Points of Self-Respect and Soul Study:

 

Knowledge:   Baba’s inheritance is the kingdom...that is why the name “Raj Yoga” is given...

The Father says: Forget this body. I sent you bodiless...you now have to become bodiless ...you have to become bodiless and return home with Me... this is called knowledge or study...only through this study is there salvation...

The Father explains: whatever you have been studying for birth after birth and whatever scriptures you are studying now, you do not attain Me through them...

By having died a living death, we, the souls, forget everything, stay in remembrance of the One Father and absolve our sins...we are the mouth-born creations of Brahma, the members of the Brahmin clan, who maintain a chart of remembrance of the most Beloved Father, and see our activities of the whole day appear in front of us...

 

We become bodiless and remember the Father and the cycle ...with yoga we become ever-healthy and free from disease.... we are the deities of the divine garden, where it is always spring and the nature is satopradhan...

We are Rajrishis with the highest-on-high-life and unlimited disinterest... We remember the Father and the cycle, attain salvation, race very quickly and become threaded in the rosary of Rudra...


By remembering the Father and the cycle, we receive our inheritance from the Father, the Creator of heaven, and become the rulers of the globe...



 

 

Dharna:  We, the souls, are intense effort-makers who become full of all virtues  ...we look at our faces in the mirror every day, and check whether we are worthy of marrying Laxmi or Sita...

 

Service: The Father’s message is, leave the consciousness of the body, leave all bodily religions and stabilize in your original religion... then remember the Father and your final thoughts will lead you to your destination...

 

We, the souls, are the Father’s messengers giving everyone the Father’s message...we make efforts to make Shiv Jayanti a public holiday...with remembrance we receive the inheritance of a kingdom, for which we prepare the subjects...

 

Blessing: We, the souls, are as loving and detached as the lotus flower....we are detached from the world of sorrow, and are loving to the Father... we maintain the intoxication that we are safe under the Father’s canopy of protection and free from the waves of sorrow...

बाबा की महिमा:


ज्ञान के सागर पतित पावन निराकार परमपिता परमात्मा शिव बाबा हैं...मेरा बाबा...प्यारा बाबा...मीठा बाबा...दयालु बाबा...कृपालु बाबा... सत बाप...सत टीचर...सत गुरु... बेहद का बाप... सर्वशक्तिमान...सत चित आनंद स्वरूप...बीजरूप...सदगति दाता...

 

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास :

 

ज्ञान: बाबा का वर्सा है ही राजाई इसलिए इस पर नाम पड़ा है राज योग...


बाप कहते हैं इस शरीर को भूल जाओ...तुमको अशरीरी भेजा था...अब भी अशरीरी होकर मेरे साथ चलना है ..इसको नॉलेज अथवा शिक्षा कहा जाता है...इस शिक्षा से ही सदगति होती है...

बाप कहते हैं-तुम जन्म-जन्मान्तर जो कुछ पढ़े हो और अब यह जो कुछ शास्त्र आदि पढ़ते हो, इनसे कोई मेरी प्राप्ति नहीं होगी...

 

हम परमधाम में बाप के साथ रहनेवाली आत्माएँ, बाप से सहज राज योग सीख कर सिर्फ़ एक बाप को याद करनेवाले, ज्ञान अच्छी रीति पढ़नेवाले, ड्रामा के आदि-मध्य-अंत, रचता और रचना का सारा समाचार सुन, ज्ञान की गुह्य और रमणीक बातें समझनेवाले, ईश्वरीय विश्व विद्यालय के स्टूडेंट हैं...

 

योग :  तुम्ही से खाऊँ, तुम्ही से बैठूँ , तुम्ही से बोलूँ , तुम्ही से सुनूँ , तू जो सुनाएँ वो सूनाऊँ...तुम्ही से सर्व सम्बन्ध निभाऊँ ...तुम्ही से अपना रूह रिजाऊँ ...तू जहाँ बिठाएँ वहाँ बैठूं,  तू जो खिलाएँ वो खाऊँ, तू जो सेवा दे वो करूँ...

हम आत्माएँ, मरजीवा बन सब कुछ भूल कर एक बाप को याद कर विकर्म विनाश करनेवाले, मोस्ट बिलवेड बाप की याद का चार्ट रख सारी दिनचारी सामने लानेवाले, ब्रह्मा मुख वंशावली ब्राह्मण कुल के भाती हैं...


