Praise of Baba:

The Ocean of Knowledge, the Incorporeal Purifier, the Supreme Father, and the Supreme Soul Shiv Baba is.... My Baba...Sweet Baba...Loving Baba...Kind-hearted Baba...Compassionate Baba...the True Father...the True Teacher...the Unlimited Father...the Lord of the Poor...

Points of Self Respect and Soul Study:

1.   We, the souls, are the Ganges of knowledge that have emerged from the Ocean of Knowledge... we sit on the pyre of knowledge and dance with intoxication in the shower of knowledge...we are Roop and Basant who get refreshed by the Ocean of Knowledge and then shower the imperishable jewels of knowledge...we are the angels of heaven who bathe in knowledge in the Man Sarovar of knowledge...

“I belong to the One Father and none other”...by making this firm in our intellect, we take only the name of the One...we are the unlimited sanyasis who remove our  intellects from this impure world and connect the yoga of our intellect with the One Father...we are the complete sanyasis who are firm in being pure, holy and supremely worthy of worship and accurate in yoga...

2.   We, the souls, learn the actions of the deities by learning Raja Yoga from the Father...by following Mamma and Baba, by repeatedly remembering the world cycle, we become the rulers of the globe...we are the long lost and now found beloved children, who, by going around the cycle for full 84 births, had been separated from the Father for a very long time...  we become worthy of worship from being worshippers and make the entire world heaven with the power of yoga...we are brahmins, and so the deities of the sun dynasty, who hoist Shiv Baba’s flag, and who receive a kingdom with yoga and sovereignty with knowledge...

3.   We, the great souls, sacrifice our bodies, mind and wealth to the Father, transform the consciousness of “mine” to “Yours”, become trustees and so become double light...we make the dharma of purity our personal dharna...we are the easy yogis who, with the remembrance of One, experience all relationships with Bapdada... in the relationship of a Teacher, we become the embodiments of knowledge, in the relationship of a Mother, we become the embodiments of peace, in the relationship of a Bridegroom(sajan), we become the embodiments of love, in the relationship of a Companion, we become the embodiments of happiness, in the relationship of a Satguru, we become the embodiments of purity, in the relationship of a Father we become the embodiments of all powers, and  in the relationship of a Child, we become the embodiments of bliss...

Interesting Points:

1.   God means Incorporeal God, not Brahma, Vishnu, Shankar or Krishna...He says, I, the Supreme Soul, am the same as you...but I don’t take rebirth...I take birth, but I don’t die...People celebrate my birthday...

2.   Baba also makes effort to stay in yoga and this is why he says: don’t remember and don’t forget!

बाबा की महिमा:
ज्ञान के सागर पतित पावन निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा शिव बाबा हैं...मेरा बाबा...प्यारा बाबा...मीठा बाबा...दयालु बाबा...कृपालु बाबा... सत बाप...सत टीचर...सत गुरु... बेहद का बाप... ग़रीब निवाज़...

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास:

१. हम आत्माएँ, ज्ञान सागर से निकली हुई ज्ञान गंगाएँ हैं ... ज्ञान चिता पर बैठनेवाली, ज्ञान की वर्षा में नशे से नाचनेवाली, ज्ञान सागर के पास रेफ्रेश होकर फिर ज्ञान के अविनाशी रत्नों बरसानेवाली रूप बसंत हैं...ज्ञान मान सरोवर में ज्ञान स्नान करनेवाली बहिषट की पारियाँ हैं...

“मेरा तो एक बाप दूसरा ना कोई” बुद्धि में पक्का करनेवाले, एक नामी हैं... इस पतित दुनिया से अपना बुद्धि योग निकाल एक बाप से ही बुद्धि योग लगानेवाले, बेहद के सन्यासी हैं... पूरे पवित्र, पावन, परम पूज्य बन, योग में पक्के बननेवाले, कम्प्लीट सन्यासी हैं...

