ध मिलती है । वह भी ड्रामा में नूंध है फिर ज्ञान का पार्ट खत्म हो जाता है । तुमको 84 जन्मों के बाद फिर ज्ञान मिला है । फिर यह ज्ञान प्राय: लोप हो जाता है । तुम प्रालब्ध भोगते हो । वहाँ और कोई धर्म वालों के चित्र आदि नहीं रहते । तुम्हारे भक्तिमार्ग में भी चित्र रहते हैं । सतयुग में किसका चित्र आदि नहीं रहता । तुम्हारे चित्र आलराउन्डर भक्ति मार्ग में रहते हैं । तुम्हारे राज्य में और कोई का चित्र नहीं है, सिर्फ देवी-देवता ही रहते हैं । इससे ही समझते हैं आदि सनातन देवी-देवता ही हैं । पीछे सृष्टि बढ़ती जाती है । तुम बच्चों को यह ज्ञान सिमरण कर अतीन्द्रिय सुख में रहना है । बहुत प्याइंटस हैं । परन्तु बाबा समझते हैं माया घड़ी-घड़ी भुला देती है । तो यह याद रहना चाहिए कि शिवबाबा हमको पढ़ा रहे हैं । वह हैं ऊँच ते ऊँच । हमको अब वापस घर जाना है । कितनी सहज बातें हैं । सारा मदार है याद पर । हमको देवता बनना है । दैवी गुण भी धारण करने हैं । 5 विकार हैं भूत । काम का भूत, क्रोध का भूत, देह- अभिमान का भूत भी होता है । हाँ, कोई में जास्ती भूत होते हैं, कोई में कम । तुम ब्राह्मण बच्चों को पता है यह 5 बड़े भूत हैं । नम्बरवन है काम का भूत, सेकण्ड नम्बर है क्रोध का भूत । कोई रफढफ बोलता है तो बाप कहते हैं यह क्रोधी हैं । यह भूत निकल जाना चाहिए । परन्तु भूत निकलना बड़ा मुश्किल है । क्रोध एक-दो को दु :ख देता है । मोह में बहुतों को दु :ख नहीं होगा । जिसको मोह है उनको ही दु :ख होगा इसलिए बाप समझाते हैं इन भूतों को भगाओ ।

हर बच्चे को विशेष पढ़ाई और दैवीगुणों पर अटेंशन देना है । कई बच्चों में तो क्रोध का अंश भी नहीं है । कोई तो क्रोध में आकर बहुत लड़ते हैं । बच्चों को ख्याल करना चाहिए हमको दैवीगुण धारण कर देवता बनना है । कभी गुस्से से बात नहीं करनी चाहिए । कोई गुस्सा करता है तो समझो इनमें क्रोध का भूत है । वह जैसे भूतनाथ- भूतनाथिनी बन जाते हैं, ऐसे भूत वालों से कभी बात नहीं करनी चाहिए । एक ने क्रोध में आकर बात की फिर दूसरे में भी भूत आ गया तो भूत आपस में लड़ पड़ेंगे । भूतनाथिनी अक्षर बड़ा छी-छी है । भूत की प्रवेशता नहीं हो जाए इसलिए मनुष्य किनारा करते हैं । भूत के सामने खड़ा भी नहीं होना चाहिए, नहीं तो प्रवेशता हो जायेगी । बाप आकर आसुरी गुण निकाल दैवीगुण धारण कराते हैं । बाप कहते हैं मैं आया हूँ दैवीगुण धारण कराए देवता बनाने । बच्चे जानते हैं हम दैवीगुण धारण कर रहे हैं । देवताओं के चित्र भी सामने हैं । बाबा ने समझाया है क्रोध वाले से एकदम किनारा कर लो । अपने को बचाने की युक्ति चाहिए । हमारे में क्रोध न आ जाए,नहीं तो सौ गुणा पाप पड़ जायेगा । कितनी अच्छी समझानी बाप बच्चों को देते हैं । बच्चे भी समझते हैं - बाबा हूबहू कल्प पहले मुआफिक समझाते हैं, नम्बरवार पुरूषार्थ अनुसार समझते ही रहेंगे । अपने ऊपर भी रहम करना है, दूसरे पर भी रहम करना है । कोई अपने पर रहम नहीं करते, दूसरे पर करते हैं तो वह ऊंच चढ़ जाते हैं, खुद रह जाते हैं । खुद विकारों पर जीत पहनते नहीं, दूसरे को समझाते हैं, वह जीत पहन लेते हैं । ऐसे भी वन्डर होता है । अच्छा !

Cooking And Eating With A Spiritual Touch


Nowadays, we are continuously bombarded with details about the physical aspects of what we eat and the effects that different ingredients may or may not have on us, and naturally this is important. But in this heap of information, we tend to overlook one crucial factor: the consciousness (state of mind) of the person cooking and the effect that this will have upon the food, and thus also on those who eat it. A cook not only prepares food in a physical place, but also in a spiritual or inner space. And just as the physical surroundings are best kept clean and in order, so should be the state of mind of those in the kitchen. A simple and familiar example of this concept at work can be seen in the way that home cooking, especially that of one's mother, holds a special place in our hearts. The love and care with which it is prepared sometimes gives us more joy than perhaps food eaten in a restaurant setting where food may be prepared with greater cooking and technical skills but where negative emotions related like anxiety, arrogance, stress, and greed (in the business like restaurant environment) may affect the energy of the food cooked over there, on a subtle or vibrational (non-physical) level.

Understanding Anger

What is anger and why does it happen? It’s simple. Anger is a response to someonewho does not do what you want them to do, or who does do what you do not want them to do. That someone could be one individual or a group of individuals. It could also be something, where a certain situation has not happened the way you wanted, needed or expected it to. As we watch the world events we become angry at the actions of one nation towards another, one group towards another, a few towards many, and many towards one etc. This is because a) we are attached to the way things are b) we identify with the pain experienced by one side and feel that pain ourselves (in fact we create it in sympathy) and our response is to become upset. Anger is the emotion. What we do not see and realize is that we only hurt ourselves, and we cannot help others who are suffering from their own anger, when we ourselves create anger in response.

To have love for God means to be protected from weaknesses.

Expression: To have love for God means to have love for the perfection that is present within each and every individual, which means to be able to recognise and relate to everyone's specialities. When this is done, automatically one remains free from one's own weaknesses and fears and also from looking at the imperfections in others.

Experience: God's love frees me from all worries and concerns. There will be that close connection with God that will enable me to feel light and easy as God takes care of all my worries and troubles. The faith that God is with me frees me from negativity and so I also find my faith making me an instrument to help others to be free from negativity. I am able to give hope and courage to others too.
