Points of Self-Respect and Soul Study:

 

Knowledge:  The Supreme Father the Supreme Soul, establishes the Brahmin, deity and warrior religions through the lotus mouth of Brahma...

 

We, the souls, are the angels of heaven, who bathe in knowledge in Mansarovar, become pure, take a dip in the Ocean of Knowledge and go to the land of angels...

 


Yoga:  We, the souls, the spinners of the discus of self realization, are the beautiful brides of the Bridegroom Shiva...we remain on the pilgrimage of remembrance for eight hours with the Father, the beautiful Traveller, remove our burden of sins and become beautiful princesses...

 


Dharna:   We, the souls, remove the burden of the five vices, follow shrimat at every step, and become elevated...we are Brahmins who become completely vice less deities full of all divine virtues ...

 

Service:   We, the souls, are the mouth-born creations of Prajapita Brahma and the grandchildren of Shiv Baba...we become elevated and make others elevated as well...we  blow the conch shell and tell everyone that whilst living at home they should remain as pure as a lotus and claim inheritance from the Father...

 


Blessing:   By controlling our words, we, the souls, save time and energy...we observe silence in the mind of wasteful thoughts and silence of the mouth of wasteful words...we experience ourselves to be an image of true tapasya sitting in the cottage of the forehead, experiencing the alokik sweetness of introversion...

बाबा की महिमा:

ज्ञान के सागर पतित पावन निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा शिव बाबा हैं...मेरा बाबा... मीठा बाबा...प्यारा बाबा... दयालु बाबा...कृपालु बाबा... सत बाप...सत टीचर...सत गुरु... बेहद का बाप... सर्वशक्तिमान...सत चित आनंद स्वरूप...बीजरूप...सदगति दाता... नॉलेजफुल...

 

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास :

 

ज्ञान: परम पिता परमात्मा ब्रह्मा के मुख कमल से ब्राह्मण, देवता और क्षत्रिय धर्म की स्थापना करते हैं...

 


हम आत्माएँ, मान सरोवर में ज्ञान स्नान कर पावन बन, ज्ञान सागर में गोता खाकर परिस्तान में जानेवाली स्वर्ग की पारियाँ हैं...

 


योग: हम स्वदर्शनचक्र धारी आत्माएँ, 8 घण्टे याद की यात्रा पर हसीन मुसाफिर बाप को याद करनेवाली, पापों का बोझा उतारनेवाली, खुबसूरत परीज़ादा बननेवाली, शिव साजन की हसीन सजनियाँ हैं...

 

धारणा: हम आत्माएँ, पाच विकारों का मैल निकालकर, कदम कदम पर श्रीमत लेकर श्रेष्ठाचार बनने वाले ब्राह्मण सो सर्व गुण सम्पन्न, सम्पूर्ण निर्विकारी देवी-देवता हैं...

Swamaan aur Atma Abhyas :

 

Gyan:   Param pita parmaatma brahma ke mukh kamal se brahman, devta aur kshatriy dharm ki sthaapna karte hain...

  

Hum atmaayen, Man Sarovar men  gyan snaan kar paavan ban, gyan sagar men gota khaakar paristaan men jaanewali swarg ki pariyaan hain...

 

Yog:  Hum sw darshan chakr dhaari atmaayen, 8 ghante yaad ki yatra par hasin musaafir baap ko yaad karnewali, paapon ka bojha utaarnewali, khubsoorat parizaada ban newali, Shiv sajan ki hasin sajaniyaan hain...

 

 

Dhaarna:   Hum atmaayen, paach vikaaron ka mail nikaalkar, kadam kadam par shrimat lekar  shreshthaachaar ban ne wale Brahman so sarv gu n sampann, sampoorn nirvikaari devi-devta hain...

 

 

Seva:   Hum atmaayen, shreshth ban sabko shreshth banaanewale, grihast vyvhaar men rahte hue sabko kamal phool samaan pavitr rahkar baap se varsa lene ki shankh dhwani karnewale, prajapita brahma ki mukh vanshaavali hain...shiv baba ke potre-potriyaan hain...

 

 

Vardaan:  Hum atmaayen, apne bol par kantrol kar enarjy aur samay jama karnewale, vyarth sankalpon se man ka maun aur vyarth bol se mukh ka maun rakh sada bhrikuti ki kutiya men antarmukhta ka ras lekar alaukik anubhooti karnewale, sachche tapasvi moort hain...

In the daily murlis, Bapdada gives vardaan to the entire Brahmin family spread all over the world. Baba also remarked in the murli, dated 7-1-2012 that serviceable children will make cartoons after listening to the murli. Visualization makes remembrance of the blessing throughout the day easier and thus makes it more fruitful.

Essence: Sweet children, when the clean saplings become covered with the dirt of the five vices, corruption increases. You now have to become elevated and make others elevated.

Question: What is the elevated direction you receive from Shri Shri, Shiv Baba in order to become elevated?

Answer: In order to become elevated, you receive the Father's shrimat: Children, remain in My service for a minimum of eight hours. You may do that Government's service for eight hours, but remember Me for eight hours and spin the discus of self-realisation. Together with that, blow the conch shell and tell everyone: While living at home, remain as pure as a lotus and claim your inheritance from the Father.

Essence for dharna:
1. By having remembrance of the Father and the knowledge of the Ocean of Knowledge, become a beautiful angel of knowledge. You definitely have to take Shiv Baba's directions at every step.
2. In order to become elevated, remove the evil spirits from inside you. Don't perform any actions that would make you corrupt.

Blessing: May you be an image of a true tapaswi and experience the sweetness of introversion by sitting in the cottage of the forehead.

The children who save energy and time by controlling their words automatically experience the sweetness of introversion. There is the difference of day and night between the sweetness of introversion and the sweetness that comes from your speaking and interacting. Someone who is introverted constantly experiences himself to be an image of tapasya sitting in the cottage of the forehead. Such a soul observes silence in the mind of wasteful thoughts and silence of the mouth of wasteful words. This is how he experiences the alokik sweetness of introversion.

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) बाप की याद और ज्ञान सागर के ज्ञान से सुन्दर ज्ञान परी बनना है। कदम-कदम पर शिवबाबा की मत जरूर लेनी है।
2) श्रेष्ठाचारी बनने के लिए अन्दर से भूतों को निकाल देना है। कोई भी भ्रष्ट बनाने वाला काम नहीं करना है।

वरदान:- भ्रकुटी की कुटिया में बैठ अन्तर्मुखता का रस लेने वाले सच्चे तपस्वीमूर्त भव

जो बच्चे अपने बोल पर कन्ट्रोल कर एनर्जी और समय जमा कर लेते हैं, उन्हें स्वत: अन्तर्मुखता के रस का अनुभव होता है। अन्तर्मुखता का रस और बोलचाल का रस - इसमें रात दिन का अन्तर है। अन्तर्मुखी सदा भ्रकुटी की कुटिया में तपस्वीमूर्त का अनुभव करता है। वो व्यर्थ संकल्पों से मन का मौन और व्यर्थ बोल से मुख का मौन रखता है इसलिए अन्तर्मुखता के रस की अलौकिक अनुभूति होती है।
