We forget the consciousness of the body, the relationships of the body, and remember the One Father at amritvela, which is the pure and peaceful time...by becoming pure to go to the land of liberation in life, we attain a big inheritance from the Father...we are the masters of Rajasthan (land of kings) with natural beauty and attraction, who go back to the sweet home with the Father when the play ends...

 

We are the deities of the golden age who remember the Father and the inheritance and reach heaven and attain a high status...

 

Dharna:    We, the souls, the Parvatis of the pure household path with clear intellects, far away from the shadow of Maya, become pure from impure, worthy of worship from worshippers, reach our high destination and earn a very high income...

 

By winning God’s lottery, we make effort in gyan and yoga, and inculcate the divine virtues...we are the masters of the whole world who receive the treasure of happiness from the Bestower of Salvation and claim a very big prize...

 

Service:   By letting the past be the past, we, the souls, give the help of purity to the Father, by becoming deities from ordinary people in this last birth...we make Bharat heaven with our body, mind and wealth by following shrimat...we change the rule of impure people over people, which is a graveyard, into a golden aged divine Rajasthan...we are the helpers of the Supreme Father, who establishes the new world through Brahma...

 

Blessing:  We, the souls, seated on Bapdada's heart throne with faith and intoxication are to be seated on the throne of the kingdom in many future births... we are brave, fearless and carefree, and safe in the canopy of protection from the attacks of Maya...

स्वमान और आत्मा अभ्यास :

 


ज्ञान: ज्ञान अंजन सतगुरु दिया... हम आत्माएँ, अन्य आत्माओं को ज्ञान इंजेक्शन लगाकर विकारों की बीमारी से छूडाकर जागती ज्योत बनानेवाले, रूहानी सोशल वर्कर हैं...

 


योग : बाप फरमान करते हैं-उठते- बैठते मुझे याद करो...

 

हम आत्माएँ, बाप को अपना सब कुछ , तन-मन-धन अर्पण कर, ताकातवान बन, सारे विश्व पर सुख-शान्ति का अटल अखण्ड राज्य करनेवाले, बेहद के पक्के सन्यासी हैं...निर्क्रोधि, निर्मोही, निर्लोभी हैं...अविनाशी बाप के अविनाशी बच्चें, देही अभिमानी हैं...

 

देह सहित देह के सब सम्बंधियों को भूल एक बाप को शान्त और शुद्ध अमृतवेले के समय याद कर, जीवन मुक्ति धाम पावन बन, बाप से भारी वर्सा पानेवाले, नाटक पूरा होने से बाप के साथ अपने स्वीट होम में जानेवाले, नेचुरल ब्यूटी और कशिश वाले, पवित्र राजस्थान के मालिक हैं...

 

बाप और वर्से को याद कर स्वर्ग में पहुँचने वाले, पुरुषार्थ कर ऊँच पद पानेवाले, सतयुगी देवता हैं...

 

धारणा: हम आत्माएँ, माया की परछाईं से दूर, धवल बुद्धि वाली, पतित से पावन , पुजारी से पूजनीय बन, जबरजस्ट मंज़िल पर पहूचकर बहुत भारी आमदनी करनेवाली, पवित्र प्रवृत्ति मार्ग की पार्वतियाँ हैं...

 

ईश्वरीय लाटरी पाकर ज्ञान और योग में मेहनत कर दैवी गुण धारण करनेवाले, सदगति दाता बाप से खुशी का खजाना लेनेवाले, जबरजस्ट प्राइज़ के अधिकारी, सारी सृष्टि के मालिक हैं...

 

सेवा: पास्ट सो पास्ट कर इस अंतिम जन्म में , बाप की श्रीमत पर तन-मन-धन से भारत को पावन स्वर्ग बनानेवाले, पवित्र बन, मनुष्य से देवता बन, भारत को पतित प्रजा का प्रजा पर राज्य कब्रिस्तान से फिर से सतयुगी दैवी राजस्थान बनानेवाले, परमपिता, जो ब्रह्मा द्वारा नई दुनिया स्थापन करते हैं, उनके मददगार हैं...

 

वरदान: हम बापदादा की दिलतख्त्नशीन आत्माएँ, अनेक जन्म राज्य तख्त्नशीन हैं... नशे वाली और निश्चित , बाप की छत्र छाया में माया के वार से सेफ, निडर, निर्भय और निश्चिन्त हैं...

Hum atmaayen, baap ko apna sab kuch , tan-man-dhan arpan kar, taakaatwaan ban, sare vishv par sukh-shanti ka atal akhand raajy karnewale, behad ke pakke sanyaasi hain...nirkrodhi, nirmohi, nirlobhi hain...avinaashi baap ke avinaashi bachchen, dehi abhimaani hain...