अशरीरी बन बाप और चक्र को याद करनेवाले, योग से निरोगी और एवर हेल्दी बन सदैव बसंत ऋतु, सतोप्रधान नेचर वाले दैवी बगीचे में जाने वाले देवी- देवता हैं...

बाबा और चक्र को याद कर रुद्र माला में पिरोने के लिए दौड़ी जल्दी पहननेवाले, ऊँच-ते-ऊँच जीवन वाले, गति सदगति पानेवाले, बेहद के वैरागी राजऋषि हैं...


बाप और चक्र को याद कर स्वर्ग के रचयिता बाप से स्वर्ग का वर्सा लेनेवाले, चक्रवर्ती राजा हैं...

 

धारणा: हम आत्माएँ, रोज़ अपना मुँह आईने में देखकर अपने को चेक करनेवाले, सर्व गुण सम्पन्न बन लक्ष्मी वा सीता को वरने लायक बननेवाले, तीव्र पुरुषार्थी हैं...

 

सेवा: बाप का पैगाम है, देह सहित सभी धर्मों को छोड़ अपने स्वधर्म में टीको, फिर अपने बाप को याद करो तो अंत मति सो गति हो जाएगी”


हम आत्माएँ सभी को बाप का पैगाम देनेवाले, याद से रज़ाई का वर्सा लेकर प्रजा बनानेवाले, शिव जयंती को पब्लिक हॉलिडे बनवानेकी कोशिश करनेवाले, बाप के मेसेन्जर हैं...

Gyan:  Baba ka varsa hai hi raajaai isliye is par naam pada hai raj yog...

Baap kahte hain is shareer ko bhool jaao...tumko ashareeree bheja tha...ab bhi ashareeree hokar mere saath chalna nai...isko nolej athva shiksha kaha jaata hai...is shiksha se hi sadgati hoti hai...

 

Baap kahte hain-tum janm-janmaantar jo kuch padhe ho aur ab yah jo kuch shaastr adi padhte ho, inse koi meri praapti  nahin hogi...  

 

Hum paramdhaam men baap ke saath rahnewali atmaayen,  baap se sahaj raj yog seekh kar sirf ek baap ko yaad karnewale, gyan achchi reeti padhnewale, drama ke adi-madhy-ant, rachta aur rachna ka saara samaachaar sun, gyan ki guhy aur ramnik baaten samajhnewale, ishwariy vishv vidyaalay ke stoodent hain...

 

Yog :  Tumhi se khaau, tumhi se baithu, tumhi se bolu, tumhi se sunu, tu jo sunaayen vo sunaaun.... tumhi se sarv sambandh nibhaaun ....tumhi se apna ruh rijaaun...tu jahan bithaaye vahan baithu, tu jo khilaaye vo khaaun, tu jo seva de vo karun...

 

Man mana bhav ! Madhyaaji bhav !

 

Hum atmaayen, marjeeva ban sab kuch bhool kar ek baap ko yaad kar vikarm vinaash kar newale, most bilved baap ki yaad ka chart rakh sari din chary saamne laanewale, brahma mukh vanshaavali Brahman kul ke bhaati hain...

ashareeri ban baap aur chakr ko yaad karnewale, yog se nirogi aur evar-heldy ban sadaiv basant rhitu, satopradhaan nechar wale daivy bagiche men  jaane wale devi- devta hain...

 

Baba aur chakr ko yaad kar rudr mala men pirone ke liye daudi jaldi pahan newale,  Oonch-te-oonch jeewan wale, gati sadgati paanewale, behad ke vairaagi rajrishi hain...

Baap aur chakr ko yaad kar Swarg ke rachyita baap se swarg ka varsa lenewale, chakrvarty raja hain...

 

Dhaarna:  Hum atmaayen, , Roz apna munh aaine men dekhkar apne ko chek karnewale, sarv gu n sampann ban laxmi va sita ko varne laayak ban newale, tivr purushaarthi hain...

 

Seva:   Baap ka paigaam hai,  deh sahit sabhi dharmon ko chod apne sw dharm men tiko, fir apne baap ko yaad karo to ant mati so gati no jaayegi” 

Hum atmaayen sabhi ko baap ka paigaam denewale, yaad se rajaai ka varsa lekar praja banaanewale, Shiv Jayanti ko public holiday ban vaaneki koshish karnewale, baap ke mesenjar hain...

 

Vardaan:  Hum  atmaayen, kamal phool samaan nyaare aur pyaare hain...duhkh ke sansaar se nyaare, aur baap ke pyaare, baap ki chatrchaaya men fakhur se sada sef rahnewale, duhkhon ki laharon se mukt hain...

