Duan do, duaen lo...Hum atmaayen, atmic swaroop men rahnewale, sukh dene aur sukh lenewale, kabhi bhi duhkh dhaaran n kar duhkh ke naam nishaan mitaakar, atindriy sukh ke adhikaari ban, sada baap ke saath sukhon ke jhoole men jhoolnewale, sukhmay sansaar men rahnewale, sukhdaai jeewanwale, sada sukh ki shaiya par sonewale, sukh swaroop hain...

Bapdada gives vardaan to the entire Brahmin family spread all over the world. Essence: Sweet children, continue to give time to the pilgrimage of remembrance and your sins will continue to be absolved. Attachment to everyone will end and you will become the garland around the Father's neck.
Question: Which few words are you studying with God, the Father? What secrets are merged in those few words?
Answer: God, the Father, is just teaching you this much: O souls, renounce the consciousness of the body and remember Me. This is why this study of just few words is taught to you because you are not going to take an old skin (costume) in the old world now. You have to go to the new world. I have come to take you back with Me. Therefore, continue to forget everyone as well as your body.

Essence for dharna:
1. Become worthy and obedient and be threaded in the rosary of victory. Give everything worth straws that you have to the Father, surrender yourself and end your attachment to everyone.
2. In order that you only have remembrance of the one Father at the end, break your intellect's yoga away from everyone else and make effort to stay constantly in remembrance of the Father.
Blessing: May you be a master bestower of happiness who gives everyone happiness and receives happiness by staying in imperishable supersensuous joy.
Supersensuous joy means imperishable happiness of the soul. The physical senses are perishable and so any happiness received through them would also be perishable. Therefore, stay in supersensuous joy and no name or trace of sorrow can come to you. If someone causes you sorrow, then don’t take it. Your slogan is: Give happiness and receive happiness. Neither cause sorrow nor take sorrow. If someone causes you sorrow, transform it and give that one happiness. Make that person happy and you will be said to be a master bestower of happiness.
Slogan: Instead of speaking too much and wasting your energy, become experienced in the sweetness of introversion.

प्रश्न:- गॉड फादर द्वारा तुम बच्चे किन दो शब्दों की पढ़ाई पढ़ते हो? उन दो शब्दों में कौन-सा राज़ समाया हुआ है?
उत्तर:-गॉड फादर तुम्हें इतना ही पढ़ाता कि - हे आत्मायें, `शरीर का भान छोड़ो' और `मुझे याद करो' - यह दो शब्दों की पढ़ाई इसीलिए पढ़ाई जाती है क्योंकि अब तुम्हें इस पुरानी दुनिया में पुरानी खाल नहीं लेनी है। तुम्हें नई दुनिया में जाना है। मैं तुम्हें साथ ले चलने आया हूँ इसलिए देह सहित सब कुछ भूलते जाओ।

धारणा के लिए मुख्य सार :-
1) सपूत आज्ञाकारी बन विजय माला में पिरोना है। बाप को अपना कखपन दे, बलिहार हो, सबसे ममत्व मिटा देना है।
2) अंतकाल में एक बाप ही याद रहे उसके लिए और सबसे बुद्धियोग तोड़ निरन्तर बाप की याद में रहने का पुरूषार्थ करना है।
वरदान:-अविनाशी अतीन्द्रिय सुख में रह सबको सुख देने और सुख लेने वाले मास्टर सुखदाता भव
अतीन्द्रिय सुख अर्थात् आत्मिक सुख अविनाशी है। इन्द्रियां खुद ही विनाशी हैं तो उनसे प्राप्त सुख भी विनाशी होगा इसलिए सदा अतीन्द्रिय सुख में रहो तो दु:ख का नाम-निशान आ नहीं सकता। अगर दूसरा कोई आपको दु:ख देता है तो आप नहीं लो। आपका स्लोगन है - सुख दो, सुख लो। न दु:ख दो, न दु:ख लो। कोई दु:ख दे तो उसे परिवर्तन कर आप सुख दे दो, उसको भी सुखी बना दो तब कहेंगे मास्टर सुखदाता।
स्लोगन:-अधिक बोलकर एनर्जी गंवाने के बजाए अन्तर्मुखता के रस के अनुभवी बनो।