In the daily murlis, Bapdada gives vardaan to the entire Bramin family spread all over the world. Baba also remarked in the murli, dated 7-1-2012 that serviceable children will make cartoons after listening to the murli. Visualization makes remembrance of the blessing throughout the day easier and thus makes it more fruitful.

 

03-01-2013:

Essence: Sweet children, you have to become firm unlimited sannyasis. You shouldn’t have an attitude of greed for anything.

Question: What is the best action you children perform through which you attain strength from the Father?

Answer: The best action of all is to surrender everything you have, that is, your mind, body and wealth, to the Father. When you surrender everything, the Father gives you so much strength in return that you are able to rule the world of eternal unbroken, constant peace and happiness.
Question: What service which no human being can teach has the Father taught you children?

Answer: Spiritual service. You inject souls with the injection of knowledge to cure them of the sickness of the vices. You are spiritual social workers. People can do physical service but they cannot give souls the injection of knowledge and make them constantly ignited lights. Only the Father teaches you children this service.

Essence for dharna:
1. Wake up in the early morning hours of nectar, at the pure and peaceful time, and remember the Father. Practise forgetting everything including the consciousness of the body.
2. Let the past be the past and give the help of purity to the Father in this last birth. Keep yourself busy with your body, mind and wealth in the service of making Bharat into heaven.

Blessing: May you stay seated on BapDada’s heart-throne and remain fearless and carefree by constantly being in that place of safety.

BapDada’s heart-throne is the most elevated place. Those who remain constantly seated on the Father’s heart-throne remain safe; Maya cannot come to them. Such souls who are seated on the heart-throne are fearless and carefree and this is guaranteed and fixed. So, sit on the heart-throne. Maintain the intoxication that, you are seated on BapDada’s heart-throne in this birth and you will be seated on the throne of the kingdom in that many future births. By maintaining this spiritual intoxication, you cannot experience any waves of sorrow.

Slogan: Let there be no type of burden on the intellect for only then will you be said to be a double-light angel.

मुरली सार :- ''मीठे बच्चे - तुम्हें बेहद का पक्का सन्यासी बनना है, किसी भी चीज़ में लोभ वृत्ति नहीं रखनी है''

प्रश्न:- बाप की ताकत प्राप्त करने के लिए तुम बच्चे सबसे अच्छा कर्म कौन सा करते हो?

उत्तर:- सबसे अच्छा कर्म है बाप पर अपना सब कुछ (तन-मन-धन सहित) अर्पण करना। जब तुम सब कुछ अर्पित करते हो तो बाप तुम्हें रिटर्न में इतनी ताकत देता, जिससे तुम सारे विश्व पर सुख-शान्ति का अटल अखण्ड राज्य कर सको।

प्रश्न:- बाप ने कौन सी सेवा बच्चों को सिखलाई है जो कोई मनुष्य नहीं सिखला सकता?

उत्तर:- रूहानी सेवा। तुम आत्माओं को विकारों की बीमारी से छुड़ाने के लिए ज्ञान का इंजेक्शन लगाते हो। तुम हो रूहानी सोशल वर्कर। मनुष्य जिस्मानी सेवा करते लेकिन ज्ञान इंजेक्शन देकर आत्मा को जागती-ज्योत नहीं बना सकते। यह सेवा बाप ही बच्चों को सिखलाते हैं।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार:-
1) अमृतवेले के शुद्ध और शान्त समय में उठकर बाप को याद करना है। देह सहित सब कुछ भूलने का अभ्यास करना है।
2) पास्ट सो पास्ट कर इस अन्तिम जन्म में बाप को पवित्रता की मदद करनी है। तन-मन-धन से भारत को स्वर्ग बनाने की सेवा में लगना है।

वरदान:- सदा सेफ्टी के स्थान पर रह निर्भय और निश्चिंत रहने वाले बापदादा के दिलतख्तनशीन भव

बापदादा का दिलतख्त सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्थान है। जो सदा बाप के दिलतख्तनशीन रहते हैं वो ही सेफ रहते हैं। उनके पास माया आ नहीं सकती। ऐसी दिलतख्तनशीन आत्मा निर्भय है, निश्चिंत है - यह निश्चित है, अटल है। तो दिलतख्त पर बैठ जाओ। इसी नशे में रहो कि अभी हम बापदादा के दिलतख्तनशीन हैं और अनेक जन्म राज्य तख्तनशीन बनेंगे। इस रूहानी नशे में रहने से दु:ख की लहर आ नहीं सकती।

स्लोगन:- बुद्धि पर किसी भी प्रकार का बोझ न हो तब कहेंगे डबल लाइट फरिश्ते।