In the daily murlis, Bapdada gives vardaan to the entire Bramin family spread all over the world. Baba also remarked in the murli, dated 7-1-2012 that serviceable children will make cartoons after listening to the murli. Visualization makes remembrance of the blessing throughout the day easier and thus makes it more fruitful.

Essence: Sweet children, since you have died a living death, you have to forget everything. Only listen to what the one Father explains and remember the Father: “I sit with You alone…”

Question: What teachings are given by the Father, the Bestower of Salvation, for the salvation of you children?

Answer: Baba says: Children, in order to attain salvation, become bodiless and remember the Father and the cycle. Through this yoga you will become ever-healthy and free from disease and you will not have to repent for any of your actions.

Question: What is the sign of those who do not receive the fortune of the happiness of heaven?

Answer: When it comes to listening to knowledge, they say that they don’t have time. They will never become members of the Brahmin clan. They will also never even know that God comes in a certain form.

Song: The heart desires to call You.

Essence for dharna:
1. In order to make your efforts fast, it is essential to keep a chart of remembrance. Look in the mirror every day and check: How long do I remember the most beloved Father?
2. Forget everything you have studied and remain silent. There is no need to say anything. Have your sins absolved through remembrance of the Father.

Blessing: May you be free from waves of sorrow and remain constantly safe under the canopy of God’s love.

Just as a lotus remains detached while being in muddy water and, to the extent that it is detached, it is loved by everyone, similarly, you children have become detached from the world of sorrow and are loving to the Father. God’s love becomes a canopy of protection for you. What can anyone do to those who have God’s canopy of protection over them? Therefore, maintain the spiritual intoxication that you are those who remain under the canopy of God’s protection and that waves of sorrow cannot even touch you.

Slogan: Those who glorify the name of BapDada and the Brahmin clan through their divine character are the lamps of the clan.

मुरली सार :- ''मीठे बच्चे - मरजीवा बने हो तो सब कुछ भूल जाओ, एक बाप जो सुनाते हैं, वही सुनो और बाप को याद करो, तुम्हीं संग बैठूँ''

प्रश्न:- सद्गति दाता बाप बच्चों की सद्गति के लिए कौन सी शिक्षा देते हैं?

 
उत्तर:- बाबा कहते - बच्चे सद्गति में जाने के लिए अशरीरी बन बाप और चक्र को याद करो। योग से तुम एवरहेल्दी, निरोगी बन जायेंगे। फिर तुम्हें कोई भी कर्म कूटने नहीं पड़ेंगे।

प्रश्न:- जिनकी तकदीर में स्वर्ग के सुख नहीं हैं, उनकी निशानी क्या होगी?

उत्तर:- वह ज्ञान सुनने के लिए कहेंगे हमारे पास फुर्सत ही नहीं है। वो कभी ब्राह्मण कुल के भाती नहीं बनेंगे। उन्हें पता ही नहीं पड़ेगा कि भगवान भी किसी रूप में कभी आते हैं।

गीत:- तुम्हारे बुलाने को जी चाहता है...

धारणा के लिये मुख्य सार:-
1) तीव्र पुरुषार्थ के लिए याद का चार्ट जरूर रखना है। रोज़ आइने में अपना मुँह देखना है। चेक करना है - हम मोस्ट बिलवेड बाप को कितना समय याद करते हैं!
2) जो कुछ पढ़ा है वह भी भूल चुप रहना है। मुख से कुछ भी कहना नहीं है। बाप की याद से विकर्म विनाश करने हैं।

वरदान:- परमात्म प्यार की छत्रछाया में सदा सेफ रहने वाले दु:खों की लहरों से मुक्त भव

जैसे कमल पुष्प कीचड़ पानी में होते भी न्यारा रहता है। और जितना न्यारा उतना सबका प्यारा है। ऐसे आप बच्चे दु:ख के संसार से न्यारे और बाप के प्यारे हो गये, यह परमात्म प्यार छत्रछाया बन जाता है। और जिसके ऊपर परमात्म छत्रछाया है उसका कोई क्या कर सकता! इसलिए फ़खुर में रहो कि हम परमात्म छत्रछाया में रहने वाले हैं, दु:ख की लहर हमें स्पर्श भी नहीं कर सकती।

स्लोगन:- जो अपने श्रेष्ठ चरित्र द्वारा बापदादा तथा ब्राह्मण कुल का नाम रोशन करते हैं वही कुल दीपक हैं।
