Essence: Sweet children, have true love for the one Father and He will take you back home with Him. He will liberate you from all sins and make you into the masters of heaven.
Question: What main dharna is needed in order to keep yourself happy ?
Answer: Only when you know how to have a spiritual conversation with yourself can you remain happy. Let there not be attachment to anything. Your stomach only needs two chapattis, that's all. Only when you have the dharna of an attitude that is free from attraction can you remain cheerful. Churn knowledge and keep yourself happy. You arc karma yogis. While working, performing your household chores and eating, remember the Father. Let the discus of self-realisation continue to spin in your intellects and there will be a lot of happiness.

Essence for Dharna:
1. While walking and moving around be lighthouses and show everyone the path. Renounce all desires and stay in remembrance of the one Father. Continue to take advice from the Father.
2. Entertain yourselves with things of knowledge. Talk to yourself. Spin the discuss of self-realisation and remain constantly cheerful.
Blessing: May you become a humble instrument by closing the door to the consciousness of "I" and bidding farewell to Maya !
When a server doing service has the thought: "I did this", to have that consciousness of "I" means to pour water over everything that server has done. A server means one who never forgets the Father who inspires it to be done and that He is the One who is making you do everything and that you are just doing it as an instrument. Where there is the consciousness of being an instrument, there will automatically be the consciousness of humility. When one is an instrument and humble, Maya cannot come. Close the door to the consciousness of "I" and Maya will bid farewell.

सार :- मीठे बच्चे – एक बाप के साथ सच्ची मुहब्बत हो तो बाप तुम्हें अपने साथ घर ले जायेंगे, सब पापों से मुक्त कर देंगे, स्वर्ग का मालिक बना देंगे|
प्रश्न:- अपने आपको ख़ुशी में रखने के लिए कौन सी मुख्य धारणा चाहिए?
उत्तर:- ख़ुशी में तभी रह सकते जब अपने आपसे रूह-रिहान करना आता हो | किसी भी चीज़ में आसक्ति न हो | दो रोटी पेट को मिले, बस-ऐसी अनासक्त वृत्ति की धारणा हो तब हर्षित रहेंगे | ज्ञान का मनन कर स्वयं को हर्षित रखो | तुम कर्मयोगी हो, कर्म करते, घर का कम करते, खाना आदि खाते भी बाप को याद करो | स्वदर्शन चक्र बुद्धि में घूमता रहे, तो बहुत ख़ुशी रहेगी |

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-
1. चलते-फिरते लाइट हाउस बन सभी को रास्ता बताना है | सब आशायें छोड़ एक बाप की याद में रहना है |बाप से राय लेते रहना है |
2. ज्ञान की बातों में ही रमण करना है |अपने आपसे बातें करनी हैं |स्वदर्शन चक्र फ़िराते सदा हर्षित रहना है |
वरदान:- मैं-पन के दरवाज़े को बन्द कर माया को विदाई देने वाले निमित्त और निर्माण भव !
सेवाधारी अगर सेवा करते कभी यह संकल्प भी उठाते हैं कि मैंने किया, तो यह मैं-पन आना माना सारे किये हुए पर पानी डाल देना | सेवाधारी अर्थात् करावनहार बाप कभी नहीं भूले,वह करा रहे हैं,हम निमित्त बन कर रहे हैं |जहाँ निमित्त भाव है वहाँ निर्माण भाव स्वतः होगा | निमित्त हूँ,निर्माण हूँ तो माया आ नहीं सकती | मैं-पन के दरवाज़े को बन्द कर दो तो माया विदाई ले लेगी |