२. हम आत्माएँ, बाप से राज योग द्वारा देवता बननेका कर्म सीखनेवाले, मम्मा बाबा को फॉलो करनेवाले, चक्र को याद करते-करते चक्रवर्ती राजा बननेवाले, ८४ का चक्र लगानेवाले बहुत काल से बिछुड़े हुए सिकीलधे बच्चे हैं... पुजारी से पूज्य बन , योगबल से सारे विश्व को स्वर्ग बनानेवाले, योग लगाकर राजाई और नॉलेज से बादशाही लेनेवाले, शिव का झण्डा लहरानेवाले, ब्रह्मण सो सूर्यवंशी देवता हैं...

३. हम महान आत्माएँ, तन-मन-धन से बाप पर बलि चढ़नेवाले, “मेरे” को “तेरे” में बदलकर ट्रस्टी बननेवाले, पवित्रता रूपी धर्म को जीवन में धारण करनेवाले, डबल लाइट हैं...एक की ही याद से, बापदादा के साथ टीचर के सम्बन्ध में ज्ञान स्वरूप, माँ के सम्बन्ध में शान्ति स्वरूप, साजन के सम्बन्ध में प्रेम स्वरूप, सखा के सम्बन्ध में सुख स्वरूप, सतगुरु के सम्बन्ध में पवित्र स्वरूप, बाप के सम्बन्ध में शक्ति स्वरूप और बालक के स्वरूप में आनंद स्वरूप बननेकी अनुभूति करनेवाले सहज योगी हैं...

Essence: Sweet children, you have to remove your intellect’s yoga from this impure world and become an unlimited sannyasi. To be a sannyasi means to become a completely pure and firm yogi.

Question: When you have which stage will the storms of Maya end?

Answer: When your intellect’s yoga is broken from the consciousness of “mine”, that is, “my husband”, “my children” etc., it will then become firm in your intellect that “Mine is one Shiv Baba and none other”. When your intellect’s yoga is fully connected to the one Father, the storms of Maya will end.

Song: Who has come to the door of my mind in the early morning hours?

Essence for dharna:
1. Completely renounce this old world. Claim the first number in the subjects of purity and yoga.
2. Become the Ganges of knowledge and serve to make impure ones pure. Follow Mama and Baba and become big rivers.

Blessing: May you be an easy yogi by experiencing the whole world in the one Father and by staying in the remembrance of the One.

The meaning of easy yoga is to remember the One and to belong to the one Father and none other. “The body, mind and wealth are all Yours, not mine.” Those who become such trustees and remain double light are easy yogis. The easy way to be an easy yogi is to remember the One and to experience everything in the One. When the Father is your world, remembrance becomes easy. You made effort for half the cycle and the Father now liberates you from making effort. However, if you still have to make effort, the reason for that is your own weakness.

Slogan: A great soul is one who makes the dharma of purity his personal dharna in life.

प्रश्न: कौन सी अवस्था आते ही माया के तूफान समाप्त हो जाते हैं?

उत्तर: जब मेरा पति, मेरा बच्चा.... इस मेरे-मेरे से बुद्धियोग टूट जायेगा। मेरा तो एक शिवबाबा दूसरा न कोई - यह बुद्धि में पक्का होगा। एक बाप से ही पूरा बुद्धियोग लगा होगा तब माया के तूफान समाप्त हो जायेंगे।

गीत:- कौन आया मेरे मन के द्वारे....

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:
1) इस पुरानी दुनिया का कम्पलीट सन्यास करना है। पवित्रता और योग की सब्जेक्ट में फर्स्ट नम्बर लेना है।
2) ज्ञान गंगा बन पतितों को पावन बनाने की सेवा करनी है। मम्मा बाबा को फालो कर बड़ी नदी बनो।

वरदान: एक बाप में सारे संसार की अनुभूति करते हुए एक की याद में रहने वाले सहज योगी भव

सहजयोग का अर्थ ही है - एक को याद करना। एक बाप दूसरा न कोई। तन-मन-धन सब तेरा, मेरा नहीं। ऐसे ट्रस्टी बन डबल लाइट रहने वाले ही सहजयोगी हैं। सहजयोगी बनने की सहज विधि है - एक को याद करना, एक में सब कुछ अनुभव करना। बाप ही संसार है तो याद सहज हो गई। आधाकल्प मेहनत की अभी बाप मेहनत से छुड़ाते हैं। लेकिन यदि फिर भी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है तो उसका कारण है अपनी कमजोरी।
