स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास :
1. हम आत्माएँ, साकारी स्वरूप में नैन और चैन में, अर्थार्त चेहरे में, ब्राह्मण-पन का व फरिश्ते-पन का श्रेष्ठ पार्ट धारी आत्मा की स्मृति का नशा और खुशी के रूप वाले, निरन्तर बाप का संग का रंग अर्थार्त सदा साथी बननेका रंग वाले, सदा रूहानी-वृत्ति और दृष्टि की खुशबू वाले, अति खुशबुदार खूबसूरत रूप, रंग और रूहाब वाले रूहे गुलाब हैं...उमंग और उल्लास की झलक वाले, तीव्र गति कदम वाले, सर्व ब्राह्मण परिवार के स्नेही, श्रेष्ठ लक्ष्य वाले उम्मीदवार, बाप की नज़रों में बेहद फुलवारी के विषशे फूल हैं...
2. हम आत्माएँ, खुशी में झूमनेवाले, सेवा में रात-दिन एक करनेवाले, सम्बन्ध और शरीर की सुध-बुध भूले हुए, फ़र्स्ट क्लास सर्विसेबुल, नॉलेज फुल, और पावरफुल स्वयं को अनुभव करने और करानेवाले, क्वेश्चन, करेक्शन और क्वोटेशन की कन्फ्यूजन से परे, एक बाप से कनेक्शन जूड़नेवाले, चढ़ती कला वाले, अपने ईश्वरीय ब्राह्मणपन के और सर्वस्व त्यागी के पोज़ीशन में स्थित, सदा तपस्वी हैं...
3. हम आत्माएँ, परमत, परदर्शन और परचिन्तन से परे, स्व चिंतन कर अपने को चेक और चेंज कर सुख-शान्ति और अतीन्द्रिय सुख की अनुभूति करनेवाले, एक-दो में आँपोजीशन कर श्रेष्ठ पोज़ीशन गँवाने के बजाय माया की आँपोजीशन कर विजयी बननेवाले, अन्य आत्माओं को साईलवेशन देनेवाले, साईलवेशन आर्मी हैं... अंतिम समय में अंतिम आहुती डालकर सदा काल के लिए अपने को समर्थ बनाने वाले, एक सेकण्ड में दृढ़ संकल्प से कोई भी परिस्थिति में परिवर्तन करनेवाले, अपनी वृत्ति द्वारा वायुमंडल को सतोप्रधान बनानेवाले, नज़र से निहाल करनेवाले, परिवर्तन भूमि का परिवर्तन सदा साथ रखकर मेला मनानेवाले, सदा साथी, सहयोगी और शक्तिशाली, सम्पन्न और सम्पूर्ण हैं...

We,
the souls, are beautiful fragrant spiritual roses with vivid and vibrant
beauty, colour and intoxication...we have beauty in having happiness and
intoxication visible on our faces that is, in our eyes and features as a
Brahmin and having the awareness of being a soul playing an elevated part of an
angel in the corporeal form...we have colour by constantly being coloured by the constant company
of the Father, that is, being constant companions...we have the fragrance of
spiritual vision and spiritual attitude... we are the special flowers in the
unlimited flower garden on whom BapDada has special vision...we have sparks of
zeal and enthusiasm, have elevated aim and in whom there is hope, receive love
from the entire Brahmin family, and move along fast...

We,
the souls, are constant tapasvis in the ascending stage, stabilising ourselves
in the position of a Godly Brahmin soul, a complete renunciate and a constant
tapasvi soul...we dance in happiness and engage ourselves in service day and
night... we completely lose the awareness of our body and our relations...we
experience ourselves to be first class serviceable, knowledge-full and powerful
souls, and others experience us to be the same...we are beyond the confusion caused
by questions, corrections and quotations, and forge our connection with the one
Father...

We, the souls, are the Salvation Army, that
is, we are the instruments to give salvation to other souls...we are beyond
listening to the directions of others, looking at others and thinking about
others...by contemplating about ourselves, we check and change, and experience
peace, happiness and super sensuous joy...instead of opposing one another and losing our eternal
elevated position, we oppose Maya and become victorious ... we are the constant
companions of the Father, powerful co-operative complete and perfect souls...at
the end, we make the final sacrifice, that is, make ourselves powerful for all
time...we transform ourselves under any circumstance in one second with a
determined thought...we make the atmosphere satopradhan through our attitude,
take others beyond with a glance, keep ourselves with the transformation that
takes place in the land of transformation, and celebrate the mela...

I
belong to the one Father and none other...We, the souls, fulfilling the first
promise, are the instruments for world benefit...we are worthy of worship and
worthy of praise.... we have permanent disinterest, that is, we have
renunciation and tapasya...by becoming pure, holy and supremely worthy of
worship, we swing in the swing of super sensuous joy...with the specialty of
complete purity and the power to transform, we become special souls in service,
love and co-operation...

We,
the souls, are the forms of Maha Kali, transforming the atmosphere with the
influence of our power of yoga, and finishing our weaknesses...with the power
of our knowledge, we, the Maharathis, clearly see the philosophy of each one’s
karma on their faces in the mirror of their activities...we clearly can feel the
vibrations of souls who have taken the food of impure thoughts with the
powerful tool of a clear line of the intellect...

soul who goes in front of the non-living images of the Shaktis and the deities can
hide their sins...We, the souls, are the Shaktis in the living form with this specialty...
we listen to their accounting of sins, in the stage of being master
janijananhar (ones who know everything), that is, the stage of being master

atmaayen, sakaari swaroop men nain aur chain men, arthaart chehare men,
Brahman-pan ka v farishte-pan ka shreshth paart dhaari atma ki smriti ka nasha
aur khushi ke roop wale, nirantar baap ka sang ka rang arthaart sada saathi ban
neka rang wale, sada ruhaani-vritti aur drishti ki khushboo wale, ati khusbudaar khoobsoorat roop, rang aur
ruhaab wale ruhe gulaab hain...umang aur ullas ki jhalak wale, tivr gati kadam
wale, sarv Brahmin parivaar ke snehi, shreshth lakshy wale ummidwaar, baap ki
nazron men behad fulwaari ke vishshe phool hain...
2. Hum
atmaayen, khushi men jhoomnewale, seva men raat-din ek karnewale, sambandh aur
shareer ki sudh-budh bhoole hue, farst klaas sarvisebul, nolej ful, aur
paavarful swayam ko anubhav karne aur karaanewale, kweshchan, karekshan aur

spasht dekhnewale, malechchh sankalp roopi aahaar swikaar karnewali atmaaon ke
vaaybreshan spasht mehsoos karnewale, buddhi ki kliyar laain ke paavarful yantr

bhi paap atma apne paap shaktiyon v devtaaon ke jad chitr aage chhipa nahin

vritti wali, sarv shakti vaan baap ko pratyaksh karnewali, chaitany roop men
